yea id have to agree with GRRegis its a very comon sensation and i didnt do enough research to realize what was happening it freaked me out [] buit i recovered but the feeling weird the next day happened to me too i dont know if that happens to everyone but i know it happenes to a lot of  beginners lilke myself but i have some web pages on instructions
