People have been using flashing lights to put others in altered states for a few years now , this has a computer hooked to it .  For the most part it never got out of the fad status . If a lot of people are interested more guys will build some .  Play with the arangment of the lights , the freq.  ect. 

I have some methods I am using .  One is to visualize your higher self as a point of white light in deep space . Ask your higher self to help you .   Lets say fear of  going out of body .  Do deep breathing for a few minutes , visualize your higher self , then ask your to help you erase your fear of conscioulsy going out of body .  I dont know that much about aspergers , but I am sure there are methods to over come it .  All of our fears and health problems are from repressed stuff in our subconscious and we need to get in there and clear them out , or make changes . 

You need to use some kind of affirmation , like " I can create any thing I want that does not cause harm to me or any one else "

I met a dead girl friend in a dream in 93 .  I think this kind of dream is common . I think its the dead person coming back to say ever thing is all right . 

If you see them again you might ask them why they stay on the earth plane and are not moving to higher planes . It looks like they know there dead . I would not think people this young would have much to keep then earth bound .

I watched one of the you tube videos from the above link .  There more than leds , maby xenon strobes , but I think it can be built for a lot less than 15,000 euors .

We all haft to make money to eat , and if some one puts a strobe and some leds in a frying pan , hooks it to a computer with random number gen. running to control the lights , then sells it for 15,000 euros , then I guess there smart or some thing .

Wiring up some leds to some timer circuits would be easy . One would need a basic idea of the kind of patern to put the leds in and a freq. The ones I see on this link http://www.mindmodulations.com/Laxman-Light-Sound-Mind-Machine.html  look like there built in to some googles .  The one  on the pic. on this post look like a frying pan with a light in it , maby a single strobe . With the pic it states a computer controled light .  For 15.000 euros , some one is making money with a computer comtroled light in a frying pan .

I know there have been different kinds of strobe lights around the years to produce different effects .  Yes 15,000 euros is too much .  I think I could build one for maby $50-200 .   If any one has the scematic for this kind of device post it so I can look at it .

We all create our own reality , consciously , unconsciously , for good and for bad .  If you believe in conspiracies , you can find them , what ever you believe in you will find .  One can make there life a living hell if that is what they believe in . Its a common belief that we all go out of body during deep sleep and  dont remember and that shock /  jerk awake is the astral reintering the phy. body .  Phasing is a term that goes back to Robert Monroe .  Differences in freq. and phase are a bit tricky to explane to some one with out electronics knowledge .  There are other posts on it hear on this forum . I know Sharon Tate was an actor , and was killed by flowers of Charlie Manson in the 1960s .  Charlie Manson and his flowers mostly used a lot of drugs , I dont think they sold there soul to the devil , I do think all the drugs messed up there brains . I can now add one more date to my list of end of the world days .   On 7/7/77 they said all the planets were lining up and there gravity would tear the earth apart .  I remember maps ( mid 80 s) of the 90s with most of North America flooded . On 1/1/2000 the computers were to chrash .   5/5/2000 , something ( my 43 b day )  Now 12/21/2012 is in the reccord books .
