What do you mean neutral? One of the main points of the Taoist practice is to balance your Yin and Yang energy, which I guess you would consider yourself then neutral. That is a good thing.

Sex should be about sharing energy, not taking energy. If the goal is to just take energy, that sounds rather selfish and emotionally unhealthy.

This is one reason why I do not care much for organized religion. Each person's path is different. Why do you need someone else telling you what is right or wrong for you?

I do agree that you should never suppress your emotions. That will only cause more problems. You must face them and work through them. In that sense fear is valid for personal growth. But I do not think that fear is important for decision making. We are intelligent beings so we can make choices based on reason rather than instinct or emotion.

Well that is something to ponder. I do notice a difference in the relaxed feeling and the drained feeling. I have noticed that since doing energy work that I do not feel drained after ejaculation like I use to before I started energy work. Though sometimes I do, usually if I am not feeling very well at the time so during those times I try to avoid ejaculating even more so. But you do remind us that the important point is to enjoy the experience. []

Maybe this is silly question as I am not all that extremely computer suavy, but is there a way to test drive linux? What is it you like so much better about it?

What are some good firewalls and anti-virus programs? I was using one that Adrian suggested awhile back but it does not work well with Windows XP. I was always getting the blue screen of death so I uninstalled it. No problems now but I feel vulnerable.

I think you are on to something. Another example is like when you are driving to work in the morning and get to work and suddenly think, "How did I get here?" I am sure we all experience those times when we are doing something, so we are physically awake but the mind just zones out or becomes unconscious. I don't think this is really something you would want to strive for though.

I do know that the inner person is what I find attractive about a person. The more I know about the person the more attractive or unattractive they appear to me, reguardless of exterior appearances. So really it is the spiritual which would shape my view of the physical.

Beavis brings up points that make people look outside their nice little box. This makes some people uncomfortable because it might bring down their box and they will have to rebuild. The cycle of life and death. Destroying old ideas and rebuilding on stronger foundations can be a chaotic experience but once tempered is a positive thing.

I have not noticed the lack of sensations doing NEW after ejaculation. Sometimes they are even more noticable to me. As for OBEs, the reason I believe they are easier after ejaculation is because you are more relaxed afterwards.

I do not find nocturnal emmissions to be draining. Ejaculation is not bad or that draining depending on health and age. It can be a good thing. But if you are doing it a lot you will feel the drain.

I still experience it at 26, though not nearly as often as I did as a teen. Something that I have noticed though is that at times I will actually cultivate my sexual energy while dreaming. It freaked me out the first time it happened.

I think the idea behind not doing it in a room that is too hot or too cold is that you will be uncomfortable and be too distracted. As long as you are comfortable I don't see why room temperature would make a difference.

That is because 90% of the population of Florida is relocated Northerners. []

Racism is not nearly as big of an issue as it use to be in the South, atleast in much of it. I think religious intolerance is more of an issue than racism. But this could just be my perspective from my side of the fence.

That is true of any religion or group. You will always have the fanatics that only seek group acceptance and see only the words and not the meaning behind the words, those that do not seek the spiritual through their religion.

I would say that your friend is correct. Satan can mislead you. But you must understand what Satan is to understand this. From my studies it seems more and more apparent to me that Satan is merely the symbol for Ego. Ego is the great misleader. You must first understand and strive to overcome Ego. Then you can have a much clearer idea of what truly lies beyond. Which is pretty much what everyone here has said, just with different terminology.

I wanted to add that anyone that says that meditating is leaving the mind blank for negative influence knows nothing about meditating. Which would be easier to influence, a clear mind or one jumbled with thoughts in disorder?

I do not think it is directly the energy work that increases your senses, but it is the way you do energy work. You become more aware by doing energy work, which means you will be more aware of your surroundings when not doing energy work too. Though I do think that having a well developed energy body does help and has benefits.

To be come more aware and develop your senses all you have to do is use them. Humans have this really odd habit of ignoring their senses. Use it or lose it. During the day do not let your mind wonder but try to stay focused on the now, what is going on around you, and just try to be aware of your environment with all of your senses. The more you do this the more aware you will become.

And you have never gotten these around anyone else? Do they appear when he is with other people? Do they always appear in his pictures, or just some? Was a flash used in all pictures that the orbs appear? Were these digital or regular cameras?

I think studying photography and how cameras work would be a good place to start in understanding this.
