I have never seen orbs. I have seen shadowy figures before. Usually out of the corner of my eye, but once I saw a full figure walk by. I no longer live in that house though. The spirit or whatever it was was starting to get annoying by the time I moved. It was getting to where it liked to bang doors or make other noises at night. I wish I still lived there so I could investigate more, but oh well. I have never experienced anything in my current place.

That is interesting. I have never been able to see the future. It has never been an interest of mine either. Still that is pretty interesting what you can do. How exactly do you use it? What is it for you? Is it any more than a tool to bring you comfort, or unrest?

I have my doubts about pictures. One, pictures are so easy to manipulate. Two, there are many factors that can effect visual pictures. I have seen some pretty weird effects on pictures. On one part of a fan showed up on one of my sister's prom pictures. Are there ghosts of window fans out there? lol If this is the ONLY indication of paranormal activity, then I would not jump to conclusions. Be logical and reasonable about it. I once lived in a "haunted house", but I did not come to that conclusion until much later. I took my time and examined everything before coming to that conclusion.

My personal amature opinion is that this is dust or a glare. It looks to be consist with the angle of the light source.

If you do think your house is haunted you can try getting an audio recorder and seeing if you can get any kind of audio communication. It is rather simple to do. I have a friend that is exprienced with this. I will see if I can't get her to come here and post about it.

Basicly what the book and I have to answer your question is what your minister told you. Do not think about the How, that is thinking about the future. Think about what you are doing now. Now is where action takes place. Strive to be ever conscious of what you are doing and what is going on now. If you are conscious as things start to happen then you have a better chance of noticing them and stepping back before you are overtaken by your emotions. This detachment can be obtained by striving to accept things as they are. Try not to react but observe. Do not judge but just accept things as they are. Do not think about things, just be the ever present observer. Of coarse this is not easy to do all the time, but when you notice you are not present then be present then.

I will not claim to know something that I do not, so I cannot tell you what is going on with you. I do know that you should continue your development and energy work. It can only help you. You should not fear anything, for the only thing to fear is fear itself. Whatever is happening will only aid in your growth and development. When you come through this you will be much wiser. So do not see this as something bad, but face it head on as an experience to grow and learn from. Good luck.

You can do just as Kalonek said. I would not advise taking the energy to the heart chakra and leaving it there, though. I think it is best to pull the energy up the spine, passing it through all your chakras to the top of your head, and then bringing it down the front and storing it in the sub navel energy center. If you have read and practice NEW then it is basicly the same thing Robert teaches in it, except you are pulling the energy from the second chakra.

I am not saying you are wrong, Kalonek, for moving the energy to the heart chakra, or that you cannot move the energy to other parts of your body as you suggest, keos. But for someone that is new to energy work I would suggest staying with taking it to the sub navel until you are more experienced and have a more developed energy body.

This is something I wonder. How are they actually killed? Anyone can say anything to make their point. But what is the reality of it? If they are clubbed, how many wacks does it take to actually kill a seal? You can kill a human with one good wack to the head and it is a rather painless death. Your idea sounds good if the man is going to ejaculate. I have not exactly tried it. But my point is, if two people are going to practice energy exchanges during sex then there is much more that can be aimed for than just exchanging during ejaculation. I am speaking not only from study but from experience when I say that it does appear that there is energy loss when a man ejaculates. I am not so sure that all of that energy can be exchanged. A lot of it can still be retained or exchanged, but there does appear to be some loss. But if a man is going to ejaculate then some kind of energy exchange or cultivating is going to help a lot as opposed to none at all.

It sounds like she has become unbalanced. I strongly suggest you tell her to eat heavy foods, drink lots of water, and do the exercise Whisperingwillow posted. Western doctors cannot help her as they know nothing about the energy body. If you can, find someone who does as they might be able to help her. But she can do it on her own. Give her a copy of NEW and tell her to start practicing.

Balance is what is important. Never give too much attention to one chakra, unless you know it is under developed. You should work with all your chakras to keep them in balance. This is especially true for those that have never done any energy work.

Why ejaculate at all if you can have both orgasms and share energy without having to? The body still has to reproduce what is lost which means using more energy to create more. You do have a good idea, but if you would study Taoist Techniques you would understand that much more is possible. You are viewing it as exchanging only the explosive "end" energies. Taoism teaches to share your energies throughout the act and that there is no real end until you both desire to stop, because you are transforming this energy from the explosive to the spiritual.

And one really good reason to prolong ejaculation. The longer one can go without ejaculating during sex, the more pleasurable it feels.

Kakkarot, it seems most likely that your friend has no spirituality with his sexuality. What he is referring to most likely seems a combination of lack of the spiritual and the "little death" from expelling energy during the act. Sex can be very fullfilling and give you more than you put in. But sex is a powerful tool that can be used to create and strength or weaken and destroy.

I agree with Kerri. Sexual/orgasmic energies are the forces of creation directly linked to the Divine. Working with these can give you that connection to it.

I do see sex as a power issue, but as an equal bonding experience. But my study of Taoism on this subject reveiled something interesting. The West tends to veiw the one on top as the dominate partner or the taker, while the Taoist view this person as the giver for they are the one doing the work to give the pleasure.

I think you are viewing souls as too separate and unconnected. The more you move away from the physical manifestation the more connected we are, until ultimately we are all one. We are all just manifestations of the one Divineness.
