Hi Timboman, as far as im aware none of what your well meaning friend said is true. Im a medium and have seen and spoke to my family and relatives that have passed on and also family and relatives of other people.

I believe that obes are beautiful and safe if they occour naturaly or easely for you. Its my personal view that it not wise to AP if you have to try hard to achieve it. Just as a person using weights in a gym wouldnt lift to many weights with out building up over time, or running a marathon with out training for it gradualy first.

As for many religous people they tend to mean well, but are unfortunatly often narrow minded.

Truthfully ive not ever persued A.P much its just somthing thats happend now and again and at times the stillnes and clarety has seemed almost clearer than the physical. But lately ive been travelling alot! and quite look foward to going to bed at night  

Hi, some times before I fall asleep I have a bit of a projection, but often when I travel like that i cant see very well or only in a few colours and often ill be moving upside down, its like theres very little control.  Why cant I see, is it cos its too casual and I havent raised my energies enough kind of thing? regards Marcus.

Projecting takes alot of psychic energy, if you are able to project at will you must have alot of it. Tap in to that energy, there the higher knowkedge should have the answers your looking for.

It sounds like a fantastic project, but unachievable, and certainly not right to me.

Hi, Ive mulled over the thought now for some time how the astral plane is our real home. I'm not saying the physical plane isn't...but maybe the astral is a greater reality or like a central mother ship, for the want of a better analogy.
Firstly let me point out, I love this life and I'm in know hurry to leave it yet!  but here are my points.

> We exist here for a limited amount of time, IE a maximum of a hundred years if we do really well. Yet we can and are at times quit happy to exist in the astral indefinitely. I know some one whos guide has been there 500 hundred years for example.

> The people in the astral are aware of not just their current existence, but of their previous lives, Not just of  them selves but of us and the greater picture of all the universe and humanities place in it all. How many people here are aware of some of that? let alone all of it. We lose the memory of our previous lives and in between lives state, yet regain it when we return...are we returning home?

>Those in spirit are able to observe us ( not often the other way round ) and gently guide us, do we do that for them?

> We drift into the astral in our sleep, do the they drift into the physical plane when they rest? doubt it.

I could go on or talk about each point at greater length.

Maybe these are valid points and maybe they are not? or maybe I'm just echoing what others have said all along. But as I grow spiritually and my mediumistic ability's strengthen the more it feels this way to me.

I was giving a reading to a young woman who herself had had some psychic expiriences, her boyfriend had been tragickly killed in a road accident. She said the day he died, he leaned over her in bed to kiss her good bye and she saw what looked like a square around his head.

It freaked the poor girl out at the time, has any one heard of anything like this? regards M.K

Im not saying neg attatchments dont happen, ive expireinced it my self. But I feel people often over estimate the power of the problem. And there fore worry them selves sick over it.

 For example, spirit who have a keen interest in healing will often link mind with a medium or healer in order to carry out their work. My point is the spirit person needs the helpful aliance with the incarnet person in order to exchange the energies and effect some kind of result on the physical plane. Other wise we wouldnt need healers and spirit would all just go around healing people, which yes they do to some extent, but a greater result is gained by working with the medium/healer...right.

         So why would it be any different for neg entity or generaly ticked off spirit who wants to hang around some one? i agree a neg attatchment may sap a lot of energy and cause some negetive feelings ie depression etc which in its self can be pretty awful and destructive. But im not convinced about negs causing more drastic events or dirrectly manipulating the physical.
            I still believe so much is in OUR control. Im mediumistic and as such atract  spirit, most likley more, say than some one who isnt. When I was new to it, it drove me to despair ! and was at times quite frightening. Only because I alowed it to be.
I also believe that tyhere can be an element of worrying too much about it will cause psychosematic symptoms, ie imagining stuff that isnt happening or blaming it on spirit, when it simply isnt, a phantom phantom if you like....
Theres a big big difference between when spirit want to make the selves known to you, and the force of energy if you invite it and allow it.

Hi guys, one of my main guides is particuly interested in philosophy.

I recently read somthing about spiritual energies and mediumship, it talked about how a medium must be aware of which plane if you like that they are tuned in to, and i quote "The astral plane where spirit communications come from and what is generaly known as clairvoyance. Whereas trance and philosophy can take us to higher dimesions and comes from our giudes who do not live on thec astral"

So when talking about philosophy, the writer is making it sound as though it describes a different form of mediumship. is there such a thing? or are they saying that our philisophic guides would only live on a higher plane?
Any one know anything about this? Thanks marcus.

Hi guys, being a novice medium I'm reasonably accustomed to different energies, but what I experienced last week was very different.

I attended a healers circle that I hadn't been to before at a local spiritualist church. The leader of the circle lead us through a meditation, shortly after bringing us back my feet started to feel really strange! they felt slightly numb but really warm and tingly. The warm tingly sensation then spread from my feet through my body and up to the top of my head. It was quite quite over whelming and made me feel really floaty and spaced out ! I took some deep breathes and cleared it but could feel it starting again through my feet and calf's on and off for the next ten minutes or so.

it didn't feel like an external spirit energy, it felt more internal and felt very powerfull !! is this normal in healing? regards Marcus.

Hi Guys, this a pretty boring story but it felt so nice and natural i just wanted to share.
Although I dont ever pursue obe Ive had a few spontanouse ones in my life time.

What i found interesting about the other nights was how fantastic the exit felt !

I have had kidney infection and sore throat fora  a couple of days and even though I was double tired I had a crazy bout of insomnia. After about three hours of not sleeping a went the option of trying to meditate in to a relaxed state so i could drop off, next thing I remember was being half asleep and half awake, I then had a a feeling cross between when a spirit energy makes you tingle all over and a warm floaty feeling. I could feel the energy tingling all over so just let it happen. Next thing kinda half sat up and half slide out of my body which felt amazing !! you see i dont normally remember the exit, i find my self outside my body.

sadly i didn't go and explore, I just remember thinking mmm I'm outta body, this wasn't planned, what am i doing here, so I just returned to my body and that was that.......got me to sleep though!

Hi Alpine, Personally, as we speak (ask me in six monthes it may be different) I would say my goals would be, to refine my medium ship further so I'm be able to give the best readings possible, to become
the best healer I can in this life time,so I'm able to assist others in healing, physically, mentally and emotionally, and so I can empower others with the ability of self healing, attain enough knowledge on the above to write a book on the subjects that would assist others in expanding their own consciousness and spiritual growth.

And ultimately achieve enlightenment in this life time, and in doing so, assist in bringing the finer vibrations of the higher dimensions in to this one. That will do for starters, cheers Marcus

Hi every body, I was thinking recently how great it is that so many people from all walks of life and all parts of the globe are drawn together through our spiritual interest, and are a able to communicate openly in this way, which as we all know can be quite frustratingly difficult with most of the people we come in to contact with on a daily basis. There are people at many levels of soul development, and a huge varaity of interests and for so many reasons.

Astral pulse can there for only spurn our movment of a global spiritual awkaning leaps and bounds!!

My question is then: What is your ultimate goal if any? at a spiritual level, that you would like to attain or acheive in this life time?

As a medium I interact with many spirit people each day, and I certainly dont believe they all reached some kind awakening before they crossed over.

Hi Guys, my mediumship is primaraly clairvoyaint, although I can channel voices internaly (as in inside my head) but recently I am aware of spirit trying to tune in to me audaintly Is that a word!? when I feel them close by or when Im doing readings I have started getting humming sounds in one ear oer what sounds like the faint hiss of a radio not properly tuned in. Can any one relate to this? do you think im developing Clairaudiance or have I just got dodgy ears!? regards Marcus.

I have one question, I am a medium and channel for people most days, clairvoyantly and mentaly. The expirience of Channeling my own higher self is very very different from any seprate entity or conciousness.
Your expireinces sound very simalir to mine, not the conversations, but of simalir nature.
Are are you are 100% certain your not channeling your higher self? Its not that I dont believe you, why shouldnt I? Why shouldnt some one channel God. But our higher selves, our soul, is our closest connection to God at any level. Regards and God bless you Marcus.
