It wasn't scary, the only strange thing is that I really feel like my body will die if I don't come back. I have a surge of great pain in my belly as if it is frying or electrocuting me from the inside. It is so bad that I may be having a very nice experience, and then that sensation grabs me and puts me static in mid air and say 'go back!'.

I'd like to say that it's not like the trance state, some people will experience sleep paralysis and think that they are dying, when they are actually just falling asleep. It happens when I'm already out of body, then I feel like I must return but I just continue doing my stuff, then comes the pain, and I always decide to come back cause it's unbearable.

I was out of body about an hour ago and just goofing around in my room. I was listening to some music, very very good music, it seemed one was sung by The Doors ex-vocalist Jim Morrison, others were just gospel, I don't listen to that kind of music but I was enjoying everything. I heard about 3-4 songs, then my hearing became deficient.

There was a stereo playing all the songs from a radio station. I messed with the volume controls and it worked for a while. I had no voice from the start of the experience and it was ok, but I really wanted to hear more stuff so I made a magic to improve my hearing. Now I was really tuned.

Right after I've done that the stereo went off, 'pooof', it wont turn on. I was having a couple of strange experiences before this one, so I had good reasons to think there were 'demons' annoying me (there at least).

I was ticked, I decided I would do the Quevedo (famous skeptic from Brazil), I asked all the demons to come face-to-face with me. "Anything and whatever you are that is trying to get to me, come and I will teach you something", I don't believe in demons or anything like that, so I supposed it was going to be easy

This was silly, I had no voice, my hearing was deficient, my movements were feeble and I was feeling very weak. Anyways, as I opened my room door I found a ninja in black, I gave him a lesson and went outside. I was expecting a legion of monstrous creatures, but that's not what I found.

There was a woman holding a white cat, "I won't be fooled, if you're the second demon then come over here, I have a trick for you". She just smiled, I couldn't get to her, couldn't even move my feet, well, she didn't seem threatening, I just ignored her "If you're not going to attack me we have a deal". Then a white car comes from down the street, running a lot, I stood in front of it "Come demon, try to run over me with your car and I will throw it to the outer space."

He slowed down and stopped the car. Jumped out and smiled, stood next to the woman with the cat. I saw 2 very tiny white rats standing outside his nostrils, "This is a freak, what do you want, what's the problem with you people?", then he said "This what you are doing is upsetting me, you can't stay here now, you've been out long enough, now come with me."

I couldn't argue, I couldn't do anything, I was a zombie, he put me in his car and we went through a tunnel. Now I was seeing it as an outsider. I saw myself in the passenger seat as a small child, and he was saying "You are too rebellious, one day you will have to ... me." I was just thinking "Never, ever, ever..."

The word he said doesn't exist and I just forgot it now, but think he meant something like 'obey' or 'to look up to'.

When I woke up I felt like I've been dead for a while. Part of my inner organs had stopped functioning and my breathing had stopped long before that. I thanked my brothers of light "Thanks for the experience, you all have serious mental problems and a twisted sense of humour".

I like to think that only the good experiences are real, I've seen myself creating monsters to attack me, but on rare occasions like today I have doubts. I mean, what the hell, who's there choosing things for me? I was having a good time, I wouldn't end it like that, someone did. Who? Why? If I were to die then let me choose which way to go. I don't know, it may be nonsense.

My question goes out to the skeptics, the question here is the opposite: Have you ever had doubts that it was NOT your imagination?

Hehe, existence is not to be a prison, but an exploration of many aspects of the creation. There is no reincarnation cycle, we're passing by here and there, you come back if you want to, no one will force you.

I was expecting someone to say that ouija board doesn't work. Why?

What I've learned is that you're not supposed to use your lucidity to escape from the dream or nightmare, but use it in it instead. It's like you're under heavy rain and someone lands you an umbrella, but you just decide you wanna go where it's sunny. You throw away your umbrella and never reach the sunny lands.

Be an observer of your actions and try to understand what's going on around you. There's something in the air that is different from physical reality. Try to notice these subtle peculiarities.

He had hundreds of people paying for his services, maybe his partner ran away with the money and now he's ashamed to contact you.

Wonder who said he was sick?

Did you get to touch him, shake hands or anything? Maybe he has a twin brother and was playing a trick on you. It's suspicious the fact that he didn't want to answer your questions.

It's not impossible to go after you in OBE state, I just think it's very unlikely you would see him, unless you were in some trance. For instance, one day my mother asked me "You didn't sleep well? I was in bed and it was 4 am when I heard you open the door and walk down the stairs.". I told her "Yes, I did that indeed, but my body was still in bed.". She doesn't like me to talk about these things.

I don't know what to say about the rest of the dream, but I can tell when I'm reaching the trance state by noticing when my feet get warm, so it makes sense to me.

It all started like a very beautiful and delightful dream. I was a helper of the animals of the valley. There were ducks, birds, butterflies, it was like I was telling a story.

I was flying and exploring the environment when I met the butterfly. She had a long way ahead to go, so I just gave her a ride, she sat on my hand and we flew fast across the river. She left and I kept flying ahead.

The river got wider and I was flying right above it. I usually tend to scare myself and fall in the water, then I'll scare myself some more and imagine sharks, crocodiles, snakes. This time I forced myself towards the island, and I made it. Only when I was almost landing I saw 2 huge bulls, larger than elephants. The first one ticked and walked away. The second one was 3 times the size of the first, and he was coming in my direction making noises. I wasn't lucid enough to know they could not hurt me, I just knew I was very powerful if I had enough confidence. I knew I could wake up also.

I tried to build up my confidence and was getting ready to defend myself from his attack when I saw it was a machine, a lady was controlling him like one would control a tractor. Now I'm not so sure if she is nice, we shake hands and walk. We talk and all of a sudden a jaguar comes from behind her and bite my left hand. The animal talks, so I invert the game and hold his mouth tight close and say "You better not bite me, I'm not what you think I am".

He attacks me some 3 times more and I do the same thing, the lady complains, then a dog appears by my side, he's a friend and goes running after the girl. I didn't want the jaguar to bite me, so I was not going to allow the dog biting her, I went running after them both when I found out I was in a train, it was carrying hundreds of cages of wild beasts.

I'm trapped in this maze, surrounded by beasts, the cages are the size of rooms and made of wood. I break some of them to make my way across the train. I end up in a cage full of tigers, so again I stop to remind me that I am powerful if I believe myself to be.

I break some more cages and walk into the cage of the crocodiles. One to my left is facing me, the other one to my right is facing the cage. I found a log stick on the floor  and as the crocodile to my right comes to bite me I throw the log into his mouth. He walks away, but the one to my left comes towards me, I decide not to touch this one, so I turn around and break the cage. There are more 2 cages, I break them too and now I think I made my way out of the train.

It didn't happen, everything went dark, letters started to form saying "You can stay and wait for the next scene, or you can leave". I thought "Well, I fought so hard not to wake up feeling sorry for myself, what the hell, I'm staying.". But then nothing appeared and I woke up  

The highest level of lucidity I ever had in the dream state was during a nightmare, pretty much like this one, only the animals were smaller. I remembered the fact that the images were symbols, and there was a meaning behind them, so instantly I started viewing myself from above, acting my own dream, I was like 2 persons.

As a child I had many disturbing nightmares, and I think they helped me become fearless today.

I don't think he can see everything you do, it is generally accepted that it would take lots of skill to avoid 'reality fluctuations', and if he was so skilled he probably wouldn't be spying on you. Make a test, put an object some place weird, put your sneaker upon the tv set and ask him what he saw.

Just don't worry, he's probably just trying to embarrass you.

Hmmm, I was thinking these days whether so far I have gotten any evidence of life on other planets through my experiences, and it's really hard to say, but mostly yes. At times I felt myself coming back from very far places, and what I saw were people that looked physically very much like us, but didn't live the way we do. They seemed to be too much part of the nature of the planet, pretty much the opposite of what we do.

I come to believe that there is only one kind of intelligent life form that inhabits different parts of the universe, and it's only us, and we are everywhere. Now, I saw other planets that didn't look nothing like we know. There were strange life forms, didn't seem to be intelligent though. For instance, there was this dark planet, and on it lived electric light balls, the size of ping-pong balls maybe, and they floated on it's atmosphere. When I touched one of them I got the most tremendous shock in my life, it almost broke all my astral teeth!

If I saw it on a building I would deduce it means 1st floor above.

Maybe we all here 'suffer' from this thing to some extent. I'm not a full-time oddball, sometimes I can interact with normal people pretty well, but other times I get so introverted that I feel embarrassed even talking and looking to my mother and relatives. Makes me wanna run.

I would say finish your day. Do all you have to do, make sure everyone is alright with you and you're alright with everyone around, don't bring your worries to bed. Think of your room as a shelter, a peaceful resting place where you can isolate yourself from everything. Just lay down and say: I surrender!

They say talking a lot, laughing and listening to music are good tips to have a nice sleeping night. Jasmine essence is also good.

IequalMC2, I know what you mean. I can't bring the star in front of me, but when I look at that prisms formed by my eyelashes I can see cells. Don't know whether they are in the air or in me eyes. If you close your eyes and stare very deep into the darkness you can see a very tiny cell shimmering. Of course, a cell, it's tiny.  

Experimental, that is quite fun!

What I find most exciting is flying with someone by my side, or teaching somebody how to fly.

The latest experience I had with that theme was early this month. I was flying over a beautiful farm, and a kid was joyfully watching me as I passed. He asked if I could teach me how to do that. I agreed, and told him to run so that we could get enough propulsion, I would come flying from behind and grab him by his hand to take off. And so we did it, I also told him to help me with the flight, to control his balance. It went fine. But sometimes it's hard to rise with extra weight.

DrQuickbeam, it's hard for me to fly upwards in a straight vertical line, I always tend to slide to the sides, and at some point I can't gain more altitude, I just slide. I wonder how many people also experience this.

Oh, it's hard to say, it could have been anything. Teachings like this, and specially from 'gurus' always have a value. For their symbolic figure represents knowledge and aptness, but the information that was passed to you could have come from anywhere, since you were not on any quest.

I would take it as a meaningful experience because it's not everyday astral gurus teaches us how to operate mysterious abacuses, however it would be too precipitated for me to relate it to Linear A, though we found some things in common.

Some people say there is very intelligent life in Mars and Venus, but all in a different dimension, so we can't perceive it with physical eyes. Stars could be totally different on the other levels/planes, thus allowing life to exist.

I thought of a star because it would be virtually impossible to see a planet from such a distance, we would never meet each other...

As for dimension I understand a division of planes of existence just like the division of radio stations in a certain range of frequencies.

I think this funny thing sometimes:

Imagine you live in a star, and from there you can see many other stars. You pick one up and wave your hand to that star that is about 100.000 years away. One day you die and are born on that star that you once saw. You happen to have a magnificent telescope that you point to your previous home star, and see yourself waving to you. But you can't know that it was you.

It's something that could be possible assuming that we reincarnate and that we can live on many different dimensions of the universe.

If you ate too much before you went to bed it could have caused the nightmare. Anyways, nightmares are cool too, they will urge you to take control and become more lucid, and if it doesn't happen then at least they will help you enjoy the good dreams.

Eternity1, can you tell me when you had your experience? Were you trying to figure out the Linear A script, or it just happened in the past and now you found the symbols were similar?

Holy cow, Eternity1, I'm jumping in joy!!

Can I say yet what the astral man told me? I don't wanna influence peoples experience so I would like to keep it secret until one more person tell us what he has found?
