Hi all, although Ive had a hand full of OB Es its not a hobby of mine and I dont actively pursue it.

I was hoping you guys with more experience could offer up some opinions.

Recently Ive had prophetic dreams and quite lucid dreams that feel quite real and just lately Ive often dreamt that im atsral travelling.

I had one last night where I was bieng persued by some nasty spirits and had to keep thinking about other locations to escape, I went to Australia then the moon and then remembered that I could slip higher in to another reality and leave them behind, which worked.

Any way, a wont drone on any longer...my question is, am I projecting or just dreaming it? it felt like a dream...but also felt pretty real.

A flat is an English term for an apartment.

Everything can be understood rationally if you're smart enough.

Maybe, but often human nature to have to try and rationalize things that I feel prevents our minds from seeing or excepting many more things, if our minds were truly open and child like we would experience a greater range of possibility's. Maybe thats where the saying "youth is wasted on the young comes from" ?

Has any one else here experienced phenomena publicly?

Hi all, I posted the story of the following experience around 12 months ago, but I want to see if any one has had similar experience or could comment on the event.

The reason I'm calling it "public non reality" is in Gordon Smithes (described as Britain's most accurate medium) book he talks about phenomena thats experienced by more than one person IE making public.

To cut a long story short, my friend an I opted for a night in with a curry and a bit of TV. We both thought it might be fun to meditate together, so we did for a short while strait after the curry!..dont ask.
we had just finished our meditation when the the whole part of the flat opposite to where we where sat literal wobbled backward and forwards violently as though it was no longer solid matter! then it disappear in a violet haze, we were then visited by countless spirit faces from the mist and this went on for around 20 minutes. I even casually got up for a drink half way through. It was quite frightening at first seeing physical matter melt!

So a strange tale but 100% true and two of us witnessed it, making "a public display of non reality" and we weren't smoking or anything like that.

I have come to terms with the fact that as humans we often look to explain and rationalize strange events, and quite often that is not possible.

the reason Ive put this story up again is recently I was reading a book by Sanya Roman, the text is Channeled by her guide who mentions "it is not the vibration of a wall that makes it appear solid, only our vibration in relation to the wall, and if our vibration were high enough we could see through it". So was our vibration temporarily raised? Ill most likely never know? Comments please, Cheers Marcus.

Having been regressed it explaines many of the traits and things im attracted to in this life, but as for NDE !

I Had one ten years ago, I was outa body but it felt very different from other astral travels ive had. I was taken by a jesus looking person to a place above some clouds, we were flying towards a big orange sunset, its the best ive felt in my whole life, warm, safe at peace and an all emcopasing love that I cant expliane in words, it felt better than pefect, he told me I had to come back and that was that. It left me with first hand expirience of how it is to feel free from any fear boubt or anything negative at all and I thought I was pretty good at that any way! my mind was free and ill never forget that. Still dont know who he was?

Karma good or bad will come back to us when we are at our lowest ebb, so to create and experience the greatest effect in this life or the next, there is no escaping it.

Hi, maybe this will help, i too experience daily spirit visitations, if I'm not sure of the message I meditate and ask either the giver of the message to try and be a little more clear or ask higher mind.

I dont believe astral travels dangerous either, but may it ilistrate the potental dangers of using bad techniquie? or maq be having a weak astral body who knows?

As for the thoughts bieng out dated, well she wrote the book in 96 i think and was continuly studying spiritual matters and constantly evolving her mind far beyond most of us on the forum could even image in this life time.

may be the problems the people in the story expienced were the results of pushing them selves a little too hard, like pushing too much wieght at the gym first time round.

Good to be back on the AP.

This subject isn't meant to alarm anybody but in the spirit of good will thought it best I share the knowledge.

I refer to the comments of the great and late Betty Shine, for those not familiar with her she was a British Healer, medium, psychic with the most extraordinary ability's and spiritual mind, her studies of mind energy and other dimensions led her to write ten best selling books and it would be hard to find a more powerful medium.

She would often astral travel to the bed side of patients in need of her incredible help.

So the sickness I was talking about: Whilst attending a healing seminar Betty realized that a large proportion of the people that had turned up to be healed had dreadful distortions of their mind energy ( a halo of energy visible around the Head, separate from the aura ) through her clairvoyance and also through talking to these people she soon found that they had been apparently been taught to astral travel and that some of them through forced exit had dangerously distorted their mind energy, one girl hadnt been able to proerly bring it back and it was still half outside her body! leaving her dizzy confused and in a potential in a very bad state, She was thankfully able to Heal these people.

She then goes on to say in her book ( My life as a medium ) and I quote " for those that like me who have experienced astral travel  quite natural and wish to repeat the wonderful experience again, I strongly urge them not to! I as a medium was saved from my foolishness, it can be dangerous".

I realize I might be vastly unpopular for posting this. However I believe Betty is a good authority to be able to express her views on the subject.

Hi all, not a very interesting topic I know but I would like some feed back. I fell asleep meditating and found myself lucid and outa body, let me point out ive only had half a dozen obe's worth remembering. I was sure that I was exploring this world and all the people I was drifting past where incarnate people if you like, I then realised that a couple of them could see me and one of them was very anoyed at me floating around and started pointing and moaning to some others who where most un-interested. Puzzled that he could see me I went and asked if he was psychcic and he looked at as if I was crazy! he asked me if it bothered me being away from my body? and up untill that point I hadnt realy thought about it. It was all very strange. Any way after I woke up and realised that the area I was exploring looked quite similar to a place where I am living in at the moment but it wasnt..if you get my drift? this is why I believe i was confused as to weather I was exploring another dimension or this one! im sure I was outa body but now im questioning my self if was just a very, very vivid dream [)] Thanx guys best whishes Marcus.

No I havent gone crazy!! Whilst meditating if I call light to my self and totaly load up on it, during or after mefditating or both I have almost the same sensation of an orgasm and intense love!! through my body!! its wild and it makes me breath funny [^] I feel it from my heart area and down to my groin. Hey all, quite often very psychic people have the abilty to project/leave their bodys very easily, at will even. Im guessing because of there quality of mind and control of it, along with their hightend conciousness and higher frequency and vibration.

There for does OOBE training increase or cause the development of psychic ability? as a side effect even (not a bad one!) if so could any one provide a good example please.

Although I can at times and have,left my body, I dont because I dont know where I would go, and dont realy feel the need, or more like I prefer to put my energy in to somthing different. so the only expiriences ive had have either been accidental or very brief.

Hey all, I realise recieving images is an individual thing, and what something may mean to one person may be quite different for another. I recently recieved an image of traveling through a green traingular tunnel of light somewhere in space, it was very real, as In the sensation and feeling of traveling through it, and it felt like it was going some where far away, if you get me? it had other colours flicking through it, anybody recognise this as having any symbolic meaning?

Also does lucid mean when you become aware in a dream and know its a dream, thus bieng able to control it? I remember years ago some one told me that if you become aware that your dreaming you can obe, interesting i thought, ill do that then [^] (totaly nieve [)])  so the next couple of nights i went to bed thinking im gonna do that obe thingy tonight [] couple of nights later found my self dreaming.. and said right! obe, then I got a bit nervous cos I hadent a clue wot I was doing, with that I felt like I was falling through my bed at a hundred miles an hour!! what a rush!! and woke up with a big gasp cooool [8D] That was before i sarted learning about anything spiritual, still know nothing about lucid dreaming etc, So what happend dya think?

For around the past three weeks while awake going about my daily bussines, im seeing flashes of dreams that ive had, some of them years and years ago, also the very vivid feeling of the dream is there and the small flash is enough to remind me of most of the dream (that im aware of). But its like all day long, some days ill get a flash of 7 or 8 dreams! Im also getting flashes of unforgotten things that happend to me when I as quite young etc.

Any one know why this might be? I read recently that as we increase our spirituality we go through a void as we move from one level to another and in that void this can happen. I thought it may be increased use of subconcious mind ar somthing?

I know nothing about it, only some one told me recently that im a 3 and that 3 is the most spiritual number...is it?..How? thought it would be a 7.

Im gonna be 33 on the friday the 13th of august, which if im correct is the 3rd time its fallen on a friday on my birthday (apart from when I was born which was friday the 13th aswell [}:)]) so does that mean anything interesting? just wondering cos there seems to loadsa threes flying around!  Im guessing..not realy lol.

I didnt post it before, as it wasnt somthing I felt like telling people, but I now feel the time is right.

This winter just gone, I went to a friends flat, we had a curry and wathched a bit of tv, and later decided to do a bit of a meditation together, which we hadnt done before (together that is).

We meditated for around what felt like 20 minutes. We came out of the meditation and sat for a moment and both remarked at the beutiful sparkes of energy we could see in the candle light room....And thats when it happened !
we both looked in astonishment as the wall opposite and everything with it started to move! "are you seeing what im seeing?" she exclaimed !,  ur, If you can see the whole wall wobbeling backwards and fowards then yes! I repiled. I admit I was a little frightend for a few seconds...it was as if the the physical matter of that part of the room was melting and shifting! like in a film.

Any way at that point it all turend violet and grey, and she said it all looked grey to her, we watched in total disbelief for around 20 minutes/ half an hour as one after another native american indians appeard before us, just body and head, there where men women old and young. I even got up half way through  and got a drink and came back, she laughed cos I walked in bettween her and the now non existante wall and she said all she could see behined me was a kind of grey haze. Some just looked, some smiled and turned, some just looked stern and left, they where very beatiful and nobel looking people. Some gave telepathic messages, that she heard but not me.
What started as a bit of meditation, turned into us looking into another dimmension.

It was the most incredable and unexpected expirience, which I feel very honoured  and lucky to have had happen to me, I still dont know why it happend, and havent heard of anything quite like it?

One things for sure Its something I wont forget! ive had a couple of wobbaly walls recently, two days ago infact, but it stopped and nothing transpired.

Hey all, I confess I havent thought about this for very long so im sure many are going to point out how wrong I am, or that this an old and worn out topic.
But it ocourred to me and seems to ring true to me in my heart, that this tempory third dimensionl existance is not our true home (even if it so obviously is for now)

A few basic points then: We are spirit, on a physical journey, our soul and mind last for ever.

This trainig ground, for thats what it is, seems to be one of the lower plains of existance, but that siutes our growth and training, and through growth we dont need to return to this more dense dimenssion of lower vibration if we can complete the lessons our soul requires to evolve.

Our guides, family friends, angelic and assiting biengs observe us from the other dimesions, to view our progress and send us love and support, not realy visa versa (unless you are mediumistic for eg. Like guiding from HQ or the mother ship, for the want of a better metaphore [)]

There for A.P would be a most natural state. Not the reason for my post, but somthing that came to mind whilest typing this.

Hey all, I dont know anything about magic (not in this life anyway, I was a witch in a previous life! lol)

What I do believe is that what ever we send out will come back to us 10 fold and no escaping it. I was then shocked to see that a Swiss paper has published a photo of the england team with all thier legs in view so the readers can stab their legs with voodo pins in order to drain thier energy during tommorows game!

And I qoute" Rip this page out, pin it to the wall and treat it with nails, needles and the stapler, And hope that it will work"

Im hopeing (if there is any!) that the person who came up with this stunt isnt aware of what they are doing, for if they did in my opinion that would be a total misuse of mind energy, apart from bieng a dirty stunt!

I dont know much about crystals and stones.

I was given a pendant from newzieland recently(dont know much about spelling either!). Its made of green stone from the south islands
I was told its a very precious and spiritual stone for the maures, and will provide protection and good luck etc.

Does any one know about the green stone?
