Does this do much , or is it just some people making money ?  I some times think back to some people that wanted to sell me an amithyst pendent for around $65 ( mid 80s ) from a booth at a new age fair .  I got some amityst at a new age store or rock and gem place for $1 or $2 each .  desert rat

There are astral meet up groups that are easy to find with a net search .  There is a lot more out there that intreges me than being an astral warrior . desert rat

As to proof all any one of us can prove are  our own  thoughts , and   feelings . Am I alive , is any of this real ?  ect.  Robert Monroe meet up with ghosts , and people that had just died . The guy that wrote the book astral realms wrote of people in different parts of the astral plane that had created the kind of life they had while alive . I just put a magnet to my third eye , I did not get a head ach.  I am not sure , I might feel something .  I will try medatating with it, I will also try a quartz crystal , just to see .  desert rat 

If one had a magnetic personality , then I guess a magnet could stick to them . ( lol )  You could have doctors do a m.r.i. to see if the pineal gland were ok.  You can do a ritual like the circulation of white light , or middle pillar , to activate your third eye    .  This shows the chakras http://www.aznewage.com/chakras.htm   I have been trying for over 20 years and not had a conscious a.p. , so you should not worry about a week .  desert rat 

As I posted before , yo sava espanol solo um poco . ( I understand a little Spanish)             The only problem with the translators is if  some one has made a post that , like me cant spell in any lang. One needs to know some Spanish to get along in this part of the south west USA.  There are slight differenecs in some of the Spanish words spoken in Spain , Mexico,  South America , and the USA . desert rat

I did think of the great wall of China , but as it is so long , you would need to pick a spot along it .  On the Giza plateau , I would like to see if that hall of reccords is below the paw of the sphinks , as Edgar Cayse stated .  Some of the old mystory schools may still meet there . What about meeting in the astral garden , as some people that have a n.d.e. find pased on loved ones .  There was a story , many years ago , it may of been in the national enquier , people that did not know each other would meet each other , I believe it was in a reasurant .     . To my knowledge they were not trying and had  little or no  knowledge of the astral . What you can do is pick a place , the astral island of this forum , the golden gate bridge ( S.F. CA USA)   the Eifel tower (  Paris   France) ect. post a time ( G.M.T.) then see who shows up .          desert rat

Some think time is happing all at once , only the human mind sees it as linear .  We could be living many lives all at the same time .  Some think when some one is  regressed in to a past  life there reading info from the akashic reccords , not there own , so who knows . desert rat

 To Wi11iam .            On evidence of reincarnation ,  there is a boy that had memories of having died in ww2 as a fighter pilot .  He had knowledge of aircraft at that ( mid 40s ) and had night mares of having died from a fire during a crash landing on an air craft carrier .  As I remember the story he knew his wifes name and some of his famly .  The story is on the net , I can post links if asked. desert rat  
p.s. If any has not heard a e.v.p. it can be some of the freekiest audio to hear .  I dont know if it is realy proof , but it can sound strange .  

On summing up spirits , you must know what you are doing .  Even Aleister Crowley summed up a being he could not fully banish . I had a few cans of beer when I made this responce.  Some of the a.p.books    that I have read state that it is easier to a.p. at night . All the astral critters are the same , less shock on the astral body , or some thing like that . On the cave man , I also read where he( or she ) would go out of body to see what might be weighting at the mouth of the cave to eat him (her) . Then reglions came along and told the cave man to stop going out of body , or some thing like that .  desert rat 

I think a fear of the night goes back to the cave man days .  A time before flash lights and guns . A time before man ( or woman ) knew about the light of a fire .  Who knows what is out there and who or what might hurt or eat us .     desert rat

Actually the name Mark MacDonnell doesn't sound correct to me, the politician I had in mind was someone fairly famous. It will meaning pouring over my old AP books to try to find the name. But I will have a quick look to see if can find it!

This is the name on pg 49 of the book I listed.  It states he appeared in the British house of commons for 2 days , while his body was helpless in bed .  He recorded his vote in an aproved manner .  It is possable that it is just a story , or the name could be off a bit .  It is also possable that the British removes references to this event . desert rat

Welcome to the forum .  You may of reached an altered state of consciouss , but it does not sound like you left your body. Read some of the posts hear and on other sites , forums and in books on a.p. on an actual out of body experence . Of couse ever one interepts events to there own belief system .      Robert Monroe, DickSutphen , W.
