Hey all, First I hope im not posting to much..I have had so much happen to me latley, and seem to have so much to chat about,  I think im going through a enlightening stage, and it acurred to me recently ive been posting an awfull lot! I dont want to get on everybodys nerves[:I]

Any way on that note since ive become more spiritual, and seem to be recognising and awkening a more psychic side of my self, I now have violet after vision!  As in I look or even glance at any brightish light and im seeing pure violet for a few seconds the only difference from this and say the after vision you would get from staring at a light bulb is that its not obscuring my vision i see it more around the room or where ever I might be,....dont thonk im explaining it very well.

Any way any one else get this? M. ka

Hey all, who else gets the litte spiders on your face thing and what feels like cobwebs on your face.

I have had it like 23 hours a day for a while now and generaly ignore it, to start with it drove me mad!! im so used to it now I  almost forget its there. It some times comes with some third eye pressure like some ones gently pressing or tickiling my brow chackra. And occaisionly a faint ringing in one ear.

The reason I bring it up is ive always pressumed its spirit trying to communicate with me, because if I can be botherd, Which I have to be honest isnt very often [)] I can close my eyes and get visual communication.

Then a medium said to me the other day "oh yeah thats spirit developing you".  Do Spirit develop you in that manner? any one know?  

dont suppose this is very usefull use (maybe it could be, but not sure how?) but has anyone watched the energy sparkes on people in the almost dark?
Sorry to lower the tone, but on the odd occasion ive got lucky[:I] ive been fasinated by the different coloured sparks on the girls  body and face its realy cool!

One time I couldnt see the girls face, for colour! that was a bit wierd!

the medatation, involves 18 breathes only the last part describes you transforming your conciousness from third dimenssion in to fourth dimmension and then your spirit body moving at the speed of light from this dimmension to the next and I qoute "This will be your new home for a while" this last part may only be used with instrucction from higher mind as apparantly (and im sure it true) the energy of the fully acctivated merkaba can can only be handeld by some one who is ready or you could potentialy hurt your self.

So are they describing A.P or something more perminent? Ive heard of master Gurus and yogis who are so balanced and unaffected by stress that they can shift between dimensions at will..coool.

Can some one enlighten me on this subject, is it plausable or is it a load of rubbish. By the rule of Universal law everything you put out will come back to you in this life or the next. So can we remove karma?
I spoke to a group who atune people to Merkaba (if thats how its spelt?) who said Karma claensing was part of their thing, the same group also told me they transfom our light bodys in to that of an arch angel or somthing!  O.K ...Pass the Bong.

And if we are removing bad Karma, are we removing good Karma at the same time?

Im aware of a few ways of sending distants healing, a couple of which ive had some good results with. I realise different ailments may need a different aproach.

Can any one share their favourite or most effective methods.

I wanted to post this only to try and help any one who goes through anything like I expirienced.[:O]

Ive noticed alot of posts about People or thier friends trying to deal with unwanted or malvaliant (is that how you spell it?) spirits. "How can we get rid of them etc"

I would suggest that since the nature of universal law means like attracts like, the best and most aprropriate way of avoiding or getting rid of any unwanted energy/entity of any kind is through self change and positive mind development. I.e look to our selves to see whats so intresting about us to a neg?

And learning that the fear and negative thinking is what attracts such spirit to any individual. There are many violent and hateful people or people who are very negative whos mind energy reaches out into the dimensions where spirit pick it up and want to attach themselves to those people. I think there lies the potential danger of anyone whos too negative trying to develop pshycic ability to quickly with out first developing there positive mind.

Im not violent but I went through a stage where I developed to quick too control or understand my expiriences and it frightend the life out of me for a while! and as a result attracted all kinds that where encouraged by my fear.

I dont believe theres anything that can physicly harm you in spirit, only the negitivaty caused by these expiriences that effects peoples minds can.

Im sorry to say this again ( ive mentioned it in other posts [:I])but All this has led me to believe the best way foward is by learning to nuture and encourage spiritual growth through learning to become our higher self, this can bring positive mind, balance, the ability to A.P, heal, clairvoyance, love, revalations, strength ( lol sounds like an add !) and the quality of mind that dosent need to deal with or be worried about negs. Thats my 2 cents,

I admit I dont have much Knowledge of AP or OBEing only some personal expiriences, ive not read any books or anything like that.

But I can sit for a short while relax with my eyes open and leave my body for a few seconds, also I have to meditate with my eyes open cos if I shut them I feels as though im leaving my body every time and im not even trying! its like im trying not to O.B.E!

Any comments? anything you think I should try? Who else gets this?, is it a bad idea leaving your body with your eyes open? [)]

did any one see the Russian girl in the press recently? she had passed many tests by doctors, scientists and other sceptics including a team of journalists from a british tabloid newspaper. And all agreed she truely could see the internal organs, skeleton etc of the human body, right down to the detail of an injury such as a fracturd bone from 12 years ago!
Not one of them mentiond that theres any possabilaty that shes psychic...which seems the obvious answer to me!. She now has hundreds of people waiting outside her house when she comes home from school each day looking for help (shes 12).

Global warning: To us the changes are imperceptible. The slight shift in the seasons that barely warrant comment beyond a casual remark that spring seems to be springing earlier these days. But to british wild life, (and global), the reality of climate change in many cases can be devastating. Its estimated that more than a million species will be wiped out in the next 50 years.

Heres an example: an oak tree comes in to leaf two weeks earlier than 40 years ago, Caterpillars eat the leaves, and cocoons a fortnight ealier. But Blue tit chicks (british bird) hatch at the usual time, but their parents are unable to find catipillars to feed them so many of them die. Sparrowhawks which feed on the chicks, are deprived of thier scource. Now face a population crisis.

My question then "is global warming effecting the vibrational changes the earth is going through and in turn our universe? or are the vibrational changes causing some of the effects the media and scientist and general public believe to be Global warming?

Learning to become your higher self equals spiritual growth.
Higher self and learning to become your higher self as an amazing journey which I am only just begining so I do not claim to be any kind of expert. But from what ive already learnt, read and expirienced it seems to me to be the ultimate and most rewarding way foward.
For example In a nut shell, bieng your higher self and comunicating with your own higher mind, can bring not only amazing spiritual gifts such as: raising your vibration and energy levels, the ability to leave your body, to heal your self and others, clairvoyants, learn to hold and radiate more light, feel more balance and confidence, find a more loving creative and positive side to your self that is better at making desicions, and basicly trancending anything that benefits your higher good. these are not the main reasons for learning to become your higher self but are means to an end that you may develop along the way.
Higher self makes every body equal, nobodys higher self is higher than anyboby elses. we can learn to communicate with another persons higher self.
I certainly do not want to become a saint and im sure I wont! but doesnt learing to become your higher self more and more hold the key to unlocking the answers and abilitys that so many of us search for? Ive started reading a book called Bieng your higher self, written by some one called Sanaya who supposedly chanelled the imformation from a spirit called Orin who exists in the same dimesion/ plane that our higher self exists on.

if we had a vote for the worlds best healer (that is incarnate human biengs before any one gets clever [)]). I realise there must be many around the world unheard of or very modestly practising there humble art, but if we were going to have a vote who would the nomminations be ? I would have voted Betty Shine had she not Passed over in 2002, god bless her.

Any one else had E.T communication ? I have some mediumistic ability, that is spirit do communicate with me by projecting thier mind energy on to mine and feed me images scenes emotions etc. Relaxing in the bath ( my point is I wasent looking for any communication) and some one was trying to communicate, so feeling relaxed and in a positive frame of mind I let them in, I was a litte suprised when a less human face came through, thinking i had a nasty! but then relaxed but was more supsried when I found I was bieng greeted by an extra terestrial bieng obviously working in another frequency. It looked exactly like the stereo typical area 52, skinny body big eyes etc, and by no means hostile, it/he/she gestured a hand to me but I believe apone realising I wasnt much use for its purposes it did the off! Id like to make it clear Ive had no intrest or thought of incouraging such communication.

More and more recently ive noticed tiny flex of energy creeping all across the floor close to me, with a relaxed view it looks as though the floors gently moving and it always looks like its moving towards me, its more noticable in duller or artificial lighting, its only visable to me on the floor and if I have bare feet it tingles, What could it be?

Chatting to a close friend whos very spiritual today about A.P, she told me three of them A.Pd together only she found her self stuck not bieng able to get back in! and the others had to help her, needles to say it frightend the life out of her. I found this strange as I thought that it would be harder to stay out than get back. In read one of Betty Shines books recently, for those not familiar with Betty,until passing over in 2002 she was an amazingly gifted psychic, clairvoyant, medium and heralded the the worlds number one healer many times. An extraodinary and spiritual Lady who believed that if A.P is achieved by only a swift and easy thought then it is totaly natural and safe, however if there is more effort required to achieve that state then she truly  believed you could be taking a risk. Any comments?

has any one found them selves bieng controlled by some one else whilst projecting ? or has the following happend to any one else!!?

I was minding my own in a deep sleep....when I became aware i was out of body in an imviroment I didnt recognise, and before everyone asks how dya know you where O.B ? Ive been been O.B before, but this was super vived!!

 Anyway I was floating down a beutiful yellow gold road with the greenest trees either side, u get the picture! but with No control of the situation at all!! I was bieng dragged fowards by an invisable force! every hair on my body felt like it was standing on end. I was bieng pulled towards a beutiful building, and was trying to bale out but with to no availe!I just kept going..sucked though the doors, it was at that point I rememberd it had happend the night before and escaped, not this time though, to cut the story short I was met by a woman who seemed as though she had been expecting me I instintivly new she had brought me there, there were others the but i could only focus on her, I had no choice! she just held me frozen in her gaze, then she gave me a message about how glad she was that im here now, where ever that is! at that point it became one of the most beutiful expirences ever and it felt perfect!! she then with out warning released me..what a ruuuuushh!! I woke with a huge gasp and could faintly just make her out in whispy white above me, then vanished. Just to finish off, that episode sparked my intrest in spirituality and seems that some pshycic ability has awoken in me since then.

OK here goes... im guessing most people on this forum are spiritualy aware or becoming so, so we incarnate in this life to the parents we chose for our own particular purposes (irelivent) we then realise that the world and humanity is in a bit of a MESS !! wars ,pollution, violence, drugs, cruelty to animals, religous dogma, more killing more wars in the name of GOD!..whats that all about!, destroying the rain forests, racism!.....blah blah to name but a few, but its our own fault. Because in previous lives we where the people who made this mess or at least got the ball rolling ( my apologies to those souls who are new or incarnated from other planetary systems, mmm maybe they came to help!). Any way when we laeve this life and join our friends in the Astral who are equaly distressed about the whole situation, not only because we end up back here in what ever state we laeve it now but the planetery energy systems are rocking not only our dimension but the next, because it exists so closley to ours. Theres no getting away from it.

The spiritual way is not to preach to the those who are not ready to become aware, but gently plant a seed for them to follow if they wish.

So how can we fix it? or at laest make a relavent impact in this life??? bring it people.

Good desicions come from Expirience, Expirience comes from making bad desicions

Has any one tried it? I read in a book about an auric vision exersise where you stare at a  brow Chakra or your own in a mirror. The book didnt explain the reason for this exercise, but its crazy!! The images of all kinds of faces appear, old, young, animal and even alien like! Afterwards, I had an after-vision similar to staring at a light, but more like it was suspended in front of me, that kept changing colour. It was all very suprising.

I haven't found a real purpose for this exersise but it was intresting......any comments?

Hi guys, Ive not read any books or anything on how to AP so I knowe very little. Ive found my self projecting in my sleep acouple of times, but never conciously tried.

However when I meditate (just to relax) for only a short while I feel myself leaving my body. If i have my eyes closed I get the vibrations, and ive sat outside my self at will once, whilst meditating. Ive always stopped my self to be honest.

So is this the start of AP or is projecting in to the astral very different?

Hey everybody,
Ive recently started becoming Clairvoyant, its growing stronger daily and im increasingly aware of spirit enegy around me visualy as well as touch. At night especialy I see them hang around with people or what ever it is thier doing. My guide tells me its the spirits energy or aura im seeing , violets blues etc.

Id like to hear some opinions on the meaning or relevents of the different colours that im seeing, thanx guys M.K

Been pondering for a while and decided it was time to see if anyone can help me out with this one ?

It started when I had a concussion and stood on a building and watched them taking me off to get some medical attention, to cut a long story short...later on I found my self flying across the clouds towards the most beautiful sunset, I felt warm safe and totaly at peace. Holding my hand on my left was a guy looking after me, he was smallish with a brown hooded cloak, almost like a monk, at that point I think I was enjoying the whole thing too much and with a tone as if to say youve seen enough now, said "its time for you to back now" and let go of my hand, I felt my self fall and thats when I woke in Hospital. I dont know who he was and have never seen him again, so my question is, is he my guide or what ?!

More recently I had a lucid dream and was drawn to a house where a woman held me in her gaze and told me telepathicly "im glad your here now" I woke up and she was floating above me in white, I aked what she meant? and she faded away...decpite asking her to come back ive not seen her agian...is she my guide? any constructive thoughts any one [?]

This is all very new to me.
I recently started medetating, if i do this directly before i go to sleep Ive started seeing brilliant colours in the dark, the colours swhirl in differnt shapes and are made up of dark blue, pale blue pink, violet, a rich green and gold, what am i seeing ??
I tried two nights ago to see the colours again, this time could only see green with fiant electric blue flecks, I looked at my hands and realised it was glowing from me ! aroud my arms hands legs and feet. Am I seeing my aura

Just wana point out guys, I didnt ejaculate! I had the deep intense sensation through my body, but nothing to clean up!!

Hey all good topic! I recentl read a spritual development book called bieng your higher self, by Sanya Roman. one of the chapters is called seeing the bigger picture and exlpains how through recieving insights and revelations we can lift the vails of illusion we expirence through incarnating in this dense dimmension and see the bigger picture of our lives i.e why we are here, life on other planets, our lifes purpose etc at the end of each chapter is a meditation to practice, the one at the end of that chapter is a journy to the Akaishic records, which like everything else we can reach with our minds, I could describe the medetation but there are other meditations to do before to prepare you for that stage, so I would Recomend the book, its well worth a read.
