Theres one topic in the Astral Consiousness or somethin like that with a Free Holosync thing, but when I tried to go to the link, it just took me to this homepage. But there was another link for other stuff and they have Boxed Nirvana and two other things, it might be Boxed Nirvana II, im not sure but it puts me in the vib state and i cant even feel my legs/arms.

When you sit down in 8th grade math class, they don't set down a page of problems no other 8th grader has ever sloved before.

...they did in my math class today.

Heyo. I havent had an OBE either  . Ive been tryin really hard though. But to answer your question aboute the lucid dreaming and OBEs, I think lucid dreaming is when you are in controll of a dream and OBE is when you mind leaves your physical body.

Yeah. I havent had an OBE yet, but I practice with Boxed Nirvana, and when I do have to give up and wait till the next day cus I have to go to sleep I feel like awake and cant get back to sleep and need sleeping pills. That happened this morning :sleepy:

Wow. Boxed Nirvana is amazing. I listened to like 5 mintes, and began feeling a bit sleepy. But hey, some guy said before you shouldnt listen to this stuff if you 13 and below ebcause something is still develo[ping, if i still listen to it will it be harmful?

Hey all. I was just wondering if there are any time differences in the astral world and the physical world. Do you feel rested after an OBE? Or do you feel like you need more sleep? Would it be safe to have an OBE and still be well rested for school/work the next morning? Because I want to practice having an OBE every night but dont want to look like this :coffee: in the morning.

That happens to me i guess. I never know what to do.
