Vivek, As all astral beings are... Astral they cannot enter the physical world so they cannot know all that much about it...
All any astral being can know about the physical world is what they see in the (RTZ) and what we tell them, As they cannot come to the physical world they donot know anything of the transition between the two, other then what they are told by beings from the physical world...
And our knowledge of it is limited...

Tombo, The "Watchlike" device I spoke of in my first post puts the body into a state that has the same effect as sleep paralysis...

Well, With what we have now...
Everyone but Jake can just push a button and within about 5 mins be in a perfect state to project...
It doesnt make them actuly project, But it gets them so close to it they can't help but project...

We want everyone, no matter how much they dissbelieve to be able to project... And as Jake can't We still have a long long way to go.

Im sorry, I thought he did, But he doesnt speak with them anymore...

My Girlfriend is pregnant at the moment,
I kinda broke the tradition and got myself a girlfriend who isnt a "natural" projector... infact she has "never" had one... So it would be interesting to see what my daughter is going to be like...

When people post claims like that, it's considered polite to post a link to some, you know, actual evidence in that direction.

I never post links to information as I have no need to prove myself to people I dont know, If you were a friend of mine or a family member I would usualy provide evidence to a claim I make...

Yes, Christians have added alot to make it what it is today
But thats all been ADDED to it, If it has anything to do with paganism... which I cannot see anything... It has been ADDED over time and is not the roots of the holiday.

I was brought up as a pagan... And no one I knew ever claimed there was anything pagan to do with christmas,

I just wanted to say that any similaritys to Paganism that might exist does not make the holiday a pagan one...

The root of Christmas has nothing to do with any religion, Simply the kindness of one man...

As I said before, I was brought up Pagan, Then I whent Christian and now I am not part of any religion,
Having been part of both religions I have alot of good friends in them, So I am not intending on offending either...

I haven't read over the forum all that much so forgive me if it's been asked before, But does anyone else in your family project?

With my family I have never heard of anyone that isn't a "natural" projector...
Everyone as far back as the records go has been able to do it "instantly" and at will... and never needed to be taught or told about it.

Most of my friends that project have at least 1 other member of there family that projects... So how about you? Anyone else?

A friend of mine was thinking of doing that some time around the middle of this year but he moved from Michigan to New Zealand...
He wasnt in Grand Rapids but close to it...

Just think... If I hadnt talked him into comeing to NZ you would have a place to go  

I think he still talks to the other people who were going to help him
Ill ask him, they might still want to or might have done it without him...

Well, I am 16...

It's all perfectly sync

But that doesnt realy matter now, As simply halfing everything solves the prob...

We have some results with it...
But for some reason the lights are causeing it to double...
Like the 15 hz from the cd and the 15 from the lights is turning out as 30 in the brain, wich I didnt read anything saying that is the case...
But we changed it all to half and it is going right and is working twice as fast as the sound alone... Thanks.

I would say look into technologies other than binaural beats. Organisations (such as the Monroe Institute) have spent ludicrous amounts of money and large amounts of time (30 years+) researching this area with some of the best technology and facilities money can buy.
So if you travel this route you will more likely than not be treading familiar ground.
Or an addition to binaural beat is the use of light pulses (ala sound and light machines), such a device can be set up to interface with a PC via the parallel port and would need someone with detailed knowledge of electrical engineering, and a programmer to get it to work. It works by keeping the same frequency differential (beat) but transmitting it through the optical nerves – such devices can have a greater effect than audio technology alone – but you run a risk due to some people being susceptible to fits from light stimulation.

I have no techniques myself,
I know most people donot believe me when I say it... And I dont care what people think... But I have allways been able to Project instantly and at will... My earliest memory is of Projecting, Of corse back then I didnt know what it was... But could just........ Do it.
So I have no techniques...
But I am working on an Ebook with everything I have learnt about the subject... But im a horrible writer so it's taking forever.

As I spend more time in the Planes then the physical world my parents are used to me "Sleeping" alot, I whent to hospital 3 days in... I was in a "coma" acording to the Doctor...

qbeac, I go up to the object and pick it up as though im picking it up normaly... So no, somthing else would not move unless i actuly touch it...

magicmac2000, If I whent through a wall while holding it the pen would hit the wall and I wont be able to go compleatly through... Unless I let go of the pen as the pen can never go though it and while im holding it my hand is to "solid" to go though... So no.... the pen would not go through.

I simply walk upto it and pick it up as if I was doing so normaly in my body
Sometimes it is harder then it is while in the physical world
but most of the time it is much easier...
I can pick up and or move anything I can normaly sometimes slightly heavier things
But I cannot go pick up a car or anything like that.
