I think pretty much all the most effective techniques can be found on the internet. The only reason I would do one of those courses would be the support... then again you can just ask anyone on here your query and 9 times out of 10 you will get the answer you wanted.

So if your only doing the course for the techniques that haven't got out then chances are you have to sign a contract or something saying you won't give them out... then again maybe not

I agree with Enoch, if you've experienced AP then how can you become a skeptic when you've experienced the proof... I think your question should be more like "Please help me AP again".

Maybe your beginning to think your AP was a one off and because you haven't induced one since your starting to doubt whether you actually did it. My advice is, don't doubt it and keep trying. It will come again 

Certainly a handy skill to have anyway. My mum goes to aromatherapy and the woman there can see auras so shes always telling my mum about her health and stuff. If you could detect diseases and such before they manifested in the physical then much more lives could be saved.

Just to double check I'm doing this right. I look at the persons third eye but look at the area as if I could see the background behind them.. looking but not looking in a way. If that makes sense.

As soon as you mention a new age everyone starts panicing, thinking there all going to die or something. That could happen but theres no point jumping to conclusions as there is no right or wrong atm only theory.

Yes certainly the lead up to it will be an interesting, possibly frightening but overall an amazing time. We are lucky to be alive at such a time... maybe we won't by the time the day comes with religious tensions and such. I don't think it will be the end of the world, just the end of time as we know it. A new age, and who knows what it will be like.

We force ourselves to suppress the knowledge because our mind can't handle ithing along those lines.

Maybe you saw one of the symbols in your peripheral vision, noticed it subconsciously and it caused you to remember...  then again maybe not.

Maybe they are images that don't actually mean anything to us but have some significance to you.

It might be a clairvoyant dream, those symbols could be trying to tell you something subconsciously.

e.g. say your looking for a new job or something and you pass a place with one of those symbols as a logo then it could be just the job your looking for...

I agree, most people are stuck in a state of denial also. If you mention what you think they just dismiss it and label you as insane. I think they are just ignorant though. One day everyone will see... one day.

I think 2012 will reunite us with our true nature, i'm not relying on it though.

Definition for Illusion... A deceptive impression or appearance

Meaning that yes you are right but so am I.

Enlightenment is not something you reach, it is the realisation that you are your true nature "GOD" (I prefer the term "Divine"). And not your self.

How can someone talk to their self???

Talking to yourself implies there are two of you... Subject and Object as Tolle puts it.

You and Yourself... subject and object
You and Yourself... God and Ego.

Seeing through this illusion that you are not the self and that you really are the divine is what I think enlightenment is.

but heres the contradiction.. Who realises this?

The self realises that it's an illusion. That doesn't make sense. How can the illusion see through the illusion?

So really it's consciousness becoming conscious of itself... and etc....

I had a crack at explaining what I think but I probably just confused a load of people trying to et my point across.

It took me years to get to that point, but my desire for material wealth has greatly diminished. I think when you finally see all your external desires as merely ideals, they become illusory. Then you realize that everything you could ever need is already inside of you.

They don't become illusory, they always were illusory, you just see through the illusion and see them for what they really are

I was thinking, you know how you can AP.. then from there you can enter the Mental realms and so on and so on... well eventually you would reach the source.

This would mean that you could tap into infinite amount of knowledge, of course you would have to have reach such a place and that could very very hard to reach. Just a thought though.

I can see the shape of the aura, it's always the same softly illuminated white glow around the head.

How do I see the colours?? e.g how red means egoic thoughts (I think)
