Welcome to Astral Chat! / Man-Made Black Holes
June 26, 2006, 11:06:29
I think I remember reading something about this, but I think they black holes they create are not massive enough to cause any destruction, black holes are only as strong as how much mass they contain, if they create a black hole out of 1 gram of some element, it's nothing to worry about like a black hole that already sucked up solar systems worth of material.

My last WILD/AP, my vibes and noise came after it was finished

I induced sleep paralysis, and all was silent so I just rolled out, and it began. It wasn't until I finished, when back in body, still in a state of SP, that I began to hear a buzzing-humming like noise, and felt mild vibrations.

That's the first time that happened for me. Anyway, I didn't project again, because somewhere along my lower-back back felt very very uncomfortable, like  extra amounts of the vibrations energy were being forced into there.

Not sure if this was a dream or not, but it felt OBE-like.

I woke up from a dream, but decided not to open my eyes or move, so I very quickly induced Sleep-Paralysis. So, right after, without much thought, I just rolled-out. I felt myself float out as usual, and touch down onto the floor on my stomach.

Part One: The Attack

I'm laying on the floor, and all of a sudden I feel a shock in my back, like something pierced into it and released electricity. It didn't feel bad, but then a second one followed, a much stronger one. I thought about aborting, but I didn't. I wasn't freaking out or anything so I just laid there... and nothing was going on, so I stood up, or floated up. My vision was really crappy. I kept asking for clear vision, no luck. So, it was very dream-like vision. But I saw a clear thing, kind of like something from the movie Predator, and it was by my bed, and I got angry at it for attacking me, so I started punching it, and I was actually winning. The battle went on over my bed, I had move my body to the side because it was getting in the way, but soon it backed off.

Part Two: Failed Verification

The grown-ups were chatting so loud downstairs (they were in real-life), so I decided to go down there and see what was going on. The moment I left my room, my vision became very clear. I saw all four of them. I decided to look at something on the table, and remember it, and check when I woke up to see if it was there. Too bad I could not remember what it was when I woke up, because what happened next was a first for me!

Part Three: Outer Space!

I ran back upstairs. I was standing outside of my room, and remembered I wanted to go to the stars. So I jumped up and went through my ceiling, and my vision went black. All I could feel was myself being accelerated upward at incredible speeds. It felt like I was on a rollercoaster, I was moving very fast. My stomach felt like it was down by my feet. Anyway, eventually I stopped moving, and all was still. Vision slowly began to form, and I saw little white dots everywhere in front of me - stars! There was a sea of them against the blackness. However, I did not get up close to one. Fearing that I'd get lost up there, stupid me, I know... I began to fall back down at incredible speeds, losing my vision along the way, and soon I was back in my room. That stupid clear thing was there, but I was back in my body.

Part Four: Wierd, but ok...

I was looking through my physical eyes at this point. I'm looking toward the wall, and I see a clear claw like hand slowly going into my field of vision. I think, "sigh... do I have to get up and kick your butt again?" and with that I actually got up physically. My eyes were still open, but all was gone, I was back to reality.

FUN TRIP this morning (no, I don't use drugs)

I guess it was an AP, it may have been a LD, I don't know, I don't care, either way it was a nice experience.

Sorry for the longness of this post!

Another thing I think is wack is that our "Etheric Bodies" do separate from our bodies. (Like with the whole thing that it floats above us when we sleep == should be detectable)

It's like removing a power supply from a computer, you do that and it's dead. Unlike hardware, which does not deteriorate from a lack of a PSU, a human body will deteriorate until the parts can no longer function properly even with our Etheric Bodies attached.

But maybe our brain can make the "projectable double," but that would mean a second Etheric Body.

Only time I've looked at my arms was my first one, and it looked normal, like how my physical forearms would look

I really need to remember to check again next time.

I woke up in a weird state this morning. I wasn't in Sleep-Paralysis, but I was barely concious, actually, I don't think I was even concious. But I remember seeing the wall in front of my face, and it was sort of in black and white (second time this has happened), and for a moment I realized what was going on, and just focused in on this. I then opened me eyes physically, and saw that even though my face was turned toward the fall, everything was kind of off. The angle was slightly off, covers were not in same position, and it was in color obviously

So was I "seeing through my eyelids" or was this just HI?

This is also one of those nights where I can't remember my dreams... I was pretty depressed when Edmonton (NHL) lost last night

It's happened to me before.

One night when I tried to get into these states (one of my first attempts). I was getting really close, but I got to a point where I couldn't go further. So I kind of just stayed where I was for a while. After I gave up, I figured 45 minutes went by, maybe one hour tops. 3 hours went by. That was the only time it ever happened so far though.

My explanation for myself is that I must have fallen into deep sleep for about an hour, and then sort of continued where I left off without noticing that I was ever asleep.

What I do is when I'm in Sleep-Paralysis, I am imagine what it feels like to roll-over and that usually triggers my exit. About my vision, that just comes on it own. If it starts out dark, I usually just will my vision. Either I want to have vision (That is my focus, I just try very hard to see in the darkness), or I'll think "I need vision, and I need it to be clear.... clearer... clearer!!... ok that's good".
#84
Hehe that would be cool because that might include me (born in 87  )

I'm just curious to know... where exactly did this theory come from? It sounds kind of stupid in my opinion as humans throughout existance have always have had APs and OBEs.

And how to I get an aura photograph?
#85
Let me just say, last night was a wierd one between the two of us. I had uncontrollable SP which lead to like 5 lucid dreams, and he may have "accidently" had his first concious OBE.

So here is his description of the OBE:

The time of day was perfect in the OBE. It was early morning. He woke up and he had his eye open up and then it just crashed down. All of a sudden he was on the floor and he heard loud static noises. His room looked alot bigger when he had vision. The vision he described as was really crappy and blurred. He then ran on a 30 degree angle as he describes (Picture a T-Rex running, his body was almost in the same position as that) and then fell over. He described it as a sudden reaction to fear. Then he started saying "bod, bod, bod, bod" and there was a slight delay, and then he was laying back in bed, but he could still hear the static sounds, even while opening his eye, he could not move (sleep-paralysis), and then he finally snapped out of it.

So do you guys think it was a OBE or just vivid HH?

- He did not go through any separation process, it just happened
- He did not have a sense of touch (I don't think that matters, but I almost always do)
- His experience was very OBE like

I'd say yes, but a very crappy first one, not a real defining one, as he skipped the feeling of separation (My first one, the feeling of separation... I'm not even going to go into it)

Quote from: Super SonicYou know what you should thank god for being that tall, for there are people in the world who is short(Like me:S)

5'9 isn't that tall, but maybe I'm just saying that because I'm 6'2 ;)

Ah yes, I remember my first RTZ projection I had like 3 weeks ago. Seriously, when it was happening, I must have been feeling every single feeling I've ever felt in my life when I realized I was separating and that it was really happening.

Gratz

And -E-, I've scared the crap out myself in an OBE before, it's something you almost just have to do... atleast once  just to get it over with.
#88
If we have this so called "Etheric Body" which is made up energy, why is so hard to prove something like an OBE when all you would have to do is detect energy levels dropping in the human body during an OBE, or actually detecting energy leave the body?

I think they are real, but I am beginning to question myself on how exactly these work.
#89
Thanks

I just need to find the answers to a few questions like

1. Why can I have OBEs so easily compared to many? [possible religious issue]
2. Where is my power to have OBEs coming from? [religious issue]
3. Why am I even practicing OBEs?

And etc. Hopefully I'll find my answers soon. Atleast from my experiences I've already answered some questions I had. I'm just not looking forward to those harsh vibes I might feel from not having one in a while

Oh just for a note, I didn't have 360 vision in my OBEs. Though if I wanted to see what was behind me I just saw it a split second later. My vision is still limited in OBEs. Only 2 so far have had crystal clear vision.

Yeah, I just "roll-out" pretty much whenever I want during the SP.

By "sense of reality" I will have to get back to you on. My LDs are usually DILDs which to me end up being usually a low sense of reality. Usually I won't even stay lucid the entire dream. I'm sure if I perfected the WILD technique, the sense of reality would be much higher with me being fully concious entering the lucid state. My OBEs have had an extreme sense of reality. When they were happening, I was truly convinced. Out of the five I've had, the only one that threw me off was one were I rolled through my wall and ended up at some random location. (never been there in real life). It's just that distinct feeling I get when I have OBEs that I do not get in dreams.. that feeling along with hyper-awareness.

That being said, I am still a beginner when it comes to having OBEs, I can just induce them pretty easily. I don't really have good comparison yet. Until I can WILD well, then I will  For some reason when I try to WILD, I'll reach SP, and then I'll just sit there for who knows how long until I give up. I'm actually thinking about "rolling-out" with the intent of ending up in a different location, but right now I've got this religious issue with OBEs.

Personally, I believe that LD's are different from OBE's.  In the former (LD's), your mental clarity is generally less than in PWC (physical waking consciousness) and in the latter (OBE's) it is heightened.  There are many OBE authors who distinguish between LD's and OBE's.  In scientifc studies of lucid dreamers, EEG was similar to normal REM sleep. whereas in studies of OBE'rs (Monroe, Ingo Swann) EEG was not distinguished from normal PWC. I think your LD experiences are normal.  You can increase clarity simply by taking more mental control over the experience, focussing, concentrating.

But may I ask, since you actually distinguish between LD and OBE, how do you make this distinction yourself?  What makes you classify one experience as an OBE and the other as a LD????

When I'm in Sleep-Paralysis I can start an OBE at will. I can't start a LD. (For some reason I can't start a dream scene when using WILD technique, but I can go OoB)

Also OBEs have a distinct feeling to me. Like I have a static-like almost very light buzzed feeling after taking a few shots of hard liquor (not exactly, but that's the best I could describe it). I also still have trouble moving in them. I can only float, kind of hover around.

Every OBE I've had, I was hyper-aware. For some reason, it's like the exact opposite for me Lucid Dreams. I have below-average awareness. I'm missing a lot of good opportunities to lucid dream because I lose lucidity shortly after I gain it in a dream.

Any suggestions?

Quote from: VilkateEvery time I feel I might have defeated my fears, somebody has an experience like this and all my hopes are ruined once again...

If serious, this sounds terrifying!  :evilbat:  My first reaction would have probably been a SCREAM and then some serious bed beating...

Yeah I think I'm just going to stop reading topics like this

Yet another night my LCD screen will not turn off.

My computer almost never turns off. I just don't feel like having to wait the extra minute to turn it on and shut it off. Been like that for the past year with it. Less life span? I'm building my own this summer when then new Intel Conroe processor comes out. (These processors hit 5Ghz)
#95
Same, except I had my LCD screen on (screensaver - the flying stars one)

I found out my problem is, I cannot go to sleep when it is dead quiet, so I put a small table fan next to the window, and turn it on, that thing puts me to sleep. When it's dead quiet, for some reason, sometimes I get this noise inside of my head. It's similar to a noise in sleep-paralysis that gets louder and softer randomly, and that tends to keep me to aware in my falling asleep state, where all the random images get thrown around, and then that's when any fear happens. I'm not afraid when going to sleep normally.

Quote from: the voice of silenceBlade5x,

That is why I'm stressing to everyone, start tracking everything! Its very easy to forget certain experiences or achievements.

I am sure more will come in the future, but right now I'm focusing all my intent, love, and glory trying to reach the higher levels with my guides.

Tvos

Don't worry, my 5 OBEs that I've had so far are written down in a text document
#97
That's impressive, when I get my issue solved hopefully I'll start to get to validate my own. I keep forgetting to try and validate just one because I'm so hyper-aware and amazed toward my surroundings everytime I'm out.

Wow I'm going through the same phase right now. It wasn't until I began practicing OBEs that I became uncomfortable with the dark. I don't know why either.

My nights recently have gone like this:

-Fall asleep at around 11PM-12AM
-Wake up anywhere between 2-4AM
-Not be able to fall asleep until around 4:30AM when the sun starts to come up
-Wake up at around 9AM

One night I woke up at 3:01AM and it scared the living *bleep* out of me because I watched the Exorcism of Emily Rose like a week before... (whoever saw this will know what I'm talking about) I don't know why I watched that movie, I'm never watching movies like that again, ever.

By the way... I'm 18

I don't want this to turn into a religious debate, so I'll just answer this question. I ask to respect my answer, I'm not asking you ot believe it as said, this is from my belief.

Quote from: kiwibongaWhat's this devil thing you speak of?

I don't believe in many beings having power. I'm Catholic, and according to my religion, the powers that we posses are either given to us from God, or Satan. Satan only has power because God let's him have power. And Satan is very deceptive. It's a part of our test here on earth. If Satan didn't have power, there would be no evil. But God's power is much greater. Because the Bible doesn't really mention OBEs, then whos power is it that I'm using when having an OBE? My power, yes, but from who did it come from? I really don't want to sin against God (again, this is according to my religion). If my power to project very easily is coming from him, I'll find out soon.

This has already been hard on me. I've heard so much from both sides, the only way I think I can come to answer is if I talk to him in LD or manage to get deep enough in prayer where my subconscious won't just be answering back to me.

I'm actually not to put down by this, because this is turning into a challenge. This has been my first real debate with myself.

And Grey, God let's us make our own decisions, regardless if it may be against him. It's free will ;) He let's things happen, and generally won't interfere. (again my religion)

Hey guys thanks for the replies...

But I think I brought the experience on me (aka created the entity). I had the thought of it before leaving, and well, it pretty much happened from there.

I can't really say I'm psyched out right now because of this.

But I have had to stop projecting for now due to religious issues. All this Astral Projecting, may have been against it. Now I'm stuck inbetween weather or not me being able to project very easily is a God given power or the devil's power. I don't want to play with fire.

Which means I had to pass up another opportunity to project today. I was exhausted in the afternoon, and went for nap, and got hallucinations of me laying on my bed watching the TV in black and white (what is with these black and white hallucinations I've been having?), and all of a sudden I felt the SP hit, but it was a scary hit, like I was dying. I seriously for a moment thought I was, because for a moment I lost awareness and thought I was actually watching TV and my hallucination was real. But once I was in it everything was fine. Shook myself out of it.

I'm working on a Lucid Dream to talk to God personally.
