But can you still do it when fully awake and not tired or not?

Is it best to try and project when your sleepy or very awake?

I was thinking as some people seem to try their obe techniques after they wake up, could this work as far as phasing is concerned? how could you do that would you just try the process after your eyes are open then close them again to try it or?

Can you get the vibrations sitting down when trying to exit your physical body rather than laying down? ty.

O and som1 asked if this guy really won the lottery. yes he was actually on the news he didnt make itup to write the book. if he was lying or if he didnt win the 7 times he claimed im sure the book wouldnt be selling and he wouldnt of been on the news.

also on what personalreality said psychics cant see the future....i agree,they may be able to see a glance but the future is never set in stone because we have a little something called free will. even if they saw it its not gauranteed that what they saw would be the actual future. or like personalreality said they might they might be able to give an impression of where your future is heading based on what they see now. ive actually visited psychics before and they are almost completely right about everything when they talk about who i am my feelings etc. and about the past too but none have ever told me the truth about the future or itleast what they told me would happen did not.

Hmmmm I still surprised that a person could win something 7 times I mean I don't care what technique you claim to have, how could anyone predict those numbers in a row 7 times! amazing. I going to try find out how he did it exactly but all I have found so far on this is links to where I can buy his book (which is what I may end up doing at this rate).

Yeh about the "psychics" some but I think the extreme minority can see glimpses of the future but that's it. Some of the mainstream so called psychic predictions are lame and never seem to come true even close but anyway I better not drift off too much.

K so I kind of got frustrated trying to raise energy as it was hard for me to visualise and imagine (I will try another time) so I thought I would just lay back and relax and listen to a binaural thunderstorm sound on my headphones on my IPOD which I find relaxing. I did it with no real technique other than 1 thing which was to keep still for as long as I could so that way maybe I could enter paralysis if I became relaxed enough.

I think I did make some progress. For about 35/40 minutes I lay there still as possible and did my best to not think of anything and only concentrate on the sounds of the binaural beats. I found myself a little more "engrossed and relaxed" as time went on and my physical body did not feel as "there" as it did before I started relaxing it was like I could not feel it as much its like it felt like a huge blob or something. Anyway then someone from my family came in my room and ruined it  and that was that.

Is this a technique what I described? you guys familiar with the symptoms that I described? (the blob) pls give feedback.

I got another quick Q on the side: will quickly moving or twitching facial muscles break your keeping still progress when you and looking to not move for the longest time possible?

As you breath in, feel energy going up your legs, up your back and up to the tip of your head.
Now, exhale slowly.  Again, very very slowly.  SLLLLLOOOOOWWWWLLLLY.
As you exhale, feel warm 'water' trickling down your face, down your chest, all the way to your belly, and imagine it going into your belly button, a little below it, into an imaginary bucket that's right below your belly button. (navel). 
That's it.
Now do it as many times as you like.

Do it as you read, and just keep doing it.  There's no getting up, you just do it while sitting or laying down or however.

the problem with something like picking numbers for the lottery is that as soon as you know the numbers, your knowledge of them changes what they turn out to be.  this comes up ALL the time at my work.  people think they're clever and ask stupid questions like, "if the psychics there are real why haven't they all retired after winning the lottery or something?!".  very few, if any, psychics make predictions about the future.  they might be able to give an impression of where your future is heading based on what they see now, but besides that it would be irresponsible for them to make such predictions, especially when the other end of stupid people show up (those who do EXACTLY what the reader says with no question).  in the end, the psychics are really just counselors who can see a little deeper into you that you can (you can, it just takes training).  but the idea is the same, the information they see comes from the same place that the information you see in an AP or LD comes from. 

Well I do believe you can still get glimpses of the future that will happen or maybe even close futures.

that's the crummy part of a lot of these techniques that require a "lot" from you (like visualizations).  you have to do it enough to make it habitual.

Ya but some of these techniques seem just too complicated by the amount written about the why's and the process I just wish they could simplify it a bit more and that way it would be less to think about whilst practising and would be more relaxing to try.

Yeh but this is a problem I have. If there is too much info I just cannot relax and do something because my mind is racing at trying to remember what to do next and if you look at the amount of info on this technique by that 1 page I think I would have to be getting up and lying down and getting up and lying down just to keep looking at it on the computer screen to see if I doing it correctly which would disturb the process.

Yeh thx for the feedback there but I just was looking at some of the prizes of the pick3 jackpots and they seemed kind of lame like 500 dollars or something for all 3 numbers lol I mean I was not expecting 2 million or something but come onnn lol! this would still be an interesting experiment if anyone else wants to try and do this when they project next.

We have the same here in Ontario, it's called Pick3.  

The problem here is that, while it's pretty awesome... it's hard to know if it's just due to coincidence or a psychic "something".  

That's cool! you know what I think would be a good idea.... if on here there could be a thread which is dedicated to trying to find out the pick3 lotto numbers and keep it stick for a while and call it "lottery project" or something. I mean getting just 3 numbers can't be too hard if you can have brief glimpses into the future in lucid dreams and the astral which I believe is possible, like the guy who started this thread did I mean he was only 1 number off! seems a shame not to try if there's potential here and please no one give me the "you can't use it for selfish gain argument" lol when you get the money just build a small homeless shelter or something and that won't be selfish!

There's a lottery that only requires that you get 3 numbers to win!?!? the odds are sure a lot better than the England one where you need 7!! can't be too hard to get 3.

What is the best way to tap into your subconscious to astral project? I feel the reason lots do not project is because of their deep down natural fear and reluctance to really do it, so if you could drum into your subconscious mind to project then I guess it would be considered easier to do and your psyche in your mind would "allow it". I guess its like when you try and do it with hypnosis to try and stop smoking addiction, if you drum it into your subconscious long and hard enough, it will eventually happen that you'll quit smoking and override the addiction.

Any you guys got any idea's here? what's the best way you think it could work? (preferbly outside hypnosis)
