Thats highly interesting. Could it be that one can get sneakpeaks into ones life at young age?

I have coffee with my subc every day [:D]. Well i sometimes think/talk a little , sometimes i try and think thoughts that will impress it. To errh con it into helping me learn new stuff faster for example. Sometimes it work. Well and perhaps i once in a while acknowledge its important work in keep the bodily systems up and running and in good shape.

No i havent tried all that seriusly for Tk/pk .

Yupp had a period from i was 16-22 i think when my life was a series of Deja Vuus wich im sure originated from my childhood dreams. Its been a while now since the last one. Realy wierd huh? Used to occur 3-5 times a year .

Not much is as unsetling as sitting in your new place and suddenly wondering if you realy has been there or if you dreamt your life before you lived it [:D].

By the way how old are you now?
#79
Had a Crazy dream of being somewhere and there was other people , i was saying where am i , someone came to me and shouted "think hes awaking!" Anyway i became lucid and confused as i was always on the werge of slipping back into unconciusness . There was 2 i think that gave me diffrent stuff to do to keep me awake! i had to tell about myself (the little i rembered i was lucid but with memory problem!).

Also had state what diffrent things i saw . And if i said dunno and got one wrong someone would shake me or slap and Say "Do not fall asleep!" and i would wake up some more to say i was sorry.

Dream kinda ended with me eventually fading away so no amount of pinching or slapping would do the trick. Think one said "Damn hes a goner" and last thing i remember was someone standing infront of me saying "Atleast try and remember this!".

One crazy dream! But i did remember it[:D]

Ive had several of those dream , mostly a deal of time ago but they realy stuck with me since they had such a great impact.

One time i was a king or something , anyway people was catering to my everywish , i didnt understand why until someone ,think it was a child asked if they would dissapear when i woke up. Anyway i was realy startled and asked "What?" , "your dreaming now" they child said and i think the other where nodding. I just got to say "I dunno then" and PUFF they ware gone (perhaps)[:D]

Welcome to Dreams! / Worst Nightmares, Anybody?
March 20, 2004, 19:51:10
Dont think i have nightmares anymore , thought i have dreams where adrenaline is running and is afraid in dream. However now for as long as can remember i wake up and think "that was realy interesting!". Dunno exactly when it started.

Hmm still 1400 dollars is probably what i use on food in a year. I just wonder why everthing has to be so grand for thise workshops , will no one come if he just took and rented a school auditory and made cheap reservations in a nearby motel?

For something to be worth 1400$ to me , it would better be something that was realy easy to turn into practical aplication. plz do tell what you experience in this workshop .

I always meditate lying down , the only reasons i heard against meditate lying down is some have tendency to fall asleep.

#84
Ye ive had it , ussually when i went to bed i would feel like i was conducting current, Then suddenly a spark went off in my hair right off the scalp. couldnt see it but i sure heard and felt it, i actually blanked out for a moment.

It wasnt after new but it was after meditating much. Anyway it went away after a month or so. And doesnt seem dangerus ,just annoying.
#85
Many of those are Kundalini syptoms so i guess that shumbra = Kundalini in another languege ,however i find some of them odd. Like withdrawal from family . Ohh well who knows what the "enlightend" are up to [:D]

Welcome to Magic! / spells, selfish?
March 17, 2004, 15:55:47
hmm Cause and effect and karma is 2 diffrent things even if they seem similar , Cause and effect says whatever action there will be counteraction (effect). Karma says you get 3 times back for everything you do.

While cause and effect can seem like karma sometimes theres nothing that says you WILL get back with that you sow , there is fully possible to get good effects out of "evil" actions and opposite (road to hell is paved with good intentions[:D]).

While cause and effect is something you cannot escape no matter if you do magic or not . Karma is something you gotta belive in (i think [;)]). I atleast havent seen any big proof or karma.
It would be like mother Theresa went on a gambling spree to collect her due for being so good to children and poor.

Or that every Lottery winner must have done something realy wonderfull before.

Hmm i have the vision screen from time to time but i never linked it to clairvoyance. Anyway I ussually amuse myself with playing off a video (errh home made)or creating something in 3d (like in 3dstudio).

As for the "default" channel it seems to much junk on (hmm kinda like normal telly).[:D]

Hmm i dunno exactly what a strobe is i guess , but if it seruis chackra activity then yes ,its then its happening.
#88
I guess the hazard is the same as with any other gift. Some people cant handle being diffrent , or cant handle the skill they have.

With clairvoyance i would guess you see stuff , and if the stuff you see realy bothers you and you cant turn it off then after a time you will be ready for the assylum . Its either that or get accustomed to what you see.

Also some people cant handle change very well and could get depressed when getting a new skill even if they where trilled to get it . It ussually just an adjustment period. Myself i like traveling but my body many times react strange when i come to a new place.
It is most likely because i dont know what the world around me looks like and i find that uncounciusly cloustrofobic (no i do not suffer from that fear normally).

But thats about all the risk i can imagine there is to it .

EDIT : after having read that article i would say you shouldnt be overly worried.

quote:
WILLIAM Q. JUDGE
Path, December, 1890

Yupp 1890 is somewhat outdated theology noo? And after clicking back and reading who he was , a leader of a theological institute wich means back then is a sure bet  a PRIEST SCHOOL . So anyone wanna let an old dataghost haunt them? Cant burn the witches anymore? then discredit them.

According to Judge i am currently going mad from loosing my etheric fluids[:D] I be prey for will o the wisp shortly [:D]. And im not even trying to be clairvoyant!

Just beware the next time you feel a slight breeze or whatever it might be William Judge poking you in the butt for dabling in the nefferius arts ![:D]

LMAO this is to funny!
#89
Ahh a mix up. Now all is forgiven ,thought i didnt take it very hard. I was merly puzzled over being given claims i clearly didnt state[:D]. Happy that you actually liked my post after all.

Hmm you cant have read more than the 3 first lines of my post. Where i explore diffrent types of imortality and states how likely i think they are based on what myths ive heard over the years regarding the subject. And finnally i piece thogheater a theory of my own of from varius news/science articles ive read and wich content both amazed and puzzled me.
The questions in my last post is retorical and is meant for the reader to think and find hes answer while i give mine(beliefs)!

Now to your questions :
quote:
Are you 100% sure that physical immortality as I have described is impossible?

It is a saying "those whos is inteligent is mostly not sure of anything , but fools are Cocksure every time!"
No im not even 50% sure of it , I am not sure of a great many things ,since i do NOT dismiss existance of things based on lack of proof of their existance. However I think my vision of imortality is more LIKELY since it has less requirements.

quote:
Can you also prove that I will never be psychic or be able to tk based on the fact that I haven't up until this point?

How on earth could i prove that? To do so would mean I know both exactly was is required to achive such skills AND be able to test that you do not have what is required. I cannot even remember making such claims as the last post was STRICTLY on imortality![:)]

quote:
However, belief causes a lot of change to happen. Could it be that we aren't immortal because we're afraid of it, or that we just don't believe in it?

Ahh my points exactly , if you actualy read my post you would see my "imortallity theory" has BELIEF as a requirement for achiving imortality . If you wont read my entire post i shall edit it so you can easely spot the paragraph where i state so ! scroll up and look for thise smileys [:I] [:I] .

quote:
So I ask for people to present factual info they can find on the subject, be it good or bad (or maybe an ability to predict the future). I'm not looking for acceptance or denial, just knowledge.

I tried to do so ,to the best of my abilitys but as for documented FACTS about the subject I have Not one . Have a nice day.

Welcome to Magic! / The best wizard ever?
March 16, 2004, 11:20:12
Hmm Fictional would be Fizban from the Old dragonlance saga.
About "will and the word" i liked it very much(the idea and the books) . Thought i think "the witt and the skill" from Robin Hobbs farseer triology could also describe what real magic could be like.
Thinking back i guess the "emotion river" accessed when doing "the skill" bears a striking resemblance to kundalini experiences .

As to real character , perhaps Nicolas Flammell or Newton (thought Newton i guess was a little egocentric, and most likely wouldnt want to part with any secrets willingly ) . So i would most want to meet Flammell(alchemy).

But thats the past , wich great characters of the occult(hidden) arts are alive today? I know of no one that is opperating in the western world ,any others?

One would also need a system of getting rid of foreign objects intaken in the lungs espessially , since it will be significant after a few hundred years or 100 even ,if you smoke.

If not one would need an imune system that assimilates foreign organs into your own rather than reject it, to change the lungs every so often.

Assuming no technology is involved , one would need to get new teeth at regular intervalls , the strange thing is , it seems Humans have this capacity now today!! . A portion of Senior citizen get a new set of teeths when their 70-80(i think it was). Thise teeths often come out very wrong and is operated out. But capability seems to be there .

Only why would nature try and renew the chewing capability at the end of life ? a mutation fluke? or perhaps a reminder of unfilled potencial to go way over normal life expectancy?

Well assuming a close to imortal state was possible (it is myths  over many countries about great age or imortality , elixir of life ,metusla etc), how would it manifest ?

Something you intake ? while dietry is important and can keep you healthy longer something spesial to eat would be severly limiting in your radius of opperation if no technology was had.But feaseble i guess, most myths is concerned with something you consume and you get to be imortal , but it might have been doctered in at a early state in its creation (of the myth) to make it seem obtaineble to all. This is also the way science will atempt imortality.

Some spesial object that will keep you young as long as your the owner ? This is very into the realm of magic and since i know nothing of magic (or very little) its the least feaseble way in my eyes.

Perhaps another science way would be to cast away the flesh and do a mind transplant into a new body or machine (or the inter/cybernett of the future for that matter), Is this imortality ? Science would say yes . All religions would most likely say no ,as science would most likely give no gueranti for the spirit or souls to be copied with the mind.

The last way i can think of is that we got a system availeble right now .But is for some reason turned off , and its not enough to want to live longer to turn it on (since one would assume there is great many that want it ) . We know if the cells are resuplied with a enzym(or was it hormon) they will continue to divide and assuming that they will make fresh cells and not cancer , then perhaps the answer is literally locked away in the brain.

The brain aswell as the body is a HIGHLY andvanced chemical factory makeing all kinds of strange substances out of water and whatever ells you put in . So it realy is not far fetched to think that body could resuply the cells with the wonderdrug if it realy wanted. Unless off course it is bloody good reasons not to!

One might be cancer may occur if cells are copied to many times (science reason as to this is not happening). Another might be perhaps about 100 years is enough of a try to acomplish something .And if beliving in afterlife the body dies while the spirit/soul gets to try again.

I think if such an imortality is possible it realy would show an amazing synergy between the body and spirit , Perhaps one would need an exelent developed spirit that can output a so strong aura that it would work as a refference line as how the body should be. Then the body would have no reason to withold imortality if it has the capability as the imune system and aura then would make short process of anything deviating from the sence of self(viruses and hostile bacteria would stand no chance ,thought poisening would be a hazard still).

Today it is documented cases that people suddenly CAN get well of even the most malign tumor. Some of them when asked say they IMAGINED they would get well ,others prayed or recieved healing. So assuming no one went out their way in making modern myths. The imune system CAN be used in such a way ,killing off things that is totally disassioated with the "sence of self". Atleast i belive in this.

[:I]So why werent thise people turned imortal assuming this was what happend ? I dunno , perhaps they went on with their life loosing that precius sence that they apperantly had gone trough great length to build up ,the job was done was is not? Perhaps they were imortal for a little while and the brain was beginning to resuply the cells when as mentioned before the sence was lost and the brain shut down this opperation in fear of cancer.

With the result some of thise ex cancerpatients will look somewhat better for their age but nothing spectacular. Imortality is not something spotted in the mirror the next day after it is achieved , it is the true test of time . The body as wonderfull as it apperantly CAN be still needs time to work its magic.

Finnally they had perhaps no belief in imortality and thats why it didnt happen after , why would the body suply imortality if the mind cant take it? thats torture.[:I]

Wich brings up how would an imortal behave after realizing he wouldnt die? Well guess the variance in personality would be as much as in normal persons but they would have some diffrences just as rich people dont worry much about their personal spendings .

An imortal wouldnt care much for the normal "live the life to max and earn enough to afford decent life after 65 years"(or whenever people do retire). He would have an ocean of time. And could easely put off things he be meaning to do a decade or so , atleast after he had lived 100-200 years allready.

Money ? Put a smallish amount in toiletpaper stocks(people of the future still needs to take a dump) or other safe investments. And let interest/dividend and time itself make money. Or retirement funds for that matter ,thinking about the face of the director when he realizes he would pay a kickass sum every month forever !

I wouldnt think such a person would need a mirror much exept for coaming their hair , Since they pretty much would have a pretty good feeling of what they look like.

OKOK this extended speculation of mine is getting mumbo long so i stop now , to my defence i find it an exiting subject.[:D]

Welcome to Spiritual Evolution! / The Awakening

Got some mixed feelings about this beeing state , while its pretty nice to discover its more to you than the maker of though  , the observer is pretty helpless with out it (can only experience being) . And if totally rejecting your ego and though(trains) as yourself will off course be a traumatic experience (as you said yourself).

I rather advocate securing better control of the brain and existing more in harmony with "the other parts of yourself" ,in time the brain will change to the "new" person you are/want to be.
Observing thoughs is still nessecery , but to reject them flat out. It can be asking for truble . So no need to slay the ego , just realize its more to you than it.

"Being"(wich seems to be all the rage in alternative magasine thise days) is as far as i can tell. Very much like being totally engrossed in watching a exiting movie or sitting in hypnosis/meditation with eyes open. Being totally attentive and either dont have or dont care about passing thoughts/worries ,and everyone is having it atleast sometimes in a week without realizing it (just as you wake up ,before you begin pondering what to do this day, or seeing a movie you know you will enjoy , and therefore wont JUDGE it until finnished atleast.)

So i guess that will make the awakening simply the realization of "the observer"part of you or spirit as many call it . I guess one just have to choose how hard an awakening one wants [;)].

Hmm From a similar thread i got the impression that half the population in this forum is Pvamps .Im no beliver in them so i guess im not afraid either. Even if they where/are real it would be like being afraid of Martial artists , rapists , terrorists  . Only those allready hurt have reasons to fear. Chances to be victimized is very low.

Welcome to Spiritual Evolution! / Confusion.

Hehe I can belive anything and nothing almost at the same time. If some idea fancy me weather it is portraid as a teory or "god honest truth" Ill just "load my boat" with it test it out until i weary or discover something useble. After ill label it as Piece of bullshitt , "unknown might be something in it ,cant figure out what" , workeble truth (found something usefull, but still not sure of teory is sound)

or lastly the big truth(tm) wich basicly means i can see how it works out from teory and I belive it to be correct .Still i know it is a small chance not be accurate , i belived electrons migrate from + to - and it worked everytime in the most advanced equation. But it was not the case , its opposite. But it is close enough for me atleast.

Hehe And while i can belive anything(for a while atleast) I am highly sceptical , take the channelers for example , if someone claimed their where channeling god to me , they better back it up with info about me that only god would know(and thats not something i keep in my drawers).

If they claimed to me they where channeling aliens they should easely suply us with basic prosedures to make new alloys etc ? Why would aliens contact us and not suply a far distant planet with last decades inventions? (i took channelings as example also since it was mentioned in the 1rst post, im as sceptical to anything that doesnt fancy my interest for try outs ).

Beavis is another example he delivered a fine proof for TK , am i gonna belive it ? First do i belive tk exist at all? answer :probably. Do i Belive beavis can do it : maybe ,it was a fine video(thought it could be faked as with all things).

So beavis is maybe a Telekinist and have atleast much knowledge about the subject. Thats realy all i need as it doesnt relate to me until i begin fancy telekinese , then i would examine beavis posts in greater detail and ask for tips so i could make a better verdict.
Same for the channellers they COULD be channelig god knows who and i just couldnt care less. They havent tried to make me belive.

They stick needles in you , you lie with them for 20-40 min , they take it out , and you feel a little better . Its said they stimulate energepathways(meridians) and balance them out.

Hmm I dont see how you can verify it taking shape ? Unless it is actually a creation  experiment.
