chi is the chinese meaning of internal energy
ki is the japanese meaning of internal energy
then theres qi etc......
theres different names for differents religions but they all mean the same thing

my dads friend teaches aikido and he said that ki is your inner strenght/energy and i started researching stuff on Ki and it is basicly your inner being. It helps you become one with the universe and provides an extra strength(not some huge power of mass destruction)
for example when you in a difficult situation your Ki helps you better overcome it. (running,strenth to help someone or yourself,ect)

Alos that one video you have with the guy "levitating" is fake. It is a optical illusion that any peron with good balance can do and the black shoes help his right foot blend in with the shadow.
Also you can see him shift his weight to his right leg (lean over to the right)you can also tell he does by the way his shadow darkens

ss_majin_gohan that site isnt unreliable techinques i've tried the techniques and they are fake and  the chants don't even work. the Ki ball is pretty much the only tech that works. The rest is BULL excrement!

I believe in Ki but you guys are taking it too seroiusly you can't upgrade levels or any stupid excrement like that and the techiques that they do in DBZ aren't even real.
