What is this earhiss sound you're supposed to listen to after vibrations? I've seen it mentioned around the forums a few times, but I myself have not heard this 'earhiss'. Is it supposed to sound similar to your ears popping or something? =/

If they felt like they were coming from inside you, it's possible that you were having the OBE vibrations everyone has just before they project. Are you trying the alarm method where you confuse your body about it's 'sleep pattern' by setting the time you wake up to different wake up intervals like 22 minutes, 18 minutes, 15 minutes, etc?

So I was on Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics site reading about his Q-link necklaces. They're supposed to reduce stress and anxiety, promote balance of self, improve health and also raise your energy body. I'm thinking of maybe getting it for the aforementioned reasons, but I want to hear what you guys think of this Q-link? I myself think it's really an amazing little necklace/talisman. I'm really interested in trying out those binaural beats I've read about here on the forums. I've gone to two or three pages that talk about a free Holosync download of binaural beats/boxed Nirvana records. But all those links that lead to these downloads are broken. I have a feeling everyone's rushing for them and thus the bandwidth is running out. I noticed when looking today at the hemi-sync tracks that it warns against people trying it that have epilepsy. Funny you should bring that up. I went ahead and tried the tracks though even though I am epileptic. I am still on the first Wave and so far so good. I do not think I will have a seizure though just because I have been grand mal seizure (the shaking seizures) free since 1999 and very rarely have any other type of epileptic symptoms.

the same goes for me, though I'm trying to find ways to get into AP other than through binaural beats for the moment. I have been to really loud concerts where strobe lights have been used and not once have my seizures there. Also, on my last EGG when the strobe light test was in effect, I felt no seizure syptoms, which means that my seizures are, as far as I know, not susceptible to strobe lights and the likes. I even play Guitar Hero (which has a warning that it could give people seizures) many a time, and I can play it just fine without a seizure. But thanks for the concerns...

Okay, thanks Iamhere2learn and tvos I just wanted to know if even attempting astral projecting would affect me and my seizures first before really trying my hand at one.

Hi, I'm a 'post-epileptic' (meaning I haven't had any sort of a seizure since my last one October 3 two years ago), but I'm wondering if, having just experienced them (and still taking the pills for them, nevertheless), they are keeping me from a successful OBE or even AP experience? I only just started attempting AP, but I wanted to make sure that, being an epileptic, I won't have any kinds of problems with this. Thanks.

I'm Nina! I'm 16 and love playing guitar and reading and writing. A while ago I read somewhere that when you're younger and feel like you're falling out of bed, or about to, that's when you have some sort of astral projection experience. Apparently I've had them because I've had plenty of times when I was younger and nearly caught myself before I fell out of bed. (I mean I never did fall out of bed, but I always felt like I was about to). I started looking up AP, and found this forum. So far I've only managed to get as far as near-minor vibrations. I hope to get farther soon.

My name's Nina and I'm 16 years old. I'm a Junior in High School and plan to start a metal band with my best friend not long after my graduation in 2010. My favorite pastimes are drawing, graphic design, listening to music, playing guitar, reading, working out, and writing. Next to vampires (not a goth though!), astral projection has always been very interesting to me, yet I've only started trying to attempt it the past couple of months, though I've got nothing to write about it so far Hopefully with this site I'll be able to go somewhere via astral projection soon enough.
