I don't personally know anyone that has induced an OBE using audio files, anyone on this forum done it?

I just don't want to go to so much trouble to achieve an AP personally. I mean I'd prefer to discover myself how to induce it naturally .

Audio help has never really helped me to be honest. But what doesn't work for some works for others

I think it allot better to be able to do it yourself without the aid of technology, personally all those sound things never helped me, it was just my will and my knowledge I gained from here that has helped me.

Yeah this is definitely there, I reckon...A little more time and you will be APing, the only thing is you say you don't actively work at it, so that may be the problem?

Welcome! 14 aswell here! Posted before but wanted to say I have achieved an RTZ OBE now and a few lucid dreams.

Well I can get sleep paralysis at day but I'm not very adept at APing

I personally have no idea, I think you can only see your own physical body in RTZ I'm afraid one of the more senior posters will know allot more than I do

Ah, your right on the way...When you wake up and hear that, don't move don't open your eyes just relax and you may feel yourself floating upwards...Anyhow onto the not believe part...When I joined, some of the things I heard sounded like religion to me (Something I strongly don't believe, no offense meant to anyone) and I just didn't believe some bits...But I forced myself to believe and I'm happy I did so...Best idea I ever had, if you don't believe then it's a hell of allot harder.

That not moving thing is normal we -all- get it, it's called sleep paralysis; when your body goes to sleep, it locks up so when for instance your running in your sleep, you don't actually move or run...or when speaking you don't speak...Although that one is easy to undo. You shouldn't feel scared about it, it's just your body is asleep while your mind is a awake, which is perfect for astral projecting. The static is most likely your astral body coming in tune.

Honestly, there aren't -any- dangers of Astral unless someone is standing over your physical body about to kill you, but you will be awoken just as easy as when asleep...

Yeah, I mean for me when I realize I'm dreaming it's only by the off chance...What you have to do is tell your mind things before you sleep...So therefore -every- time you have a dream your mind will subconciously know it's not real straight away and in theory every single dream you have will be lucid

A little bit of advice, make your sig abit smaller it's very over powering

Does this actually work atall? I don't have time to focus on it at the moment if it doesn't

- Meeting my spirit guide
- Finding out who is my true lover
- To go to the Akashic records
- See the winning lottery numbers!
- Learn all I can from astral projection

And thats all I can think of for now!

Tbh I don't want to be born again and have to learn everything all over again! I don't want to learn how to project again...or read everything I've read again! Everything I don't want to do again I just want to live the rest of my days in paradise.
