i think i understand what you are saying and i got some suggestions for u.  When astral projection scared you when you were young it seemed to affect your subconsious somehow if at all so your mind thinks AP is bad.  well you can try affirmations at night saying something like "Astral Projection is safe and it cannot harm me to do it" (kinda bad i know lol) or u can take an affirmation from Robert Bruce's 90 day oobe (correct me if its not by robert bruce i forget) which says "I am a spirit inside a body, capable of perceiving dimensions beyond the physical existence.  I have the ability to leave my body, return safely and remember it."  or just make up your own like it.  now as far as meditation goes, it is good to get in the habit of meditating even if you dont intend on doin an AP at that time, for it can really help, i know its helped me.  When you are attempting to Astral Project, it is also good to keep with your goal and not get sidetracked.  let everything come natural.  if you get vibration sensations, rapid beating, etc.  note it then forget it and continue with your goal.  hope this post will help you.  good luck

i got a question about the roll out thing and i didnt wanna create another topic for it.  so when people try to roll out do they try to roll out physically, mentally, or move physically (dunno how else to put it) so that your astral body pulls out and you are actually moving with your astral body

well the falling technique is good for me.  just last night if u check my other post i got into a trance by feeling i was falling through a galaxy.  if you can see anything at all through your third eye, then use it cause i could see this purply color through my third eye and i used that as scenery for a galaxy so it was so easy to visualise thus resulting in my trance

aight.  well the thing im proud of cause i think ive gotten a lil close before but this was the first time that the sensations lasted the longest and i was able to get over being nervous over nothing, because it just happens that i get nervous when there's no reason to be, but i was able to stay calmer.  i am gonna try to project again tonite, but i think that my technique worked where i looked through my third eye to see purple and then i get the 'galaxy falling sensation'  i think it is a good thing to try, for it really seemed to help me.  thank you

oh yeah might i add that its not the heartbeats that bother me much anymore so i think the second i got over it i just got that strong breathing and because it was different i didnt actually 'try' to project when i should have.  also after i got out of the trance i tried to get in it again, but i just couldn't  oh well,  again i will try tonite.  later

i guess i can say when u miss a month of the forum u miss A LOT!  now i really wanna try hard to learn astral projection instead of just stoppin as i usually have a bad habit of doing.  id really like to visit the Astral locale once i learn and get more experienced with projection

actually i went to http://www.mythnlynx.com and i ordered a few crystals and i can say they have great service, for my items were shipped out the next day and they made a mistake and they corrected it and i ended up with a free crystal.  even though i didn't get my crystals yet i can easily trust them, and would recommend them to anybody that wants to order crystals.

well i can say this in response.  there are so many people out there that don't believe in telepathy or psychics and all that good stuff.  even i didn't believe in any of it until about a year ago.  If you say you can do something and you don't do it right away people lose belief that u can do it.  the thing is it takes a while to meditate before you show people something, and just because you did it before doesn't mean u can do it again.  there are several people that can do like telekinesis and such, but its just that the littlest distraction such as an audience will disrupt you and make you unable to do it until you are really experienced, and believe me it takes a long time to get experienced.

thx for postin how u made ur PSI wheels lol, i had no clue how i would make one but now i do so im gonna try it out tonite.  ill let ya know on my progress.  and what i can say Beavis about ur training is to not try to hard, i hear it can really help to keep ur intents in the back of ur mind so ur mind is free of everything.  good luck

Nagual well u can already eliminate 1 and 2 cause we had our student info on index cards and she randomly picked 2 cards in front of all of us for each partner group.  ive had other future experiences.  ill look into the forum and when i find it ill link it in the post

the radio doesnt have fixed programming and i went through every station i skipped through when i heard the song.  oh somethin else happened today.  well in science the teacher was gonna randomly choose lab partners for us and after she said she was going to a name popped up in my head and that name was the person that i got picked with.  i also meditated nite before, so i mean i dont think its coincidence that these things happen only after i meditate and is very rare when i dont meditate

thats pretty cool.  now lastly do u know a good site in where i could buy unpolished crystals?  and maybe info on crystals that could help me meditate, have more vivid or lucid dreams, and help astral projection, or maybe a crystal for each individual chakra would be excellent.  thx

about earlier when u talked about shrooms helpin u lucid dream with a small pinch, that is believable, because caffeine keeps u awake, but sometimes ill have a pepsi right in bed then go to sleep and ill have a lucid dream like right away.  one time i had a pepsi and went to bed at 11 then had a very vivid dream where i became lucid in the end and woke up at 11:40.  just thought id like to share this if anybody is uncomfortable with drugs and is ok with soda ya know/

i forgot to mention that i was lookin in the sky when i saw that lite blue as i was lying down outside meditating.  it happened early in the summer so i dont quite remember if i saw a bunch of dots, but i should try it again outside lyin down and see what happens. (hope the bugs dont bug me like they normally do when i meditate outside.)

(i dont like to read  much unless it intrigues me in the first paragraph.)Well anyhow yea i hear lots of people use music and it effects ur energy flow, but i read from several sources as long as ive known about this stuf that its a bad habit to listen to music when meditating even tho it can help.  i dunno believe what u want im gonna try to meditate with music tonite, Listen to some STAIND while meditatin i will! yea

well if u know ur prefixes and know what the root word kinesis is than u should be able to figure out what it means lol.  but either way biokineses is like alterin ur body as in bio for biology, so that kind of stuf with the body such as changin ur appearance.  dont know much about biokineses itself but thats the general idea of it

hey.  well id like to try to open my third eye too.  just a few questions, and first off i will check otut the link(s) u put up there.  anyways when u say open ur third eye does that mean u can see with ur eyes closed? just makin sure ya know, and did i open my third eye if when i was meditating outside one time and after like 5 10 minutes i saw this blue coloring with my eyes closed and it seemed to be seeing it with my third eye.  thx for the help.  later

I notice how u said "MOST" christians and i thank you for that cause I am a christian, and i believe all this stuf.  its just that a lot of christians seem to only listen to what the bible says, and i try to stay open minded and not judge anything i dont know about.  thx for lettin me share this lol.  anyways in reply to the first post i believe anybody can make ki balls even though i cannot.  many people have made ki balls on this forum and talk about it.  and now im gonna contradict myself, cause i can actually make ki balls its just that i cant see them... yet...  I know they are bein made cause whenever i make them i can feel strong energy in and around my hands and it feels like im part of the area out of my hands which is where the ki ball is.

 Anyways, ive had that sharp feelin too but it was always at random moments, yet there was this one time i woke up to it.  It's possible it could be some kind of thing with asthma, but i think its somethin physical, so i agree to see a doctor

well i dunno about the telepathy part, but about openin ur third eye i think you've done it.  One time i was meditatin workin on my third eye and then i got this 'warm' light blue light in my forehead when my eyes were closed.  it was pretty cool.  but i think its possible that the telepathy was also successful.  maybe some more opinions as i probally dont know as much about telepathy as other people on this board do.  keep it up
