I'm pretty sure pets can project.
When I was about to do a healing for my dog it projected
to me to remind me of it. It suddenly sensed it's presence
strongly. Though she is a bit weird anyway, she seems more
like an alien supermind than a dog []

Do you need to have your hand near the wheel or does
it have any difference?

I too nowadays trust my intuition on what to tell to whom.

In what way does it work against psychic development?

Being an empath too it is difficult to move around in the
city with many people because you feel their pain when
they pass you. Sometimes it just feels like they drain you off
your own energy and pass on their energy to your field.

Another problem with my heart centre is that it is still
shattered from childhood abuses. Getting better all the time
though. Now I can atleast feel love []

I'll try to let the energy pass through me. Still not sure
how to do this though.

I'm against this kind of behavior anyway. Doesn't do good

As for stimulating centres when not having sex it can also be done.
It can also be done remotely from the other side of Earth if you want

First of she needs the will to remember then.
Then she could try hypnotic suggestions which means that
when she goes to bed she should relax herself as completely
as she can and after that stare fixedly with eyes closed at the
brow and repeat "I will remember my dreams when I wake up",
she can repeat something else a few times if she wants to,
the main point is to give signals to the subconscious that she
really wants to remember them.

Another important thing is that she should try to avoid moving after
she has woken up, this greatly enhances dreamrecall. If this is
not possible then move as little as you can. Try to immediately
recall the dream after you awake.

If this doesn't help either I advice to search on google for the REM
sleep cycle and then put a timer to go off in the middle of the night and in the middle of the REM sleep, this will certainly help.

I tried this and the first time I didn't succeed in getting
sleep at all, was too hot and was too energetic. So I stayed
up a few minutes and se the timer to 10 and tried again,
at the 20 min mark I quickly woke up and fell asleep feeling
the heaviness come, then I felt the vibrations come, and then I
asked myself when I should split.

After that there started coming different initials like WZ: OK
TZ: OK, after sinking deep enough there came something like
Separation phase: OK. After this I separated and I only had
1 eye open and the moving was like playing with inverted mouse []

Guess I've played too many computer games with all that OK stuff [)]

No need to watch it from above, a simple diagram with distances
+ compass/gps system would do. That whole circle is so unsymmetrical
that it is horrifying. The design in itself is VERY bad imo, no

One way to induce inner calmness is to go to start
training Martial Arts or then just go down to the gym and
give the boxing sack hell...

Just let your feelings come up and start punching the sack,
if you aren't experienced with punching I suggest you practice
in slow motion first to not damage your wrists. You might

Alternately you can take a ball and throw it with all your
