Hi everyone,  I use a technique with hynosis the first one is called the Hammick technique and the other is the swing technique.

After reaching Somnambulism I imagine, pretend, visualize, or picture my self laying in a Hammick between to tall trees.  As the hammick begins to swing slowly, as this happens I begin to feel the motions of swinging back and forth, back and forth from the left then the right.  

Now the hammick begins to swing higher and higher and stronger and stronger... Now Im feeling the pull of centrifical force pulling me out as the swings more and more.

Using the same technique to go into trans with hypnosis into Somnambulism I use the swing technique.  As the swing becomes higher and higher to the point I almost swing over the swing set I let go with my hands and let the force of the swing lift and push me out of the swing which represents my body.

If anyone wants to use this technique you can use it.

Hypnosis is safe in the history of hypnosis no one was ever hurt.

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, the hypnotist only helps the person to acheive that state.  The hypnotist has no power over people, the only power a hypnotist has is his knowledge of the technique to help Induce a person.

Every one go's through hypnosis at least twice a day.  Just before waking in the morning and just before going to sleep.  You can also be in hypnosis when one Watches a movie or tv, driving a car as he watches the lines on a dark night.  Cutting the grass out side.  So hypnosis is Day Dream.  

Everyone has gone into a hypnotic state its called Indirect Hyonosis.

Below is some information on Hypnosis.

What is Hypnosis?
HYPNOSIS is a "sleeplike" state used to experience forgotten or suppressed memories, create hallucinations & heightens a persons suggestibility. People consider it a sleeplike condition, but it is NOT a sleeping person, not a sleep state and does NOT mean "sleep". (Except in Greek!)
Word Origins
"HYPNOS" means "Sleep" in Greek.

Hypnos is also the Greek mythological God of Sleep.
If Hypnosis is not a sleep state, what is it?
To be hypnotized means a person is placed in a state resembling sleep - most similar to the state one is in when sleepwalking. The state one is in when sleepwalking is called "SOMNAMBULISM."
"somni-" or "somn-" as a preface is Latin for sleep."
These states are all stages of hypnosis or hypnotic sleep, the induced state of hypnosis.
Hypnosis resembles normal sleep, but is different from normal sleep due to an increase in the person's pulse rate and respiration. Hypnosis resembles anesthesia.
A person in a hypnotic state is open to all forms of suggestibility including an openness to authority, advice, testing, criticism and judgment.
A person in a hypnotic state is open to suggestions affecting conscious choices and decisions. The subconscious mind can control blood vessels and the flow of blood, raise blisters, induce or eliminate severe pain, cause and control lactation, salivation, other sensations and body functions.
Normally a person awakened from a hypnotic trance remembers what happened while hypnotized, although the memory may be suppressed by post hypnotic suggestions, suggestions while hypnotized that can eliminate the memory.
"Post Hypnotic Suggestions"
are instructions made to a hypnotized person, to be acted on after they are awakened.
Hypnosis can be induced by repeated stimulation of reflexes. Examples include blinking lights, the broken line on a highway, the use of music and the 225 lines that scan back and forth on a TV that make up the image (before digital TV).
A hypnotic trance can also be induced by suggestions, ordinarily performed upon a willing patient. Examples include the repeated suggestion to relax, suggesting one imagines a serene place and the use of counting to deepen the trance.
Self-suggestion is capable of producing self-hypnosis or auto-hypnotism. When we (close out eyes and) tell ourselves a story, out loud or in our own minds, we induce a stage of hypnosis on ourselves. I'll explain why these are hypnotic states in one moment.
There are degrees of hypnosis which have been characterized as lethargic, cataleptic and somnambulistic hypnosis or, in other words, light and heavy hypnotic sleep, with corresponding variations in suggestibility.
How does hypnosis work?
When people are in any stage of hypnosis, or REM sleep then the sub-conscious mind is actually awake and functioning, while the conscious mind is not truly awake. The subconscious mind can operate perfectly without your conscious mind interfering. For example, when you are telling a story with your eyes closed and you are completely engrossed in the story you are telling, you are delving into your memory and you are not being critical or analytical of what you are saying. So, Your subconscious mind is very active, but your conscious mind is not participating in the thought process. This is a trance state, and yes, this is a light stage of hypnosis.
Your conscious mind is the critical mind and your analytical mind. It analyzes things and gives you a "consciousness" of your environment.
Your subconscious mind is like a filing cabinet. It stores all the information you have learned or experienced.
REM
stands for
Rapid Eye
Movement.
When we dream and other times when our subconscious mind is active while our eyes are closed and our conscious mind is not alert and active, our eyes balls move under our eyelids very fast.
If one is hypnotized, the subconscious (filing cabinet) mind is kept awake and the conscious (critical and analytical) mind is put to asleep. When this happens, the subconscious mind still functions and operates without worrying about analyzing and criticizing the information requested.
Examples of the most common hypnotic trances we all experience all the time are night time dreams and day dreams. Dreaming occurs when the subconscious mind is awake and running but the conscious mind is not interfering or participating in the thought process.

Can a hypnotist access everything?No. Our subconscious will not allow a hypnotist to access any information you want "locked" out of the hypnotist's access. So, a person that is hypnotized still can make choices as to what they want the hypnotist to free from the subconscious mind.

Can a Hypnotist make me do things against my will?
One of the more common questions I answer after a show is

"How do you know if they are faking?"
I reply, "I can't always. BUT, I am doing a show, so if the person is entertaining and not distracting, I don't care if they are faking sometimes. However, if I see REM going on, I'm usually pretty sure they are not faking!
<ALIGN=LEFT Not normally. The answer is almost always no, but there are rare exceptions on rare occasions. If the answer was YES, we'd be living in a much different world. Geo. Bush would have the UN walking around like Zombies doing his will. Believe me, The USA, Britain and USSR have looked into it extensively, and it does not work.
The subconscious mind will always know the difference between these four ideas, even in the deepest trances:
YES
NO
I don't know
It's none of your business

So, only the information one wants to have accessed can be accessed while in a state of hypnosis. Secrets are safe, you won't commit crimes and no one will do something against their will. As a rule, in the hands of a safe hypnotist everyone is safe, and in the hands of a naive or unscrupulous hypnotist, most of us are still very safe.

Here is a visualization excersie that you can do.

                          VISUALIZATION

Not everyone visualized the same, for each individual it is different.  When asking someone to visualize, you may find some that say they are unable to or that they just don't know how.  This is not surprising but very common with most people.

However, I have developed a method that I've been successful with using to teach most people to visualize.  The truth is that everyone can and do visualize, but do not understand what visualization is nor that they have been doing it all of their lives.  So, instead of explaining this to people who would not believe you any way, I have found a way to convince them that visualization can be taught.

Close your eyes and I want you to think of how many doors are in your house? As you start to count the doors in your house with out thinking about it your picturing yourself in front of the house facing the front door, then the next room and you look around and see the next door and you realize that your walking through all the rooms counting all the doors.

Now think of another house maybe your parents house or grandparents house and do the same thing.  As you count each door in the house pay attention as to what is in each room also.  Take note of the items in the room.

Another one you can do to is this simple exercise:

Begin by asking him to think of an apple.  Tell him that maybe it is so red and ripe that  the skin may even have little white specks in it.  Ask him to let you know when he sees this in his mind.  Once he affirms that he sees in his mind the apple, then ask him to change the apple to an orange.  Maybe the skin of this orange is so sthat it even has the little dimples of the skin.  When this has been accomplished then go on to a lemon, a bright yellow lemon.

Then the leaves of a tree, the leaves are a deep green.  The afternoon sky, so blue and clear.  Next the dark indigo blue of a night sky.  He may even notice the twinkling of stars.  Then the early morning sky when just before the sun breaks on the horizon in the east where you notice the color violet in the morning sky.  Finally, pure white puffy clouds, high in that beautiful sky.

To visualized is to see within the mind and not by use of the eyes.  An image in the mind is not usually as clear nor solid as the image we see with the eyes.  Some people do not relate to colores but might relate other things like objects or memories of places and even people they have seen.

Remember to go slow giving him enough time to focus his thoughts on what you are asking him to visualize.  Once it is clear to him move on to another target.  Praise him as he progresses to create a form of positive reinforcement.  When he responds favorably to this technique, then bring to his attention, what he has done is called visualization.

Imgoing to post a fast technique that you can use.

                DAVE ELMAN'S RAPID TECHNIQUE


The basis of this technique is eye fatigue, which is produced very rapidly.  The old methods of achieving eye fatigue were accomplished by having the subject look upward at an object for several minutes.  As the eyes follow movements, they dart and jump from one spot to another.  With the Rapid Technique the eyes follow the motion of the hypnotist's hand in an even, steady path, tiring very quickly.  What used to take several minutes can now be achieved in seconds, the results being the same if not better.  Before the Rapid Technique, widespread use of medical hypnosis was limited, due to the length of time required to achieve eye fatigue.  The use of this method can reduce inductions by 25 to 30 minutes.  The Rapid Technique has opened many new opportunities for the use of hypnosis in all fields of medicine.

Have your subject assume a sitting or lying down position.  Hold your hand open, palm facing the subject at eye level, about three or four inches from his face.  Tell him to focus his  his attention on the bottom of your palm, keeping his head still, and to follow your hand only with his eyes.  Lift your hand slowly until your subject is straining to look up.  Say:  "Feel those muscles tugging ... pulling ... and straining."

Then slowly lower your hand, suggesting: "Now follow the hand down.  As you do, your eyes will automatically close."

When the hand passes the eyes, say, "Now close the eyes."

The subject would already be closing his eyes at that time, and the suggestion adds strength.  If the eyes don't close, suggests again.

"Now close the eyes.  Just let those eyes relax.  Let the muscles around the eyes relax.  Relax them to a point where they won't open.  Relax them".  

"Relax the muscles so they just won't work.  When you're sure they won't, test them and make sure they won't.  They are so relaxed".

Treat this method in the same manner as any eye-challenge.  Do not let the subject try to for too long.  If your subject opens his eyes, tell him they were not relaxed enough.  Now they will be more relaxed.  Then repeat the Rapid Technique.

If your subject's eyes open before you bring him up, say to him.  "Close your eyes and relax."  Use the same manner and tone as for your other suggestions.  This way, your subject will not suspect that something is wrong, land he will believe that this is part of the normal procedure.  This entire process should take approximately 60 seconds.  Continue with any further deepening techniques.  I have found this technique very useful when working to achieve glove anesthesia that can be used with some medical
procedures.

Abnormal Reactions:

1.      EMOTIONAL OUTLET: Hypnosis produces a natural emotional outlet.  A
           subject may appear to be perfectly normal until hypnotized.  Then he may begin
           to toss and turn, or exhibit other unusual signs.  While awake the subject has
           control over his idiosyncrasies, but in hypnosis his emotions are turned loose.  
           Avoid working with this type of subject if he  continues to react badly, unless
           he has to be hypnotized for therapeutic purposes, prescribed by a physician.
   
2.   SUPPRESSED EMOTIONS: An example of this would be when a subject is        
           placed under hypnosis and begins to cry, for no apparent reason.  Usually
           something very depressing has happened to the subject in the recent past, like
           a death in the family.  The subject holds his emotions in check until hypnotized,
         then he lets his guard down and lets out his suppressed emotions.  Tell your
   subject to go ahead and cry...and that it is good to let out these suppressed
   emotions.  Do not let the subject go to extremes and become hysterical.  After a
   minutes tell the subject to relax and stop crying...JUST RELAX.  Continue with
   your program only if y ou subject desire to and does not show any more unusal
   signs.

3.   ABREACTIONS: The repressed emotions related to traumatic episodes in the
   past can be brought out by suggestion.  They occur when a subject begins to cry,
   when age-regressing a subject who has had an unpleasant childhood or traumatic
   experience.  An abreaction can also be caused by suggesting a scene closely re-
   lated to that of a traumatic event.  For example: A suggesting was giving to a
   women that she was relaxing and sunning on the beach, when some dark clouds
   appeared.  The clouds covered the sun, the wind picked up, and it began to rain.  
   these seemingly harmless suggestions were given to produce hot and cold
           sensations.  Instead, the subject immediately began to cry.  Her crying stopped
   after she was instructed to forget the suggestion and just relax.  It was later    
           discovered that she had subconsciously recalled a similar situation when she
           was a little girl playing on the beach with her friends.  A storm had blown up
           suddenly, and one of her playmates was struck and killed by a bolt of lightning
           right before her eyes.  The whole experience was completely forgotten.  Only
           after much questioning was she able to consciously remember any traumatic
           event  ever happening.

4.   ARTIFICIAL TRAUMATIC EVENTS:  This can be created by giving
           improper suggestion, being chased by a beast, having a truck pull out in front
           of the subject while driving at high speed, etc.  Any intelligent person can easily
           realize the danger involed in doing this.  Not only could the subject become
   hysterical and refuse further suggestions, but there is also a possibility of causing
   a hear attack.  This artificial condition can also be produced by giving
           suggestions to persons afflicted with phobias.  For example, telling a subject that
           he is climbing, falling, or flying when he has a tremendous fear of heights, or
   telling a subject that he is riding in an elevator when he has claustrophobia.  The
   best policy is to question your subject before the induction to determine if he has
   any fears, and then avoid giving suggestions relating to them.

5.   LETHERGY:  This occurs when a subject goes into hypnosis but does not
           
respond to suggestions.  The subject remains indifferent - similar to a stupor.
           Since the subject will not respond to any suggestions, it is wise to bring him up
           immediately.

In all of the above cases, the most important thing to remember is to remain calm, as though nothing unusual has happened.  A hypnotized subject is highly sensitive and can detect if the hypnotist is uncertain and confused.  When this happens, it is possible to lose control of the situation if your subject refuses to accept any more suggestions.  (It would be wise to thoroughly learn the procedures for bringing your subject out of the hypnotic state before a difficult situation occurs.

We were taught this technique in our Hypnosis School.
Chevreul's Pendulum

Whenever your mind focuses exclusively on a single thought or idea, your body responds. Dr H. Bernheim called this an "ideomotor response". The Pendulum is a biofeedback device that augments such unconscious micro-muscular responses to make them easily visible.


1.      Hold Pendulum between thumb and forefinger (see picture).

2.      Keep your hand still. Feel it getting still.

3.      Now concentrate, think of the pendulum swinging back and
       forth. Backwards and forwards. Back and forth. Keep your hand
       still and just focus your mind.

4.     [Repeat step 3 until you start to see a response].

5.      That's Right! You see how quickly your mind wants to respond!



The pendulum soon swings in the direction the subject is focusing on. This is a very simple, yet powerful, test. While your attention is drawn into focusing on the thoughts to move the pendulum, you can make suggestions that they are responding to you more and more fully. The more they respond to one set of suggestions, the more they will respond to the suggestions you piggy-back off of them.

Try it for yourself. Remember to fully visualise/believe the outcome you are looking for to ensure you communicate with conviction. This is a natural phenomenon which will occur exactly as described to the extent that someone focuses exclusively on the thoughts, images and/or sensations of the pendulum swinging in any given direction.

Alternatively do it on yourself. Hold the pendulum as in step one, clear your mind and vividly imagine the pendulum moving forwards and backwards. Keep only that thought in your mind and soon enough you will see the pendulum move!

Historical Note:
It is important to realise that this phenomenon is nothing occult or paranormal. It is merely the way an ordinary, healthy mind tends to work. Michel Eugene Chevreul was the first modern scientist to "discover" that the pendulum's motion was simply an ideodymanic response. At the turn of the 19th century there was much interest in dowsing pendulums for finding water. This interest was taken to one extreme by a Professor Gerboin of Strasbourg, who attempted to use them to analyse chemicals. In 1812 Chevreul researched this phenomenon and discovered that suspending a pendulum over a bowl of mercury would indeed cause the pendulum to move "spontaneously". This reaction was absent when a plate of glass was placed between the bowl and the pendulum. To eliminate operator error, he conducted a double blind trial, where an assistant would remove and replace the glass plate without his knowledge. When he did this, there was no reaction at all in the pendulum. Thus Chevreul concluded that the phenomenon was caused by involuntary muscle movements of the hand induced by the operators own mental processes. That means that a thought or idea will cause tiny micro-muscular movements to occur. This is picked up and amplified by the pendulum (or dowsing stick or any other device you happen to be using) to produce this astonishing effect.

HI General-Army,

Your feeling drain'd because your tapping into and using your Ki energy. Just like using the energy in a battery.  I produce psiball which I call Ki energy balls very easily and my engergy level never gos down.

I tap into the external Ki energy that surrounds everything in the univers. Which is call Reiki, you should be attuned to Reiki once attuned you can channel the energy to creat psiballs all day and never get tired or have an energy depletion.

My old girlfriend of mine years ago would play tug of war with telekinesis.  We would sit on the couch infront of the TV and I would raise the volume and it was her job to lower the volume.

When we heard the sound of the tv show go up several notchs and then go down we knew it was working.

We use to play games with it years ago.

Try it out with a friend and see what happens?

Reiki energy can transend time and space.  There was a scientific study on on sending Reiki into the past.

One sender sent Reiki to another subject in another.  He the sender could send it in between 9:00am to 12:00noon the other person was placed in the other room at 8:00am.

The first person the sender sent it at 11:30am  the other person received it at 8:15.

The first person the (sender) wrote down the time that he the other person (reciever) would feel it.  The time the first person wrote was 8:15 am.  Even though he actual send it at 12:00PM .

I used my psychic abilities for the NJ Lottery and I only got 5 out of 6.  6 out of 6 was for 6 million dollars.  Eight months later I played the PA Lotter and I got 5 out of 6.  6 out of 6 was for 4 million.

I only miss'd each lottery by 1 number.  I need it 31 and I play's 30 for the 6 million.

I guess its in someones else destine? Not mine.

Hi everyone,

My opinion is that in our astral we can remember our past lives but not in our physical body and mind because if we can truly remember everything that happen'd to use in our past live we would go insame.

Example: If we died a tragic, horrifing death, or remembering all our wifes and children we had in the past would actuely make us go crazy.

Our physical mind and body can't go through that trauma, so its block from our Consciousness.  Some people can pick up little pictures of their past lives.  One example would be the type of clothes you like to wear or the location you live or if you have a flavor for the Orient, or the Old West.  That could be a sign of your past lives.

How Brain Waves Are CLASSIFIED

Beta Wave: the beta state is one of physical atlertness with and emotions responsive to the senses.  Most of our waking time is spent in this state, which is associataed with tensiou and striving.  While in beta, one experiences a sense of control of time and space.

Alpha Wave: This is the area of mind which brings increase creativity and physical relaxtion.  Not only is the level of stress reduced but many people enter a light or hypnoidal trance calle meditation.  At this level, there is a slowing down of brain and body pulsation.

Theta Wave: Theta is the portal for entering nightime sleep.  We all pass through theta twice a day:  when we fall asleep and when we awakin in the morning.  With hypnosis, we maintain theta for as long as the session lasts.  At this level, behavior can be modified.

Delta Wave:  Delta is profound sleep.  There is a further slowing down of mental vibrations.  While in delta, we dream and sort out our mental and physical machinery.  This is a period of regeneration and cell renewal, and, without sufficient delta sleep, one can suffer from sleep depriviation.

In Delta State the Conscious mind is inactive no sugguestion can be recieved by the conscious mind. Time and space (enviornment around you does not exist).

HOW DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL?

To begin with hypnosis is not sleep.  When we are asleep, we are largely unconscious, with our conscious minds inactive.  During sleep, the subconscious mind as well as the conscious mind is inaccessible to the "input" of suggestion.  Hypnosis, rather, feels like suspended animation.  The body sleeps while the mind is totally aware and receptive to ideas.  There is a profound feeling of relaxation through every nerve and muscle of the body.  This physical contentment is combined with a feeling lf blissfulness.

So when your using the CD'S to enter Delta your really entering Theta. While in Delta your inaccessible to information on tape or CD'S only when your in Theta are you accessible to suggestions on tape and CD'S

Hi DOA,

Once your in Theta (HYPNOSIS) You can give yourself the suggestion. "Any sounds that I hear will only send me deeper and deeper into relaxation".  "Any external sounds will only help me to relax".

Go with Theta I should know I am a Certified Hypnotist.
Let me explain the brain wave levels.

Delta is the last brain wave when you reach that level your in profound sleep. In that state all other states are turn off Beta, Alpha and Theta. Consciousness is in Beta, Alpha and Theta also.

Theta is the best one because thats where you sleep from Delta dreamins state and go into Theta were your still in the dream state but now entering the conscious state as well. Its called Lucid Dreaming.

Thats where Hypnotist work at Somnambulism (Lucid Dreaming).  That's why were called (Dream Weavers) as hypnotists.

So go with the hemi sync and holo sync tapes for Theta.

As you go into hypnosis or sleep your brain gos through Brain wave stages form Beta,Alpha,Theta,then Delta.  Sometimes it seems like you go into Theta instantly in your mind but one still gos in sequence.

You can use hypnosis and go it seams dircectly to Theta with a single word.  Form me its Deeply Relax.

Im a Certified Advanced Hypnotist and all the techniques that I've been reading on How to AP is the same as the Hypnosis techniques that we use for our subjects.

But the techniques that we use is a little different in the way that they use it.  We use techniques that can put the subject into Somnambulism with in seconds and under 5 minutes.

Then we use a KEY WORD like (Deeply Relax) or (Sunset). Any simple word can be a KEY WORD.
When that person thinks it in their mind they will instantly be in that Relax Somnabulistic State.

From there you can AP.  After that you can change your KEY WORD to (Project) and one can go back into somnambulism and astral travel with a single word.

The techniques of other hypnotists included in this text, and the texts for my intermediate and advanced course, have been modified to include this counting method.  I have also changed some of the works used, such as "sleep" to "relax," to "drowsy," and "deep asleep" to "deeply relax."  The reason for this is because we now know that hypnosis is not a sleep state at all.  Instead, it is a state of relaxation in which our senses are heightened while our body is relaxed, thus allowing physical and behavioral changes to take place.  Remember to keep your directions clear and your subjects will find it easier to follow your directions.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN HYPNOTIZED?



Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon of the mind and body.  It is a state similar to that experienced just before going to sleep at night, or just before awakening in the morning, where one hears and knows what is going on, but just doesn't want to move.  At this time one is highly suggestible.

A person in the hypnotic state can get up or move if he wants to.  It is a natural state of mind and body.  People will insist that they have not been in a state of hypnosis because they could hear everything and know they could open their eyes and get up at any time.

With this attitude a person can undo any beneficial effects of hypnosis he might just have received.  In the early stages of hypnosis some people wonder what reaction to expect and since they may have preconceived and false ideas of what they believe it should be, they look for some drastic effects to prove that they were in a state of hypnosis.

If an individual has strong doubts about hypnosis, he can undo the effect of the hypnosis, or cancel it out completely.  Even when a person receives great effects, he often is unaware that he has received them.  Even when he feels the suggestions, his preconceived ideas may linger on unless the hypnotist allays these doubts.

People expect to go into a state of unconsciousness. However, this does not happen.  Still, many people do not believe in the power of their own mind.  Instead, hypnosis is a natural and powerful state of consciousness.

When in a state of hypnosis the individual is taught how to apply autosuggestion and self-hypnosis, so that he can sustain and continue his self-improvement.  One is not able to rely upon the sensations experienced during hypnosis to prove that one has been hypnotized.  Sensations vary from one person to another, and from one session to another.  It would be a mistake for everyone to expect tingling in the body, a floating feeling or a sinking into a deep hypnotic state.  Each individual's experience is unique.  A person can respond fully to hypnotic and posthypnotic suggestions without any of these sensations.

The only proof of hypnosis is the results. The resolution can be dramatically rapid, or more often, be a gradual process.

If both the operator and the subject give hypnosis adequate time, desired results can be accomplished.  What the mind can conceive, the body can achieve.  With patience and faith in the power of the mind, a good subject can achieve lasting and positive results.

Finnally some people are using hypnosis.  Im an Advanced Certified Hypnotist and I have some scripts that can put you into a very deep trans state.

Once your in that state you can give yourself a (KEY WORD) and as soon as you think it in your mind you will go back into that same deep relax state you where in befor.

Then you can change the key word to another word like "PROJECT" and you will again instantly go into trans and AP.

So Speak slow and softly but not a whisper, and in a monotone voice.
When you see (...) in the sentences pause for 4 slow sconds then continue to read aloud the script into a taperecorder. So here it is below this line.

To reach floor 'C' you must go twice as deep as you did for floor 'B' ... So now double your relaxation one more time ... Hello everyone,

I keep seeing that everyone wants to relax quickly and still have consciousness.

You can Its call hypnosis.  I hypnotized Nancy last night for smoking and I hypnotized her into Somnambulism which is (Theta Brain Wave) which is (Lucid Dreaming State).  

I gave her a key word under hypnosis which will allow her to go back into that very deep relaxed state again.

When see came out of hypnosis I told her to say her key word to her self and she did.  She Instantly went under into a deep hypnotic trance state Instantly.

Her key word for her is "Deeply Relax" but anyone can have any word that would do the same thing.  

Meditation is the Brain wave of Alph  Hypnosis go's deeper into Theta, which has 7 deeper levels.  After that is Delta which is the Dream State where one dreams but cant remember it.

When your on the border of theta and delta you can remember parts of dreams.

When you drift into Theta your Conscious and Sub-Conscious are in equal balance and you have total recall of your dream and Knowing that you are dreaming. (Lucid Draming State).

Positioin.  It is recommended to have the knees raised up to avoid unnecessary strain of the back muscles.  A small pillow under the neck to help give support to the neck is also beneficial.  Be sure that any tight fitting clothing is loosened and jewelry removed during the relaxation.  Lighting should be lowered and to deaden the sound of outside noises, soft background music complementing your session could be played.  Please do not say, "SLEEP" during the progressive.  When bringing the subject(s) up, do not us the word "AWAKE".  (This is a camouflage method of hypnosis).  Remember, to avoid the word hypnosis at all times.  The wording is as follows.

Close your eyes and keep them closed until I ask you to open them.  Now I want you to take a deep breath, filling your lungs up completely and then let that breath out slowly...Now take a second deep breath and let that out slowly also...Now I want you to take another very deep and comfortable breath filling your lungs up completely and this time hold that breath...(long pause)...Now let that breath out very slowly and already you can feel your body begin to relax...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow ALL the way DOWN to your feet, just feel your feet becoming very comfortable and very relaxed...If you don't feel it in your feet right away don't worry about it, for it will gradually catch up to you...

Now let that wonderful, comfortable feeling of relaxation flow from your feet up into your ankles...from your ankles up all the large and small muscles of your legs to your knees...from your knees up all the large and small muscles of your thighs... into your hips...from your hips into your abdomen and with each and every breath that you exhale I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

Now let that wonderful feeling of relaxation flow right up into your back...just let all of those large and small muscles of your neck relax...as it flows right up into your shoulders...over your shoulders...and down deep into your chest...such a wonderful feeling, just going DEEPER and DEEPER...as that relaxation flows down all the large and small muscles of your arms to your elbows...from your elbows down to your wrists...into your hands...all the way out to your fingers and with each and every breath that you exhale your body just keeps right on relaxing deeper and deeper...


Now let this wonderful feeling of relaxation flow up into your neck...feel all these large and small muscles of your neck relaxing...flowing right up into your head ...over your head...and DOWN into your brow...all the muscles around your eyes, relax...Now if you have your teeth clenched, just unclench your teeth and your body will relax much more...just let your jaw sag and all the body muscles will go loose and limp as a RAG DOLL as you go deeper into this wonderful relaxed state...

As I count from one down to three I want you to allow your body to go deeper into this beautiful relaxed state ... so One ... deeper and deeper ... Two ... more and more relaxed ...Three ... very deep, very comfortable and very relaxed ... with just pleasant, contented thoughts going through your mind and marvelous feeling going through your body, and your whole body is giving in, letting go...you're warm and comfortable...relaxing deeper as all the sounds around you send you deeper ... any sound that you hear sends you even deeper ... the sound of my voice sends you deeper ...

So, as I keep on talking you just keep on relaxing deeper and deeper into this wonderful relaxed state ... with each breath that you exhale, you go deeper ... the beat of your heart sends you deeper...any and all sensations that you experience send you deeper ... with each thought that you think you go deeper and deeper ... DOWN into a wonderful deep relaxed state ... just feel your muscles loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count, but this time I will count from one down to five and as I count form one down to five you will allow your body to double its relaxation...So one...your relaxation is slowly starting to double...two...your relaxation is doubling more and more ... three ... you're very comfortable and relaxed ... four your relaxation has almost doubled...five your relaxation now has doubled completely thoughout your whole body ... from the top of your head to the tip of your toes all the muscles in your body have relaxed and doubled their relaxation ... you feel so relaxed and comfortable that all of your muscles are going loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ...

Now again I will count from one down to five ... and as I count ... from one down to five ... this time the body will triple its relaxation ... one ...relaxation is starting to triple ... two ... relaxation is tripling more and more ... three ... you are very comfortable ... very relaxed ... four ... relaxation now has almost triple in the body ... five ... relaxation now has tripled in the body ... from the top of your head to the tips of your toes ... all the muscles have relaxed ... doubled their relaxation ... and tripled their relaxation ...

All the muscles are loose and limp as a RAG DOLL ... all the nerves are calm ... relaxed ... all the body tissues are rejuvenating in this wonderful relaxed state ... just sinking DOWN ... just letting go ... deeper and deeper into relaxation ...


Now again I will count ... but this time from one down to ten ... and this time as I count from one down to ten ... your mind will relax as your body is relaxed ... and with every count your body will double the relaxation it has at that time ... one ...your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... two ... your mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... three ... the mind is relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body is doubling the relaxation it has at this time ... four ...
same thing ...five ... keep right on going ... six ... seven ... eight ... nine ...ten ...
your mind is completely relaxed as the body is relaxed and the body has doubled its relaxation many times over ...

You don't care what day it is ... you don't care what time it is ... you don't care about anything but how good you feel ... how wonderful you feel ... going deeper and deeper relaxed ...

Now I want you to go even deeper ... still deeper ... so this time double the relaxation you have in the body right now ... and when this is doubled I want you
to try to say "A" ...it only takes a few seconds ...you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... you don't even feel like saying "A" ...but now I want you to go deeper yet ... still deeper ... and when it is doubled ... try to say "B" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed ... that you don't even feel like saying "B" ... but now I want you to really let yourself go ... just as though you were on a spiral sliding board ... just sliding on DOWN to the basement of relaxation ... so again double the relaxation you have in your body at this time ...and when it is doubled then try to say "C" ... again you feel so good, so comfortable, so relaxed that you don't even feel like saying "C"...

So jusk keep on sinking DOWN deeper and deeper ... as I keep on talking the body just keeps right on sinking DOWN ... deeper and deeper ... into a wonderful...deep state of relaxation ... where the mind is passive ... and you feel wonderful ... where your arms are heavy ... where your legs are heavy ... very heavy ...very comfortable ... heavy feeling ... the arms and legs are so heavy, so comfortable, so relaxed that when I ask you to lift an arm or leg ... you'd find that they are so comfortable, so heavy, so relaxed that you don't feel like lifting them ... but nevertheless I want you to try to lift your left leg ...O.K. stop trying ... let it relax it feels so much better resting where it is ... it's so comfortable and you feel so good, so wonderful and so relaxed...

This will happen every day and every night ... and this wonderful good feeling will stay with you every day ... at all times ... deeper and deeper relaxed ... very deep ... very comfortable ... very relaxed ... such a wonderful ...comfortable ... feeling ...so loose ... so RELAXED ...you find that any time I say the words
"DEEPLY RELAX" to you ... immediately you will close your eyes and spontaneously go right back into this wonderful, deep, comfortable state of relaxation ... always enjoying it more and more ...
Always going deeper each time I work with you ... and every time I give you these positive suggestions, they will go deep into your subconscious mind ... they will be there when you need them ... every time I work with you it will reinforce all suggestions I have given to you before ... every day in every way you will be better and better, wiser and wise, happier and happier, healthier and healthier, feeling marvelous thoughout the day ...

Now I want you to pay attention to my voice and what I am going to teach you ... for I am ging to teach you to put yourself in this same state that you are in now, and this is how you will do it ...

         First ... make sure you are comfortable and safe ...
                                             Then ...set a time limit in you mind ...
                                                     Then ... close your eyes ...
 
Once your eyes are closed  ... take a deep breath and think 'RELAX', as you are letting your breath out ...

Then ... take another deep breath and think 'DEEPER' as you exhale ...

Then ... take another deep breath, and hold it for a moment ...Then as you let that breath out, think 'DEEPLY RELAX', .... already you can feel your body starting to relax ... DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ...

You will remain in this relaxed state for the amount of time you have set aside ... when that time has expired you will find yourself coming up and your eyes will automatically open ... you will feel refreshed, rejuvenated, wonderful and fine in every way, and all my suggestions tht I have ever given you ...That are beneficial to and positive to you will automatically be reinforced ... you will let this happen automatically and spontaneously ... going DEEPER and DEEPER RELAXED ... you will have good feelings and good thoughts at all times ...
