If you do not think that these are astral entities then in your view what causes these noises. You don't suppose that your gadjets will go and start screaming and crackling by themselves. Something might be causing these. If it is only pertained to one gadjet then it's just a technical fault. If it happens in many gadjects then there's something going on there... ASTRAL ENTITIES....

As I said these Hoppers (I really love this name that Nayru has created) are harmless. They just keep on hopping here and there. So there is very less probability that you'll have a paranormal experience in your house. I doubt of they being halucinations.

Hey, I just heard a crackle beside my computer. I wonder what caused it? Hmmm...

I don't remember ever seeing a circular spot except once. I was sitting in my class attending English period. It was really boring and I felt really tired and sleepy (The ideal condition for Auric Vision). I was looking at my desk and the pen lying on it and then I suddenly saw a yellow spot for a fraction of a second. I was really amazed. I've never seen any other spot since. Although I can see dots moving around here and there whenever I look into the sky or any other bright background.

I've been seeing small fire flies like brilliant bright dots move move very fast and randomly since I was little. So were the spots you saw like circles or dots. If they were dots and moved fast and randomly then they were just energy. But if the were circles then they are probably astral entities. Nayru calls them hoppers, and they are almost harmless.

Timeless, does shadow talk to us or it just shows itself infront of us. I can't relate the figure I was with any of my emotions. I don't remember if the fidure looked at me or not. But the figure was an ancient one as in history books. It just went flying through the closed window. Does shadow also show such peculiar things or does it communicate with us.

Do spirits also take these forms. Is there anything else than shadow who can take human forms.

Even I did not feel scared when I saw the figure. I just saw it fly out of the windows, then thinking it was a halucination I went back to sleep.

Even I love the movie 'The Beautiful Mind'. I really, really love it's music and the movie itself. When I came to know that it is a true story and that the person is still alive, I had a real urge to meet that person. He could serve as a model to science for maing science realise the true powers of mind. I mean the illusions created by mind were so real that he actually could feel them. He was able to apply all his five senses on these illusions. The movement of each hair, the proper answers that the illusions gave, the mathematicians not knowing the answer beforehand even though his brain created them etc... That shows the true power of our mind which can make illusions into reality. Allthemore what do you define reality as? It's just illusion...

For finding powerlevels, first of all we would have to have a reference point. Then a suitable unit has to be taken. Without a unit there will be many confusions. Now all these things have not as such been universally defined by people. So it really creates a confusion.

There is no specific sensation. There are many. You might feel tingling, density, heat etc...

T_Kman, eyes open work's best. This is because we have to make our subconciousness realise that it has done it and it has the best capabilty. Although we do think very much that we have the capability but as our mind is so set upon physical proofs that teh true proof can only be acknowledged when we ourselves see the object move. So eyes open work best.

Yeah, even mind training comes under this. This is some sort of telepathy in which we see ourself and the other person(if the other person knows how to do this). Now the other person also see's the same perspective and KABOOOOM... They start fighting. The fighting might just be limited to hellish thoughts or it might even be Telepathincally Physical.

Beavis, the brain serves as a link between the physical body and the spirit. When we are doing energy manipulations it's our consiousness that's triggering it. Conciousness cannot directly contact with our spirit. So whatever we have to do it's given as a message to the brain. Rest whatever is done(like contacting the spirit and telling it what to do) is done by the brain.

Visualisation serves as a triggerer for these messages to be sent.

I've never heard of this. Though it might be true but the actual chinese word 'chi' is not only earth's energy but it's the energy the constitutes the universe.

Everything is done by visualisation. Don't visualise your nerves firing, just visualise energy coming out from your sub-navel chakra, everything else is automatically done by the brain.

I was thinking that is it necessary that usch encounters are always related to shadow. I mean can't it be a halucintion. I am asking this because I also had an encounter a few days ago.

In the middle of the night I woke up due to a nightmare and then I saw that an ancient person's figure, a figure that is most likely found in history books with green colour and the person having curled hair, was standing at about a distance of 8 feet. It was floating in air and started to move sideways and then passed through the window. Was this some kind of halucination or was it shadow?
