I'm pretty chill about hurricanes, mostly because I haven't had a bad experience of them so far. When hurricane andrew came by I actually went through the eye. It was a cool experience. I was in a really strong house and it went through it without a scratch. I remember coming outside when the eye was right over the house. It matched up with the circle of the corner of the dead end street. Very calm, and then *swisssssh* the wind kicks up again all of a sudden and then it starts pourin once again.

About Ivan: Im intending to make the ride smoother however I do it and I know there are others doing the same, however they decide to do it.

I think there is the potential that FEMA and Homeland Security will attract some displeasing situations on their part and the civilians, especially now in the times we are in.

IVAN WILL FINISH FLORIDA OFF

Hurricane Ivan will be the third hurricane to hit Florida in a 30 day period. With all the military troops occupying the southern part of Florida - below the line from Tampa to Daytona Beach first called the MICKEY MOUSE LINE - another destructive hurricane will put this former state in open and complete military control (Martial Law) for the "good" of the citizens. Homeland Security will have its first major test of widespread control.

The MOUSE LINE is nothing new as it was established in the later 1960´s by military strategists before the current FEMA ever became a Federal executive department. FEMA originally stood for Federal Emergency MILITARY ACTION. The scenario since day one [not long after the Cuban Missile Crisis] was that if "national security" warranted it, everything below the MOUSE LINE would be a military zone... a civilian "no-man´s land."

What can be expected? When a FEMA truck showed up with ice in Southeastern Florida 2 nights ago, a clash took place between the local Chief of Police and FEMA officials. The townspeople had been waiting in line for up to 7 hours for ice at a FEMA emergency distribution point when the truck showed up, but FEMA officials insisted it be distributed the next morning. The local Police Chief said that if it wasn´t distributed immediately, he would instruct his armed police officers to distribute it. FEMA caved in to avoid an open conflict.

But after IVAN hits Florida, FEMA will no longer cave in to any local civil authority as they will have open Federal "authority" from both the BUSH BROS to rule all local towns and counties below the MOUSE LINE. CAMP CHARLIE in Charlotte County has done this already whereby local EMS, EOS, and law enforcement must answer to FEMA-Homeland Security. Florida is currently designated as a Federal Disaster Area and the Federal Military already has full authority to "occupy" and rule over all local authorities.

If you don´t think this amounts to anything, wait until IVAN hits. The roadblocks are already in place below the MOUSE LINE. People are already complaining about being denied access to their own property because they don´t have sufficient ID.

What all of us who live here have experienced since August 13 is called a FEDERAL POLICE STATE. When IVAN hits between 9-11 and 9-13, the Federal Emergency Military Action will be in total open control. [}:)][}:)][}:)]

Probe Used as Practice for Asteroid Hit

- It is incoming, but it´s hardly big enough to be menacing and it even has parachutes to ensure a gentle landing on Earth.

Despite the space capsule´s diminutive size, asteroid watchers will be locking in on Genesis as it makes its descent on Wednesday - they need the practice.

"We sort of assume the spacecraft is an incoming asteroid," explained Donald Yeomans, manager of the Near-Earth Asteroid Program at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. "It´s not quite the real thing, but it is a true Earth impact."

In fact, the Genesis craft, which has collected particles from the solar wind, will never touch the ground on its own. Stunt helicopter pilots plan to snag the probe´s sample return with a giant fishing hook-like arm once it has released a parachute at 108,000 feet and then a parafoil at 20,000 feet above Earth.

The point of the gentle catch is to preserve the craft´s hexagonal wafers, made of pure silicon, gold, sapphire, diamond and other materials, which contain the precious cargo of solar wind particles.

"What a prize Genesis will be," said Don Burnett, principal investigator of the missions. "Our spacecraft has logged almost 27 months far beyond the moon´s orbit, collecting atoms from the sun."

It will be the first sample return from space since the last Apollo lunar mission returned with a cache of moon rocks in 1972. But Yeomans and his team are more interested in the probe´s homebound trajectory than its contents.

Imperfect Model

Just last March, an asteroid the size of a trailer zoomed by within 4,100 miles of Earth, making it the closest encounter ever recorded. Needless to say, scientists have yet to test their methods on an asteroid that actually smashes into Earth.

The scenario is unlikely, apart from smaller, less harmful objects that would likely burn up in the atmosphere before hitting Earth. But scientists figure they may as well be ready. By being able to calculate when and where an incoming object will land, they can potentially avert damage and loss of human life.

The closest the teams have come to monitoring an impact was watching as an object smashed into another planet. In 1994 Yeomans´ team mapped the path of a comet as it plunged into Jupiter.

"This is the first opportunity to apply the same calculations and programs to try and predict an in-fall onto Earth," said Alan Harris of the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colo.

Of course, watching the progress of a manmade probe is not quite like the real thing. For one, it has thrusters that occasionally steer it on course. Every time that happens, Yeomans and his crew need to reset their software. It´s also moving much more slowly than an asteroid or comet would while hurdling toward Earth.

"It´s a little unrealistic," said Harris. "But it´s the best we´ve got."

Tapping Amateurs

To track Genesis, Yeomans and his colleagues collect readings from an array of optical, Earth-based telescopes around the globe. The data is then fed into software that´s designed to precisely map the path and speed of an incoming object. Even amateur astronomers pitch in by e-mailing Yeomans their own readings of the craft´s coordinates.

"The spacecraft was not as bright as predicted and the location in the sky was on the edge of the Milky Way," reported Richard Fredrick, an amateur astronomer who kept an eye on Genesis and sent in a reading from the Powell Observatory in Kansas.

Soon, people like Fredrick could see monetary rewards for their contributions when it comes to scanning the skies for the real thing. Under legislation approved by the House of Representatives in March, people like Fredrick could receive $3,000 for discovering and tracking near-Earth asteroids.

It´s unlikely that the team in charge of the Genesis probe will actually use any of the information from the Near Earth Object program since they have access to much more reliable data. Genesis has a communication device on board and will be relaying its location on a regular basis to Earth through the Deep Space Network.

But for Yeomans, the data will be instructive, to say the least.

"We know it will hit," he said. "But we want to see how soon our software tells us this for sure."

This won´t be the only chance to test NASA´s tracking ability. Two more probes are due to return to Earth over the next three years and Yeomans plans to track them both as though they were incoming asteroids. The NASA spacecraft Stardust, which captured pieces of a comet, is due back in January 2006. And the Japanese spacecraft Hayabusa sampled pieces of an asteroid and should return to Earth in 2007.

Genesis spacecraft crash-lands in desert

CNN) -- The Genesis return capsule crashed in the desert on Wednesday after its parachutes failed to deploy. The craft missed a mid-air retrieval meant to save the spacecraft from impacting the Earth.

"The capsule has suffered extensive damage. It has broken apart on the desert floor," said an official on NASA TV. "Hopefully, there will be enough evidence to see what went wrong. Whether there will be enough science left inside remains to be seen."

Teams are attempting to recover the craft. NASA has warned them that a "live mortar" or explosive charge designed to deploy the chutes may still be armed.

NASA officials at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California said that long-range cameras did not detect the parachutes that should have slowed the craft.

"There was no drogue chute or parafoil," said a JPL spokesman. "Under those condition, the Genesis capsule hit the ground at about 100 mph."

NASA officials located the spacecraft around noon on Wednesday after it dug into the desert soil. NASA footage shows the craft tumbling rapidly through the air before hitting the ground with enormous force.

The return of the Genesis capsule was supposed to be visible for many in the U.S. as the capsule made a fiery ride across the skies of Oregon, northeastern Nevada, southwestern Idaho and western Utah.

By 11:55 am EDT, it reached the roof of the atmosphere, about 410,000 feet, glowing like a streaking meteor.

NASA officials were optimistic about the mission in the days leading up to the return of the Genesis capsule.

"We are bringing a piece of the sun down to Earth," said Charles Elachi, the director of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. "That´s going to give us some fundamental understanding of our origins."

Scientists say the data will not only reveal the composition of the sun, but illuminate how our planet could have formed from clouds of stellar dust.

"Four and a half billion years ago, all of the matter of the solar system, including us, was part of a giant molecular cloud," said Don Burnett, principal investigator for the Genesis mission. "Genesis is providing the chemical composition of that solar nebula. ...The material is still stored for us in the surface of the sun."

Two helicopters will be poised above a Utah Air Force base to snag the Genesis spacecraft´s return capsule. The sturdy container contains atomic isotopes collected as particles streaming off the sun, known as the solar wind.

The unorthodox midair retrieval will snag the first extraterrestrial samples since the Apollo missions in the 1970s.

Genesis collected the particles over the last two years on special tiles made from silicon, diamond, gold, sapphire and other materials. The solar particles, embedded in the collector tiles, were ejected at about 280 miles per second (450 km/s) from the sun´s scorching corona or outer atmosphere.

Genesis will fill in an astronomical blank spot about its makeup.

"What we´ve been missing is a starting point," says Burnett. "These samples allow precise measurements of the abundance of elements and isotopes in the sun."

Our star accounts for 99 percent of the mass in the solar system. It is composed mostly of isotopes of hydrogen and helium and includes 60 other elements including neon, argon carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and iron.

In all, Genesis has collected the equivalent of a few grains of the material. Scientists say that is enough to keep researchers busy for decades.

"In some cases, we will be studying these one atom at a time," said Burnett who estimates there will be a "billion billion" atoms available for study.

"We´ll have a reservoir of solar matter," he said. "We can meet the requirements for (studying ) the solar composition through the 21st century."

Genesis mission
Launched in 2001 from Cape Canaveral, the Genesis spacecraft traveled beyond the protective cloak of Earth´s magnetosphere for two years before heading home. Because of Earth´s electromagnetic field, much of the sun´s deadly radiation and material never reaches the planet´s surface.

In April, the craft ejected a 500-pound return capsule for return to Earth.

It has been approaching the planet at a leisurely 600 mph. By the time it reaches Earth´s atmosphere, the craft will be racing toward the planet at more than 25,000 mph. It will use a series of parachutes to slow its descent.

On Wednesday, it is expected to enter the atmosphere at 11:55 am ET above Oregon and, just two minutes later, glide down over the Utah desert. The main parachute, a wing-like parafoil, will deploy during its decent and a helicopter will snatch the Genesis capsule when it is still about a mile off the ground.

This daring retrieval method will protect the samples and sensitive instruments during reentry. A crash landing, even at the capsule´s relatively slow speed of 9 mph, could ruin some of the data collected during the mission.

The prospects for success look good according to NASA´s retrieval partner in the mission, the aerospace firm Vertigo.

"If they can find it, the success rate is very high," said Vertigo official Roy Haggard.

A modified helicopter -- with a winch, hydraulic capture pole and hundreds of feet of line -- will follow the capsule by radar until it moves in and snags the parafoil. Because the Genesis capsule must repressurize in the upper atmosphere, scientists want to minimize the sample´s exposure to air and possible contamination.

Once it is secured at a NASA facility, scientists can breathe easier, said Burnett.

"After that we can take our time, and we will see what we have," he said.

(CBS/AP) The Genesis space capsule, which had orbited the sun for more than three years in an attempt to find clues to the origin of the solar system, crashed to Earth on Wednesday after its parachute failed to deploy.

It wasn´t immediately known whether the cosmic samples had been destroyed. NASA officials believed the fragile disks that held the atoms would shatter even if the capsule hit the ground with a parachute.

"There was a big pit in my stomach," said physicist Roger Wiens of Los Alamos National Laboratory, which designed the atom collector plates. "This just wasn´t supposed to happen. We´re going to have a lot of work picking up the pieces."

Hollywood stunt pilots had taken off in helicopters to hook the parachute, but the refrigerator-sized capsule — holding a set of fragile disks containing billions of atoms collected from solar wind — hit the desert floor without the parachute opening.

The capsule was returning after more than three years in space as part of six-year project that cost $260 million.

The impact drove the capsule halfway underground. NASA engineers feared the explosive for the parachute might still be alive and ready to fire, keeping helicopter crews at bay.

"That presents a safety hazard to recovery crews," said Chris Jones, solar system exploration director for NASA´s Jet Propulsion Laboratory

The copters were supposed to snatch the capsule´s parachute with a hook as it floated down at 400 feet a minute, or more than 6 feet per second. But the capsule tumbled out of control. It was supposed to be spinning at 15 revolutions a minute to slice evenly through the atmosphere, but camera images showed it tumbling instead.

"Everyone was thrilled as they saw the pictures of the spacecraft coming back, and it just changed — it was like a 180-degree turnabout as it suddenly crashed on the surface of the Earth," reports CBS News Correspondent Steve Futterman. "There was just dead silence here."

Scientists hoped the capsule´s charged atoms — a "billion billion" of them — would reveal clues about the origin and evolution of our solar system, said Don Burnett, Genesis principal investigator and a nuclear geochemist at California Institute of Technology.

"We have for years wanted to know the composition of the sun," Burnett said before the crash. He said scientists had expected to analyze the material "one atom at a time."

Genesis had been moving in tandem with Earth outside its magnetic shield on three orbits of the sun.

Cliff Fleming, the lead helicopter pilot, and backup pilot Dan Rudert had replicated the retrieval in dozens of practice runs. Fleming and Rudert, stunt pilots by trade, were drafted for the mission because of their expertise flying high and capturing objects. Fleming has swooped after sky surfers in the action movie "XXX" and towed actor Pierce Brosnan through the air in "Dante´s Peak." He just worked on "Batman 4."

The Genesis mission, launched in 2001, marked the first time NASA has collected any objects from farther than the moon for retrieval to Earth, said Roy Haggard, Genesis´ flight operations chief and CEO of Vertigo Inc., which designed the capture system.

Together, the charged atoms captured over 884 days on the capsule´s disks of gold, sapphire, diamond and silicone were no bigger than a few grains of salt, but scientists say that would be enough to reconstruct the chemical origin of the sun and its family of planets.

Scientists had expected to study the material for five more years.

What happened was simple and synchronistic: On the last day of Mercury retrograde, as I was almost finished with the forecast for this week, my hard drive died. Kaput. A few phone calls to Dell and a few days later, a new hard drive arrived. It was installed, along with a bunch of programs, but I couldn't retrieve the column, because I hadn't saved it on floppy. Then I started thinking, well, the forecast was so scary, it's probably a good thing that it doesn't make it into print. Who needs to be reminded that the nasty aspects in effect on 9/11/01 are the prime features of this week's horoscope? Obviously, you do. So here's the scoop. On Thursday, 9/9, aggressive Mars challenges subversive Pluto as their square aspect becomes exact. On Saturday, 9/11/04, the exacting Virgo sun squares Pluto in Sagittarius, echoing the events of their conjunction on December 13, 2003, the day Saddam Hussein was captured.

The day that the Twin Towers collapsed, transiting Pluto was on the USA Ascendant in Sagittarius in a tight opposition to transiting Saturn in Gemini, the sign of the Twins. On June 11, 2004, two weeks before the scheduled transfer of power, so to speak, to the Iraqis, the 20-plus-degree Gemini sun opposed Pluto. This was about the time astrologers were predicting that George W. Bush might die, because transiting Saturn/Satan was approaching his natal Cancer sun and, hey, let's not forget Tecumseh's Curse. (That's the 20-year pattern of presidents elected in years that end in 00, 20, 40, etc., not surviving their term of office.) Besides, 20+ Gemini is the USA's natal Mars position, and who but the military needs more Mars? Which brings us to the new moon on Tuesday, 9/14, at 22+ Virgo, which, incidentally, is the USA's natal Neptune position. Remember Neptune, ruler of oil, movies and music, magic and mysticism, drink and drugs, faith and fanatics, lies and delusions? Anyway, this new moon at 7:29 a.m. PDT shows Ceres (Mother Goddess), Sol, Luna and Mars within one degree of each other, and close enough to Jupiter at 28 Virgo to be affected by the giant planet's tendency to exaggerate and rely on luck. All of the above are being squared, i.e., tested, by power-crazed Pluto, the Lord of the Underworld and the villain of this piece. On Wednesday, the 15th, Mars converges with the sun, and boom! It's Rosh Hashanah. Not the best indication of a happy New Year, but we can try, nonetheless. Here's a promising note: On November 1, the day before the election, the USA's progressed sun leaves scientific Aquarius, where it's been for the past 30 years, and enters spiritual Pisces for the next 30.

At the risk of having today´s report sound like the "Daily Bot Report", in the latest cut of the data there are two items to put on the calendar. One is a potential for an attack on an institution or person of significance here in the US:

"An entity arises which must reluctantly be named FoundationCrumbles. This entity represents what does appear to be a attempt at an [attack]. The lexical construct of the entity suggests an (attack) on a person, or in more singular language and so could be interpreted as an assassination attempt rather than a more general form of attack as we are doing here. The use of [strike](down) could apply to an attack of both a personal or an institutional kind.

Further, the clustering of lexical clues suggest that the most likely time for the attack is the night of September 10th. We have a clustering of our distance values for this entity arriving at that date within the modelspace. So the suggestion is the night of the 10th or the morning of the 11th. And of course, in so far as the western mind is concerned, using a solar calendar, this would be the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks of 2001. "

The other is what seems like a very large and damaging California earthquake which will take the southern part of the Golden State back to "a previous age" - suggesting that the event will come not as one, but two quakes with a pause between them - so when (if?) it happens, remember the first quake is the same or smaller than the second one that would be along shortly. You´ll know this will be the event when you get this to match:

"Other than the above, there are not a whole lot of meaningful references which come through. However we can note that there are specific references which suggest that a prison, or building housing a court will be seriously impacted. In the lexical structure it suggests that such a building will not be demolished all at once, but will (hang/suspend) its [crumbling/destruction] and that this will allow for some [entombed/trapped] individuals to extricate themselves."

Last Monday, we forecast that by this week we would be looking back at the RNC this way - the events forecast are in black while the events and fits are in blue bold font:

The "takeaways" that the bots suggest we´ll have next week might include a widespread recognition that the RNC meeting will be highlighted with a revelation (or revealing act) "Indeed, a failure at multiple levels. As the data set indicates, (all/any)[movement] results in (bound/constrained/frustrated)[desires/goals/efforts]. This is apparently all due to a single instance of the widespread perception of [insincerity]. or [sincerity] that is (inconsistent)." In the media the focus was on President Bush saying to Matt Lauer on Monday (after our post) that the war on terror was not winnable - and then the White House spent considerable time the rest of the week doing the "what the President was really saying was..."

We´ll also be on the lookout for some talk of disease at a high level "Rather what we have is a lexical structure with words such as [evil], [vile], [foul] and [stagnant] also contains some references to disease. In fact, enough such references to disease appear that the lexical aspect takes its name from that subset. However, this is apparently all about a single [prominent/powerful/public] person being (struck down) by [disease] within the framework of the convention itself. This [disease] subset is cross linked back to (no movement)[facilitates/improves] which suggests that the disease is not something that is treatable." This was a shockingly close forecast: Bill Clinton saw a doctor on Thursday and was sent home because his symptoms were not immediately treatable. He then went to the hospital on Friday and will have bypass surgery this week. The remarkable thing about this forecast was that almost all the pictures that were shown of Clinton were of his appearance at the Democratic National Convention - thus our "within the framework of the convention itself" call was arguably quite good.

We´ll also expect that there will be someone involved with the protests, who will arise out of the protester´s efforts, perhaps who will be subject to obviously excessive force by authorities - perhaps standing up to authority after being injured ala Tiananmen Square - who will be thrust into the public consciousness: "Rather, there will arise an individual *most hints at this stage suggest a female, youngish - say 20´s* who will become the ´poster child´ of the (solidarity/cohesive) American resistance movement. The data would suggest some nasty moments for this individual, but in spite of suggestions of a (frail frame/waif-like appearance/vatta-body type), the flesh shall endure and the spirit will triumph in a totally (unexpected/unbidden/not sought) (rise) to [prominence/pinnacle]." Here is where the young female AIDS activist being dragged out of the RNC hall - and by some reports being kicked in the process - seems like the best fit. The body type is right and there´s been some suggestion that she may file a large lawsuit for the way she was handled.

So what´s ahead this week? Nothing big (if the California quake and three more storms hitting the US - although it looks like one will be hitting a grape growing area - California? - until we get to Friday night through Saturday night. Sept 10th & 11th - the Anniversary of 9/11. That´s when we get in range of the assassination attempt or attack of an institutional type we mentioned last week.



About the only other thing on the horizon is part of the run that says authorities will get close to capture of Osama bin Laden, but that it looks like OBL and a number of associates will escape. Specifically,

"For instance within our Terrorists entity we find a lexical arm

suggesting that the [old/wizened/white haired] [man/leader] will be

(forced) by (circumstances of risk) to (take) to (hiding) (under) the

[veil]. Now, with recent blathering on the blathering-scope (TeeVee)

about the impending capture of O.bin Ladin, it could be that what

we are seeing referenced here are details about the escape in

which the ´veils´ or ´identity´ of a women are used to (confuse)

[thoughts] or to (apply) [confusion] to the [thoughts].



Apparently an attempt at ´restraint/constraint/capture´ will be

unsuccessful due to ´leaks´ from ´sympathizers´. These leaks will

lead to an ´escape´ of ´nine´ persons. They will be (driven) to

[ground] for [3 days] and will have [no food/sustenance/support]

during this period. Further, there are indications that while

[concealed/hidden] in a [hole/cave] with an attribute of [metal]

which may be suggesting a culvert sort of thing, one or more of

those fleeing will ´drown´ in the rain for (fear) of (raising/lifting) the

[head]. "

On September 8th, a daylight fireball will streak across the western United States. It´s Genesis, returning samples of the Sun to Earth.

Meteors are unpredictable. You never know, not exactly, when one will streak across the sky.

Not so on Wednesday, September 8th. At precisely 8:52:46 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), northwest of Bend, Oregon, a fireball will appear: a white-hot dot of light, brighter than the planet Venus, gliding across the blue morning sky.

This is no ordinary meteor. It´s a space capsule jettisoned by NASA´s Genesis spacecraft, returning to Earth with precious samples of the Sun, and we know exactly where it will go:

From Bend, traveling 25,000 mph (11 km/s), the fireball will streak across eastern Oregon, brightening as it descends into denser parts of Earth´s atmosphere. At 8:53:35 a.m. PDT it crosses the southwestern corner of Idaho and, moments later, northern Nevada not far from the tiny town of Elko. Finally, at 8:54 a.m. PDT, slowed to a near-halt by the capsule´s drogue parachute, the fireball will fade over Utah.

Sky watchers as far away as 100 miles from the reentry path could see the capsule glowing "10 to 100 times brighter than Venus," says meteor expert Peter Jenniskens of NASA´s Ames Research Center. For comparison, that´s about as bright as a fat crescent Moon. Jenniskens expects the fireball to be most luminous (visual magnitude -9) when it is over Nevada.

On September 8, 2004, the drama will unfold over the skies of central Utah when the spacecraft´s sample return capsule will be snagged in midair by helicopter. The rendezvous will occur at the Air Force´s Utah Test and Training Range, southwest of Salt Lake City.

"What a prize Genesis will be," said Genesis Principal Investigator Dr. Don Burnett of the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, Calif. "Our spacecraft has logged almost 27 months far beyond the moon´s orbit, collecting atoms from the Sun. With it, we should be able to say what the Sun is composed of, at a level of precision for planetary science purposes that has never been seen before."

The prizes Burnett and company are waiting for are hexagonal wafers of pure silicon, gold, sapphire, diamond and other materials that have served as a celestial prison for their samples of solar wind particles. These wafers have weathered 26-plus months in deep space and are now safely stowed in the return capsule. If the capsule were to descend all the way to the ground, some might fracture or break away from their mountings; hence, the midair retrieval by helicopter, with crew members including some who have performed helicopter stunt work for Hollywood.

"These guys fly in some of Hollywood´s biggest movies," said Don Sweetnam, Genesis project manager at NASA´s Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. "But this time, the Genesis capsule will be the star."

The Genesis capsule -- carrying the agency´s first sample return since the final Apollo lunar mission in 1972, and the first material collected beyond the Moon -- will enter Earth´s atmosphere at 9:55 am Mountain Time. Two minutes and seven seconds after atmospheric entry, while still flying supersonically, the capsule will deploy a drogue parachute at 33 kilometers (108,000 feet) altitude. Six minutes after that, the main parachute, a parafoil, will deploy 6.1 kilometers (20,000 feet) up. Waiting below will be two helicopters and their flight crews looking for their chance to grab a piece of the Sun.

"Each helicopter will carry a crew of three," said Roy Haggard, chief executive officer of Vertigo Inc. and director of flight operations for the lead helicopter. "The lead helicopter will deploy an eighteen-and-a-half foot long pole with what you could best describe as an oversized, Space-Age fishing hook on its end. When we make the approach we want the helicopter skids to be about eight feet above the top of the parafoil. If for some reason the capture is not successful, the second helicopter is 1,000 feet behind us and setting up for its approach. We estimate we will have five opportunities to achieve capture."

The helicopter that does achieve capture will carry the sample canister to a clean room at the Michael Army Air Field at the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, where scientists await their cosmic prize. The samples will then be moved to a special laboratory at NASA´s Johnson Space Center, Houston, where they will be preserved and studied by scientists for many years to come.

I don't have cable tv, only local channels, so no I didn't see Geraldo on Fox TV. I learned that the hurricane was being covered nation-wide from someone else.

The news reporters like to suggest emotions as well as assure federal security and law on live tv. They are like puppets.

Funny how during a much more powerful and much more deadly hurricane: Charley was not as covered as Francis was, and also not as covered up. I have read many stories from people saying that FEMA was purposely taking their time so that the people waiting for federal 'security' and 'nourishment' get all antsy and such. I also heard about coverups and the like.. such as hiding the total number of deaths and losses. The news reporters hardly ever mentioned the amount of tornadoes in the eyewall and outwards from that. Charley was really intense, and yet nobody over here gave a damn at least not as much as Francis.

Hurricanes are really interesting. I went through andrew as a child, and I don't remember much of it, but the thing that stands out to me the most was the ghastly howl of the sustained winds. And the howling went on for hours. I didn't get much scared since I was with lots of people in a big house which got no damage, but I can imagine the feelings it's possible that I can feel if I was in a house alone and just a ghastly howl going on for hours on end.

I think it's really cool though. I hope to be in one hurricane like that again, and definately reguarding the other people going through it. I think Andrew had alot of... character. That thing was ALIVE.. it was a monster. Way cool. [8D]


And now here comes Ivan...Im definately gonna see if I can weaken that storm before it makes landfall, to make it a bit easier for the people. []

About the hurricane: There is way too much coverage in the news about the hurricane. All local news stations have been watching Francis since last week and they all talked like they "knew" it was coming this week, and were getting everyone to prepare for it. This has never happened before in south florida and I've lived here all my life.

So they started covering this hurricane too early, not only that the governor declared all of Florida in a "state of emergency" way before it looked obvious the hurricane was going to come, so that gave him the power to let FEMA (and homeland security?) manage the security and let them do whatever they think should be done.

In the past with many other hurricanes the local media started covering them when they were much much closer and when it was OBVIOUS that it was going to it Miami. Francis is now hitting Central Florida (just like Charley did) and now they are all just covering this storm like it's "reality tv" and not just in Florida but all across the US  heard. The hurricane is NOT THAT BAD. Just a category 1 hurricane, and for some reason I think it may even be less. My area did not even get a power outage. It's a good thing we didn't spend money on preparations for this hurricane. It really DID make that shift to the north.  []

Either the media and the government are using new policies or they actually FELT Francis was going to come onto shore way before it came and thought they'd want to anticipate his arrival.

South Florida's people all have been talking about this hurricane since last week. They were all 'hurricane crazy'. The people around my area got prepared, they bought gas like crazy, there was lines and people had to wait an hour before getting to the pump because of the gas lines. And earlier this week when they were still waiting for this hurricane and Bush urged everyone to stay home when the hurricane was still 2 days away people began to think it was not coming and just wanting to get it over with so they can move on.

So why all the unnecessary coverage? Seriously there are way more important issues that are getting around but the many news stations are just not talking about at all. Are they trying to direct attention to the hurricane to direct attention away from all the latest revealing 'developments' and the RNC?

Now hurricane Ivan and some people might not take it seriously. Those who already have prepared for Francis may want to use that stuff for Ivan if he comes ashore.

and I might want Ivan to come... but not without weakening some. Category 2 or 3 is just about right, my apartment would definately survive that and it wouldn't be too strong for other buildings as well (except maybe trailer homes) yet would 'disrupt' normalcy.

Clinton Hospitalized: Web Bots Right - Again

With the report that Bill Clinton has been hospitalized today for an emergency triple bypass operation - we note that in our Monday web bot summary we forecast: (link to forecast)

Welp, looks like hurricane Frances is heading Florida's way, this time it's going to land on my side of the peninsula unfortunately according to the media they are encouraging the people to take the forecast track as a very serious and alarming situation because it is pointing to our direction (southeast florida) yet saying there is still much uncertainty as to whether it's going to follow that path or not.

I think it won't at least not directly. I am anticipating a shift more to the north which would keep me and my area at least in a safer light since this is one powerful hurricane. One thing that is significant that I noticed about Frances that I noticed the same thing with Charley is that that bands of rains that the hurricane is producing looks very unusual compared to what I have seen in past hurricanes. The bands look all wavy, they have some sort of ripple like effect as if caused by some sort of low frequency 'seismic-like' waves, or electro-magnetic fluctuations. Some news reporters here have taken their time to explain sensations people may feeling because of the 'pressure fluctuations' the hurricane is bringing.

This hurricane definately looks like nothing I have ever seen before, it's power is very noteable. Have these cyclones evolved or is there another peice of the puzzle that is not being mentioned in the mass media?

First, a brief background regarding Scalar Electromagnetics and how they effect weather and the human mind.

Rather, they were describing extreme mental and mood changes they could not control.

About an hour before the center of Hurricane Charley passed over, survivors have described how they became very tired, depressed, and lethargic. While an approaching hurricane would depress just about anyone anticipating its arrival, the depression every survivor has described was not the anxiety depression such anticipation would typically invoke. This was an overall mental and physical depression that even affected them with general body aches and a widespread feeling of non-wellbeing. Almost all said it was as if they were drugged with a pain killer, but without the "goofy side effects. They could do the things they needed to do, such as get mattresses into their bathrooms to huddle under, but their thinking seemed "surreal.

When the eye passed over, they described feeling "numbed, both mentally and physically. While a few took a look outside to see if it was all over, most said they just didn,t have a thought to do anything other than sleep and not move an inch from where they were.

When the backside of Charley came, the same numbness as in the beginning again overwhelmed them. But what is most interesting is what they all described after Charley had finished its fury, from 1 to 3 hours later. Stupor, hypnotized, trance, under a spell, and zombie were the most common descriptions. Even though they were aware that the hurricane had passed, they were mentally not able to do anything. Some knew it was all over, but they just wanted to sleep. Nearly all just stayed put and didn,t bother to check their own surroundings. Nothing made sense, it was hard to get words spoken past a mental thought, and there was no fear or care about anything.

Personally, Charley was the third hurricane direct hit I have lived through, yet I never felt the same symptoms with the first two as I did with Charley. I experienced the same as all those who survived this hurricane with me. We all felt the exact same way before, during, and after, and we all agree that it was very odd the way we felt mentally and physically for those few hours. Moreso, those of us who have lived through previous hurricanes all agree that we never felt like this during our previous experiences. Our experience with Hurricane Charley was unique and different.

If ELF Scalar Electromagnetic frequencies were used, this would account for what I have described above. But more than that, if such Scalar EM was present, then this may also account for the rapid change in Hurricane Charley,s direction. Scalar mind and weather manipulation are accomplished in the same ELF range, and that is not just an unproven theory: It is a proven scientific fact.

When Charley was approaching Jamaica, the oddest thing took place. It was following a direct line path through the center of Jamaica, but suddenly it made a perfect arched curve to the south, and ended up back on its original course after it had swung around the island. That was just as odd as the sudden right-hand turn it made into Charlotte Harbor. There,s no doubt that since hurricane paths have been recorded over the past 200 years, no hurricane ever acted like Charley did or had ever followed such an erratic path. This was one of the biggest reasons Tampa was the predicted landfall area.

There are lots of unanswered questions about Charley, but one strong possibility is that it was manipulated using ELF Scalar methods. The symptoms we all experienced and the erratic behavior of Charley itself seem to lend credibility to this likelihood. For those like Tom Bearden and others who have far greater knowledge about Scalar, GWEN, HAARP, and ELF, I invite your comments. All of us would like some answers.

Last week when I was monitoring this hurricane I told my dad I had a feeling about this hurricane. Wasn't a 'good' or 'bad' feeling but it was definately unusual. What do I think about this hurricane? I definately think it is being influenced in variety of means. []

One of them being for political reasons which I don't want to get further into right now, but one thing is for sure: the market and the gas companies are definately benefitting from the consumers preparing like there's going a y2k event. Security measures have been stepped up, Jeb Bush declared the whole state of Florida under emergency. I read a thread on a forum linking to an article that suggests Martial Law is going to be declared by Monday ... but I am anticipating that it won't at least not for my area.

The media was being sensational about this hurricane earlier during the week and really hinting 'prepare' with their media coverage of local supermarkets and harware stores like Home Depot because they supposedly want to monitor how people are reacting to the hurricane and asking them questions. And I'm sure alot of people like the cameras too and might wanna be on tv... heheh.

This hurricane looks as if it can more of a punch than hurricane Andrew but since my home went through Andrew back in 92 without a scratch I think it won't be siginificantly damaged if at all. I'm still anticipating the hurricane turning to more to the north though, and I'll see how that goes. []

It's a new movie about quantum physics and spirituality. It's doing pretty good in the market but some reviewers say that it has a hint of fiction wrapped around it.

Alot of hollywood movies hint at the truth of the matter or at least the they have a fictional movie with a deeper meaning to it. Symbolism is used quite often to create symbolic meanings. Some of which may fiction, some of which may not. Look up the word meme and how they are used in society for a deeper meaning on this. It's like a "the powers that be's" standard joke.

That new Resident Evil movie looks pretty interesting by the commercials I've seen. They are hinting at a corrupt medical corporation as well as a tyrannical government and it even features reptilian lookin beings. And the subtitle of this movie is "Apocalypse".

CAIRO, Aug 22: Ninety-three prominent Muslim figures opposed to US troops in Iraq called on Muslims around the world to support resistance to US forces and to the Iraqi government installed in June.

In an appeal received on Sunday from the offices of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, the Muslim figures from nearly 30 nations, from Germany to Indonesia, said the aim should be to "purify the land of Islam from the filth of occupation".

I've been listening in to the live broadcasts from New York City. Two unrelated individuals, two separate reports, each phoned in to the broadcasters, who were then streaming this report to me.

Each of the two separate eye-witnesses reported the same, almost perfectly matching, descriptions of the following incident that took place there this evening....

'....a young woman, and a 5-year old child trying to perpendicularly cross one of the many streets of protest there, getting caught between a chanting group of demonstators and the onslaught of a group of attacking police officers. One policeman, reportedly, threw this woman backwards to the pavement where she lay for sometime assisted only by a demonstator, and as her 5-year old child wept aloud, police officers were screaming at the demonstrators, and also this child to, "Get Back!", "Get Back!" over and over again.'

Reportedly she had nothing to do with the demonstrations taking place, and she and her child were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time....

'Many minutes passed before a back-board and several people came to assist her, apparently strapping her onto it and evacuating her to a hospital.'

There were no further eye-witness reports regarding what had become of her child. It sounded horrifying to hear this but then, in addition to having heard this report coming from two separate individuals, I remembered the post made here at STA by, "victo18" today. You can link to it below. Here is a snip from it that may have indeed pertained to events which then followed the web bot's predictions.

Fairly accurate and true to what actually took place later in the day don't you think. Perhaps, this woman will indeed become, along with her 5-year old the "poster children" of the American resistance movement as the web bot predicted. Time will tell.

Usually I don't watch TV but nowadays what's being shown is just getting really interesting. I was just watching the Conan O Brien show just now and he made jokes about the tyranny going on, the security, the protestors the political misspeech, and the biased-ness. The 'spin' they had on that show was incredibly surreal. This guy was speaking the truth but since it was a 'comedy show' the people just laughed and clapped about it but there still is that eery silence at the end of the joke and the vibe sometimes even the comment about the vibe that just makes the audience wonder "why are we laughing about this? something is wrong here.."

I saw a similar thing on the Jay Leno show. And then the RNC. The audience claps and cheers for things they can't even begin to think about.

The term "blanket creations" really comes in handy when describing that one thing that folks in these audiences are really hanging on to.

Yea Bush and the repiblicans in the convention are starting using "double-speek". Bush and those republicans are good liars and are starting to let the truth out while still hiding their motives because they are speaking about the memes (look up what memes are) that they present to follow.

Both candidates Bush and Kerry are having 'fun' playing polarizing games with these 'sheeple'. (tee hee) It is so obvious. I can see it in their demeanor. They have been so contradictive in their statements.

Bush said: The war on terrorism is a quote "catastrophic success". He says: "We are winning the war on terrorism, and we are going to win the war on terrorism". And now he is saying that it is "unwinnable". he said all those lies within a 72 hour period!

This whole republican convention is one literal JOKE of democracy!

Bush and Kerry are 2 sides of the same coin. They are both in the Skull and Bones society and they know (or at least I'd like to think they know)  exactly what they are doing.

The United Nations, which has a finger in every global pie, and ambitions to take over the World Internet, is inching its way towards calendar reform.

Long on lofty words and windy clauses, the official UN description for calendar reform is, "Calendar Reform and the Future of Civilization" (CRFC).

Why is the UN itching to change the method by which the world tells time?

It's the Gregorian Calendar. Having replaced the Julian Calendar, the Gregorian was instituted by papal decree in the year AD 1582 and adopted by virtually all nations as the common world standard.

Accepted by virtually all nations notwithstanding, the Gregorian Calendar is irksome to New Agers because the whole world marks time based on the Birth of Jesus Christ. And as far as the occultist UN is concerned, that will never do.

The final goal is to change the calendar from its present "artificial" 12-month year to a more "natural" 13-month year that more closely parallels the lunar and biological cycles.

The results and declarations from the World Summit on Peace and Time have been submitted to the General Assembly of the UN.

Wild and weird as it may sound, the Thirteen Moon Natural Time Peace Calendar could replace the Gregorian Calendar, courtesy of future UN resolution.

It is, after all, Canadian Maurice Strong and former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev who, under the auspices of the UN, are working on an agenda to replace the Ten Commandments with the Earth Charter.
