I disagree with your "out of mind out of sight", its more like seeing into the future of that child and family. I dont care what anyone says, even if a spirit chooses that life path NO child should have to suffer or grow up unloved and unwanted.

I sought some spiritual advice when I was having some trouble finding my own independence. I was told that I had attempted life in my family before but was miscarried. I finally was born years later and as a result I had a strong desire to please people (which was true). I asked my mother and she had miscarried before. I think in the end we all have plan that we stick to so I am not bothered by abortion and so on...A soul will always find a way

I didn't sing in the dreams but there might have been bells playing.
Normally I think about choir music to induce me into trance, mostly classical stuff like Bach and Brahms, ect...its a good tool for me, brings strong vibrations.

I have never been in the real building but i believe it is hollow like a stadium so they can fit a lot of people inside. Also the tower might be hollow for musical purposes.

Because of the building's religious connections, I think a lot of dreamers/who-evers might be attracted to it.

I would love to hear more info on this astral crystal city, ..anyone ever been?

I get that sometimes, its just being too over overexcited. I sometimes get all tense when my heart starts pounding and 9 times out of 10 it will ruin my projection attempt. Its just a matter of staying relaxed.

Ive had something similar happen to me.
I was lying in bed and woke up with vibes so i tried to go out of body, I sat up and saw a beach ball lying on my bed, i was then pulled back down and completely awoke to find nothing. It was very vivid (i saw my room in perfect detail) so i believe i has started to exit the body, but why the beach ball?
I dont know, mabey it was a dream.

Im really new at OBEs so mabey its just beginner troubles...

which has exercises but i dont think its healthy to stare at a computer screen too long so I just printed out the pictures and taped them on my wall, they have helped a little bit but i got this book at the library and it has helped the most. Its called

"Aura Reading For Beginners" by Richard Webster
It has a few easy exercises like seeing energy between your fingers and such.

I prefer to do exercises alone since I dont know very many people who belive in anything like auras

Since i began attempting projection ive had tons of dreams of OBEs. It is a good sign because it shows you have a true desire to AP.
heres how i knew i was dreaming:

Couldnt remember exiting the body

Very dreamy (not vivid)

I couldnt have full control over my body  

would slip completely into a dream (ex: dream of waking up afterwards)

As far as I know mine were dreams perhaps somewhat lucid but nothing more. Chances are if you think your dreaming, then you probably were, Ive been told that a true OBE can seem even more vivid then real life.

In my opinion a person can and does come back as either sex, otherwise you wouldnt get the whole human experience.

I too have had an increase in lucid and vivid dreams, ive also dreamed of projecting and meeting other projectors (though im sure they are just dreams and not real OBE).

Im not sure if this is a side effect, but since i started Astral Projection ive been told that I have been acting somewhat "aloof" and distant. Im not aware im doing this (its not like im avoiding pepole), but i guess i just have alot more on my mind now.

Ive been thinking it over and i wondered if it had something to do with our guides. Monroe mentions that every trip to the astral contains some kind of lesson, so perhaps our guides help us stay in the astral long enough until we can learn from whatever challenge we may encounter.
