I've never had a dream about real killers, but I've had dreams about fictional killers, and even an *ahem* famous killer from TV movies, Jason from Friday the 13th. For some reason I dream alot about him, he's been in my dreams 3 times so far, with him coming to my house, don't know what's up with that. I've also had dreams of myself being killed, I always end up waking up and being terrified. The last one I had was me being hunted down in a hedgemaze by a group of Katana swordsmen dressed in black or purple suits. I won't go into the gory details, but at the end I was dead, and I could FEEL what the killer was doing to me with the sword. I hope I never have a dream like that again.....

Since I have become aware of OBE's and having esxperienced a few myself,  I've become more self aware when I'm dreaming, and my dreams have become EXTREMELY vivid, as if I wasn't dreaming at all, but actually there. Sometimes it's just really interesting to just sit there and watch it instead of trying to OBE. I've done this sometimes, and the dream ends up shifting from subject to subject, from beginning to end, over a long span of time, VERY LONG dreams, I guess you could call that an epic too. This happened last night coincidently.

Has anyone ever had any bad experience with Chinese food? I had a bad experience on the way back from visting my sis for Christmas. We stopped at this tiny chinese place for lunch and I ordered some General Tso's. So anyway, while waiting for the food to be brought to us I decided to go to the bathroom. Well, there was something wrong with the door and the door wouldn't open right, like only a little. I gave it a good tug and the door opened all the way, only to my surprise to find some guy taking a dump on the toilet....I'm like "wtf?" So I quickly closed the door back and walked back to my seat all grossed out, thinking if this guy ever heard of a lock, and why was the bathroom only for one person? I almost lost my appetite. Then if that wasn't enough when they brought the food, I bit a big piece of hot red pepper and swallowed it by accident, thinking it was a red BELL pepper. My face turned all hot and red, and everything started to burn, it felt like I was gonna throw up or my face would blow up, whichever came first. Well, that pretty much ruined my lunch. lol I don't think I will be returning to any chinese places, only delivery from now on LOL

I think I understand what youre saying. It was like I was slipping in and out of "dream conciousness". Each time I would go back to waking conciousness, I was paralyzsed. And the second time I was paralyzed is when my head was thrashing around of it's own accord, which I still don't know what's up with that. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?

I'm on a "eat whatever I feel like eating" diet, so I don't mind if there's no "Do not enter" warning sign on this thread []

mmmmm, "Americanized" Chinese takeout is so good. My favorite things to order:

I like those Soy Sauce and Duck Sauce packets that they give you, I glob them all over my rice

Can you hear music while OBE/Ap'ing? Music is more tied to emotion, and you guys are trying to proove things with the physical. AP'ing is more linked to the emotions, then the physical.

You could do this. Go in seperate secluded room in your house, and turn on the radio to a station, and record it with a brand new recording tape. Put the volume loud, but low enough so that you can't hear it from the room you project in. Then go back to the room you will be projecting in. Project. Go to the room with the music, and memorize the song/commercial you hear. Wake up and go back and rewind the tape, and see if the song/commercial you heard while projecting is recorded on the tape.

This might not prove anything, but it would be fun to try.

(Sorry if this is alot, you can spread them out into more then one channeling session if it is, but I really do want the Bruce Lee thing answered the most, as you'll see when you come across it, it's at the bottom).

1- Do you celebrate special occasions, such as birthdays, holidays, anniversaries of special events, etc? Or does this require emotions which you do not have?

2- Do you watch human forms of entertainment such as films/motion pictures, shows, theature, opera? literature? And what are your opionions on them? Dislike, like, too violent, too much sex? Do you think that they help us or hinder us spiritually? Should I stop watching horror movies?

3- When does the soul enter it's physical body? During the early stages of fetus growth, at conception, at physical birth? And what are your opinions on human abortion? Good, Bad? Free Will? Is it decided on a higher level if someone gets "aborted" so to speak, as a life lesson they must go through? (assuming that the soul is in it's physical body at this time)

4- What exactly are blackholes, and are they gateways to other dimensions? Is it safe to try "flying" near or into one? (Astrally and physically speaking)

5- Are all the Earth governments aware of Nibuiru, or just the U.S.?

6- Is there, or has there ever been such thing as a secret shadow organization/s or government/s (New World Order) that plan to,  or have already taken control of Earth's governments? And which country is/was their main base of operations? Also, where/are they all human, alien, or mixed, and how long have they been around? Finally, (sorry if this is too long) are they/were aware of the Shift, and what are they planning in regards to the Shift? Fear, misinformation, that sort of thing.

7- Was the real motive for U.S.'s Iraq War to capture it's natural resources and underground areas, in preparations for the coming Pole Shift and associated natural disasters of the approaching Nibiru?

8- The Ricin scare that is unfolding now, is this a staged event to condition the public with fear? And who is behind it, if not the U.S. government? Purpose?

9- Who or what is behind the cattle mutalations, and for what purpose?

10- Has Bruce Lee reincarnated? How did he really die? If he was killed, what was the purpose of the murderer?
  10a- I don't know why, but I feel some kind of "connection" to him. Like he is always on my mind sometimes, and I am fascinated by who he was, what he did, and what he stood for, his philosophy, etc. Is there anything to this, or is it just, one of those things that fascinates people in life. Am I supposed to learn from his life in someway, in other words, is this "connection" I feel, my higher self trying to bring to attention to me a learning experience?  It's hard for me to explain, sorry for any confusion, I hope you get what I'm trying to get across.

11. What's the deal with the Mars rovers malfunctioning? Is it a genuine malfunction, NASA UFO/alien artifact finding coverup, or was it aliens trying to destroy the rovers, and why?

Energy Movement:

   Bio-energy, when it responds in the early stages, will most commonly cause a surging, bubbling, rushing water kind of sensation.  This is especially strong and noticeable in the feet, shins and thighs.  These can be quite intense, even breathtaking at times.  You may also feel strong, bone-deep tingling sensations coming from deep inside your bones.  This is usually felt much more strongly in the shins and thighs, especially during early days.  I have had many of my volunteers report that they have, quite literally, fallen off their chairs and been unable to stand for several minutes while working with the NEW system.  This usually happens during early feet and leg stimulation and energy raising exercises, when surging energy movement sensations have become exceptionably strong.  But this level of energy movement sensation is not usually painful.  It is more like how it feels when you restore circulation after your legs have fallen asleep;  which is fairly uncomfortable but not exactly painful.
   There are several peculiar, sometimes very strong, energy movement sensations that can be caused by the NEW system.  It is fairly normal while working on feet, legs, hands and arms, to feel strong buzzing and tingling sensations within them.  These sensations will fade slowly with regular use and development, to a gentle, warm and comfortable, tingling energy flow.  The degree of energy sensations experienced depends greatly upon the state of the energy body in question, and how many energy blockages and narrowed energy pathways are present.  The strength of these sensations is also affected by many other factors, i.e., the condition of the physical body; plus the strength and availability of planetary and atmospheric energy which will be found to fluctuate daily.  The energy conditions at any geographical location will also be found to fluctuate daily, with them being influenced by a great many environmental factors.

1.   Tingling, tickling, buzzing and vibrating, in soles and palms, fingers and toes

2.   Rushing water sensation, up legs and arms

Reduced Energy Movement Sensations:

I guess when you start doing any kind of energy work or OBE attempts you start becoming aware of these senstations, because I haven't been doing energy work, just OBE attempts.

I thought orbs were associated with spirits and lost souls? Like the kind you see when people take pictures inside haunted houses. Or are these different orbs we're talking about in this thread?

If yours are broken, then mine must be getting ready to sputter out of existance. No wonder I have trouble OBEing.

Oh boy, now I feel bad about myself

Sorry for the double post, but I've been sitting here paying attention to the "tingling current" in my legs/feet. I can feel it in the areas I mentioned above, and randomly in other spots, like arms, back of neck, even my chin! At one point, I was sitting here reading another topic, and I can feel that it's all over, and like a vibration, like my body is vibrating. What is going on? I thought I was about to OBE for a sec!

I've been getting a similiar tingling feelings around my legs, my feet, and especially the soles of feet, ever since I started trying to OBE. Even when I'm not relaxing my feet. But I don't think it's deep down in the bones, I think, more like around it, not sure, I'll have to try and be more aware next time. Sometimes when the sensation is strong enough, it feels like there's a current flowing all around the area that causes little "popping bubbles". Sometimes it even tickles. And it's the strongest at the soles, growing fainter going up to my legs. Sometimes I can feel this in other areas, like my neck, or the lower part of my chest. Err, I don't know if this is the same thing, could someone please explain?

I'm having this problem too the past couple days. The page randomly doesn't load for me. It lasts anywhere from 10 minutes to more then 2 hours. Anyone else having this problem?

I think all of those things are common when APing. It just depends on the person. One person might feel very hard vibrations or humming/ringing noises, others might see stuff that are not supposed to be there(hallucination) or different looking room like an extra door or like in your case a pepsi can, etc. Paralysis is common in APing attempts. It happens to me all the time when I mess up (happened to me today), so don't think about it too much, you just have to learn to get used to it and calm down/relax. I think the reason that get uncomfortable during these situations is humans are just afraid of the unknown, it's natural, but once you start learning what it is and getting used to it, you don't even think about it anymore. Like for instance, the first couple times when I would try to exit, the vibrations, floating and popping noise would always give me a little scare, but now that I know what they are, I've learned to not even think about them and just let them pass. Though sometimes I mess up, like today I couldn't break free  of my body, and ended up partly waking up and being paralyzed. I felt a watery flowing sensation around certain parts of me, and I got scared and woke up. But it was just energy flowing around me, now that I know what it is, I wont be freaked out next time

Anyway, anyone know what the Bible Codes are? Supposed hidden letter codes in the original Torah (where the Bible came from?) that show well known events and such.

If you read up about the Bible Codes, you'll notice that they end in the year 2012 with a comet impact that destroys Earth. It could all be just made up random mumbo jumbo, or maybe a real big coincidence, but it deserves a look.

Thanks for the replies. I've never felt any "energy" alongside with the pain. I can't really describe the pain exactly but it felt kinda like when you get muscle pains, or very bad headaches.

I have similiar problem as you do on the rare ocassion that I get to OBE, I'm still really new to this. It's always either totally pitch black, or very dark and blurry. And yes, sometimes it is hard for me to move too! Like I can move my whole body around different axis points in different directions for short distances, but I can never seem to go far. As far as if you OBE'd or not, I don't really know what to say, maybe someone else more knowledgeable here can tell you, but do you know that you truly did or not? Did it feel REAL? Or was it like watching something on TV, just a participant, or did thought turn to action. When you tried to move,did you FEEL that part of you actually moving and you know that it was like that because of your thoughts like in real life? That is the way I think about it when I OBE, you just know it's real. Was there any other sensations like floating/gravity like sensation and stuff?

Whoa, that is really creepy and reminds my of a similiar experience when I was younger. But it wasn't a black dog, it was a black cloaked and shadowy figure. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I couldn't move, I was under sleep parylysis or however you spell it, and I had this really creepy vibe that something "evil" was in my room watching me. I looked infront of me and floating near the back wall of my room was this cloaked shadowy figure just floating there motionless and staring at me. I started freaking out but I couldn't move, and then it this thing, whatever it was started floating towards me really really slowly, as if mocking me because I couldn't move. Right before it got about a couple feet from me I broke free from the parylysis and I just lay there all shaking and wondering what the hell was going on because it was so real.

Just found out about Kwanzaa, never heard of it/didn't know there was another holiday during this time of year. So Happy Kwanzaa to all those who celebrate it. I'm going to visit some of my family down south in SC for Christmas - Happy Holidays everyone.
