hey you were right about the blindness my vision got better although it was still hazy. and it seems to get better the farther from my body that i am.

o and SHINELING my dog sleeps right next to me and when i did a exit, and touched the floor to start walking i saw her in my room she jumped up and greeted me. she was excited too the way she gets when she just ran inside from outside the house to greet me. once i told her to get down she listened and i kept walking but now that i think bout it when she left me alone she wasnt in the room anymore she went towards the backyard which she loves being in the yard so maybe thats where she goes when shes asleep and in the astral and when i left to the living room and walked back to my room she wasnt there either. i think the next AP im gon go with her to the backyard. i wonder if pets can fly too.

srry i know its long but this is my records/journal since i started OBE

IM NEW to astral projecting. just learned this existed like 2 weeks ago. tried it a few times the first day n a few time after but nothin happened. i read on it, did more research on it and looked up techniques. finally i decided to try the one that you wake up in the morning round (5am 6am). i had better luck with this one last week the reason i think this works best (for me itleast) is because im not as exhausted becuase i got some rest already but yet your still sleepy and its easy to go back to sleep, so your  mind  is quiet and relaxed. i usually always wake up in the middle of the night once or in the early morning so this became easy if not you can put an alarm clock for 5 am and ur gon wake but ur gon want to go right back to sleep this is why its easy. i take advantage and when im awake i simply say to myself "MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE" to myself as i close my eyes and feel im close to falling asleep and relax, just let go, concentrate on the blackness i see with my eyes closed or just stare @ one spot (3rd eye) with my eyes closed. when im in this stage its much easier than to try n force yourself to relax or to sleep and astral., NOW BELOW ARE MY FIRST TWO ACTUAL ATTEMPTS THAT WERE ALMOST SUCCESSFUL IN DETAIL MAYBE SOMEONE CAN HELP OR COMPARE AND MAYBE ITLL HELP FELLOW BEGINNERS.+ AND I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS FOR THOSE ADVANCED PROJECTORS at THE END.


*FIRST ATTEMPT:
LAST WEEK SEPT 24TH I WOKE UP AT 6:30AM, I HAD TRIED TO DO IT BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE BUT NOTHING. I DECIDED TO SAY MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE AND GIVE THE MORNING TECHNIQUE A TRY...I FELL ASLEEP...FEW MOMENTS LATER I FELT LIKE I HAD REAWAKENED TO MY BODY VIBRATING. AS SOON AS I FELT THIS AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I GOT SCARED AND EXCITED and thought to myself :"HOLY excrement IS WORKING". I FELT A CHILL GO THROUGH MY BODY AND THEN THE VIBRATION STOPPED, I WOKE AND WAS BACK TO NORMAL. I think cus  I GOT cus i got SCARED AND THATS WHY IT STOPPED. MADE SURE TO KEEP RECORD OF THIS AND WENT BACK TO SLEEP  (also i noticed that this whole feeling was familiar and i had remembered getting it when i was a kid once or twice.)

**SECOND ATTEMPT:
THIS WAS OCT 2ND SAT MORNING @ 5:00AM I woke up to my alarm.  I I LAID STRAIGHT WITH MY HANDS TO MY SIDES AND CLOSED MY EYES. I SAID TO MYSELF "I AM GOING TO ASTRAL PROJECT, MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE. . my eyes are still closed and i start to feel my body vibratin. then as it continues i can feel my bed vibrating as well(the trick at this point is to try to induce vibrations(make it more) and not get too excited but try to stay concentrated (no expert im a beginner but im learning alot through trial and error). , . and have no fear def! SO ANYWAY THIS TIME I DONT GET SCARED RIGHT AWAY LIKE THE FIRST TIME SO I TRY TO FOLLOW WHAT I READ AND MAKE IT MORE, AS I WAS DOING THIS IT ALMOST FELT LIKE I FLOATED A BIT OFF THE BED JUST A BIT I COULDNT REALLY TELL MUCH BUT I GOT THAT ELEVATOR FEELING. AS I FELT THIS I STARTED TO HEAR  A WEIRD SOUND I COULDNT TELL WHAT IT IS LIKE A HISSING CRACKING STATICKY SOUND AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS COMING FROM EITHER OUTSIDE OR THE BACK OF MY HEAD (WINDOWS BEHING MY BED/HEAD)+THIS SOUND KINDA SCARED ME AND MADE ME LOSE CONCENTRATIONS

***THIRD ATTEMPT.
THIS THIRD ATTEMPT WAS RIGHT AFTER I REAWAKEN FROM THE ^^^ SECOND ATTEMPT. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. I CLOSED MY EYES AGAIN AND A FEW MINUTES LATER I FELT MYSELF VIBRATING AGAIN. THIS TIME I WANTED TO TRY AND CONTROL THE FLOATING FEELING AND NOT GET SCARED RIGHT AWAY. THE REST WAS REALLY WEIRD AND I HAVENT TRIED AGAIN (I WILL TONIGHT) TO GET ANY FURTHER. I FELT THAT FLOATING FEELING COMING SO I TRIED WITH MY MIND TO MAKE ME GET UP, IT FELT LIKE I ROLLED OVER TO THE RIGHT, NOW I SLEEP CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE BED SO I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I WAS SPOSE TO FALL OR HIT THE BED SINCE I ROLLED TO THE RIGHT I WOULD OF HIT THE FLOOR BUT I DIDNT. I FELT LIKE I WAS FALLING BUT I JUST KEPT FALLING AND NEVER HIT THE FLOOR. NOW SINCE I KEPT FEELING LIKE I WAS JUST FALLING MY MIND MADE SENSE OF THIS AND I FIGURED IM NOT FALLING I MUST BE FLOATING. I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING JUST GREY ALL AROUND AND I WAS SCARED TO OPEN MY EYES. I!!!  FELT LIKE I WAS FLOATING BUT AT FIRST MY IMAGINATION GOT THE HOLD OF ME AND SINCE I READ YOU CAN GO THRU THINGS I SAID TO MYSELF "if i havent hit the floor yet then maybe i fell through the floor" AT THIS MOMENT I GOT SCARED THINKING I WAS FLOATING SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN THE FLOOR. OF COURSE THIS WAS JUST FEAR GET and imagination GEtTING THE BEST OF ME. I CALLED MYSELF BACK TO MY BODY AND I REAWAKENED AND TOOK RECORD OF IT SO I WOULDNT FORGET.
I HAD NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED AT FIRST I JUST MADE SENSE OF IT LATER WHEN I WENT OVER WHAT I HAD WRITTEN DOWN. SINCE I NEVER OPENED MY EYES AND HAVE YET TO SUCCESFULLY OPEN MY EYES. i wasnt sure where i had floated.  ALL I KNOW IS THE FLOATING FEELING WAS CONSTANT NOT LIKE THE SECOND attempt WHERE IT FELT LIKE I HAD DONE A 180 DEGREE TURN IN THE AIR AND WAS FACING DOWN the whole time!

:|Attempt #4- OCT 14TH 2010 after trying over and over I am unable to get to the point that I got last time, I cant even get the vibrations going. The only thing I can say was close to an obe and I could tell it wasn't it was just a Lucid Dream (this I can accomplish easily used to do it a lot when I was a kid). Anyway the lucid dream I had was of me having an obe. I remember I came out of my body and I started floating and flew up like superman would until I went through the roof of my house and then stopped in midair looked down at my house and thought I cant be going all the way up there especially if this is really an obe I should stay near my house, and then I woke up. Maybe it was maybe it wasn't but im gon say it wasn't that it was just a lucid dream which I was in control of,  since I never went back down or saw myself coming down I think it was a dream. (in a obe you can come down or land or descend ive read but in a dream supposedly if you would jump you would go up but youd never see yourself coming back down ud either stay up or wake up you wouldn't see yourself land) why? Well because when you jump in the real world you think JUMP and you do it, your mind tells your body to and it happens but you never think "OK COME BACK DOWN OR LAND" when coming down because these are things that the law of gravity does for us therefore we never have to think it to accomplish it it just is. This is how you can tell if your dreaming jump up and see if you come back down. Since I didn't or couldn't, i just woke it wasn't an OBE but a dream/lucid.

        OK SO AFTER LOOKING INTO A BIT AND TAKING SOME OF YOUR ADVICES AND THINGS IVE READ AFTER FURTHER RESEARCH...I FINALLY HAD MY FIRST Out Of Body Experience. FIRST OFFICIAL OBE!!! since im using this as my journal its a bit detailed but maybe the details n my observations can help fellow beginners on what feels hopeless sometimes to succesfully having an OBE. Sorry for the long post.

since that last attempt i had where i felt myself floating on oct 5th i had no luck on any other attempts. i tried almost every single night in the middle of the night when i woke up and before i would go to bed and in the morning when i would wake up. i felt like i had a block id get real frustrated trying and my mind would end up wandering into random thoughts i couldnt concentrate. october 16 i got frustrated to the point wher i said fuk it i give up. however my curiousity gets the best of me and i cant help but to keep on going on this website and reading about it etc. i decided ill just take a break since i had techniques overload in my brain and since i wouldnt focus on one n had no luck id get frustrated and just go to sleep. i even tried music binaural beats etc. techniques i havent tried and no luck.

****ATTEMPT # 5 OCT. 19TH
:after 3 days without trying or even thinking about astral projecting i decided to give it another try. i woke up oct 19th round 4 sumthin A.M. I was extra comfortable cus I got my new bed which is much bigger than my twin bed so I didn't feel any fear of me rolling out and having what happened on attempt #4(me rollin out to the side since the bed is small instead of rollin over to the side and "falling off" and hittin the floor it felt like I must have floated right thru it since I never landed etc etc. and was just floating blindly in what I believed to be under the floor+freaked me out)
I decided I wouldn't be afraid which Is always my honestly first thought when I wake up in the middle of the night to start trying. I rolled over and laid flat on the bed with my arms by my side and decided to go back to sleep. Closed my eyes, I started to repeat to myself 'SUB-conscious mind stay awake, sub-conscious mind stay awake'. I felt like I fell asleep and I remember also thinking and saying to myself "I command myself to enter THETA" once I was more in trance or further/deeper asleep. I never know how much time passes by between my last thought and my reawakening to the vibrations etc. but theres always a moment of blackness or sleep you could say inbetween where I know im not conscious. When I do manage to reawaken or keep awake my mind after my body falls asleep is whats key for me to have an OBE ive learned. If I do at this stage reawaken or become conscious its to the vibrations. When im too tired I usually just stay asleep and wake up in the morning with no luck.
    Anyway so I became fully conscious a lil bit later and what I felt this time wasn't vibrations but my shoulder moving. But it wasn't moving it felt like something was under it and like there was another shoulder poppin out. My first thought was something was either coming in or getting out. Unfortunately, fear, my biggest obstacle/enemy made me think maybe it's a demon possessing me. I did a quick prayer as I got scared. It started to go away and then I quickly realized what was actually going on and also thought "wait a minute if its to God im praying to and have asked for help/protection than it cant be nothing bad, just let go and trust". So I decided to trust and just let go of all dumb thoughts/fear that were going through my mind and my own conclusions of what was going on at the moment.
Soon as I let go and cleared my mind I felt the whole shoulder thing coming back and stronger. The feeling was this; Like when you move one shoulder up and down but my physical shoulder was staying still and my astral body shoulder was the one moving up and down (like when you say "I dunno" and shrug ur shoulders). The more I tried to induce it too it got weaker but the more I cleared my mind and didn't try to control it just let it be it got stronger and I knew it was my shoulder coming out and was fully aware that I was bout to have a OBE. I kept thinking "higher, higher, higher" until I felt my entire body floating out starting from my head shoulders and down. I started to feel myself floating up. The window is right behind my head and I was facing it but since I was bout a foot higher up then where my physical head actually ended I was hittin the window and even got a glimpse of outside. (like I was going through it). This kinda scared me a bit cus I didn't want to float up with half my body inside my room and my head outside.
I remember trying to maneuver my body to float up but to move back towards the room. I then kinda did a180 degree turn so that I was facin the opposite side of the room from the window and towards the door instead. I started floatin towards the ceiling as I was thinking "ascend".  I started going up like I was about to stand straight up in the air mainly my top part of the body and then my lower part of my body started to ascend too.
Eventually I was high up and I was floating and staring down @ my room as if I was lookin down from the ceiling and things were kinda hazy but I was surprised how I was so conscious of this. I was surprised at how easy it was to control my astral body too especially compared to the crazy freaky uncontrollable floating from my previous attempt. This time it felt more like the way you control a airplane for example in a video game but instead of using a controller I just used my thoughts, Id think ascend and instantly It would listen.
   Once I was all the way up I decided to think "descend" and floated back down towards the floor. I softly landed and actually felt my feet on the floor and it even felt a bit chilly under my feet like it would in real life. I thought wow I finally did it this is it, it feels so much realer than a regular or lucid dream. The whole time I was trying to just be observant and alert without getting too excited or fearful tho. When I came down I was gonna start walking towards my door when my dog came and jumped up to greet me like she would normally do if I ever get off the bed. I was surprised but wasn't scared or anything I remember just thinking this must be her astral body. I could feel my presence behind me as I took a step away from the bed and towards the door, although I never looked back at me or down towards my body when I was floating as I think itd be weird to see my body there sleeping and me out of it and I didn't want anything that might scare me and end the experience.
As I looked at my dog I noticed she looked like ghostly type almost see through but glowin a bit like there was a lightbulb inside her and I could sense this light to be energy. I could sense the same thing coming from me although I never looked at myself just a glimpse when she jumpred on me and I told her to get down. Then as I looked around everything was just like my regular room except I saw a small black figure ontop of my t.v. It was a small chihuaha dog. I thought to myself "what is this dog doing here in my room"? (I had seen this dog earlier that night on my way home at a gas station on the roof of a car and thought wat the heck is it doin there and though the same thing when I saw him ontop of my tv.). I didn't get scared either. I thought that since I had seen my dog here, that made me think dog, which led to the most recent memory of a dog I had which was that one from earlier and it appeared there.<I think maybe one of you can help me wit this I found it weird.
From the research ive done I know that the astral is sensitive to your thoughts emotions and imagination. Maybe that's why it was there but anyway I ignored it the dog nd started to walk towards my living room. I walked up to the doorway looked at it real quick but then thought this is whole nother room what if theres something else here not a dog but another being or sumthing weird. I started to fear a little bit and decided to turn around. As I turned I heard a noise in the living room.
i was thinking its my first time and I feel like im gon meet another presence and if there wasn't there is now because I keep thinking bout it. Im still very inexperienced and barely even know how to have full "control" here so I figured it was too early to be meeting anyone or going outside the house. Need some more experiences and exploring to do. I said maybe its time to go back (felt like 5 mins tops that I was out) I was walking towards the bed when I saw something behind me like 3 men dressed in white(like the way the romans did in toga style robes). I could see them in the mirror behind me like I was looking at the mirror but I was turned around walking towards my body. Soon as I saw this I found this superweird but decided to ignore it and also thought maybe this is why they say that its not good to stay out too long, cus your imagination starts to get the best of you. I closed my eyes called myself back and I awoke in my bed. When I woke up I was so excited that I couldn't go back to sleep. It was 4:49 when I woke up. I watched tv  nd stayed awake all the way til it was time to leave the house @ 9 am but not before quickly getting a pen and paper and writing all this down before id forget anything.

Attempt #6 coming tonight hopefully I got the hang of it and can do it again. Next things I wanna do is look at my hand or sumthing and see if it melts. I want to leave the house and fly towards the sky. im also almost ready to meet another being. i want to visit my family in ny (im in miami) and verify things ihave seen to make sure i was actually AP

Attempt #6 coming tonight hopefully I got the hang of it and can do it again. Next things I wanna do is look at my hand or sumthing and see if it melts. I want to leave the house and fly towards the sky.


Questions

1=Before I woke up I felt like it took a lil bit longer to "call myself back " than the first time, is this because I was out for longer? (I remember thinking why is it takin longer as I was tryin to call myself back because the last time it was instant).
2=This time my vision was fine except for being a bit hazy at first I didn't go through the blindness. is the blindness only a beginning thing?

3=how come I felt a almost faint glowing coming from my body and my dogs body, which I concluded was energy or her/my spirit a.k.a. astral body?

4=do you feel presence before being able to see them. I felt a presence in my living room and I felt the other dog and the 3 men before I looked at them, just a feeling like there was something there. Is that normal can you feel a presence near you in the astral instead of relying just on sight?

let go of any preconceptions about projection you may have.  for the most effective practice you need to be the "uncarved block" [taoism, look it up if you don't know].  there are no limitations aside from the ones you've put on yourself.  this is the biggest flaw in published AP books.  authors strive to define their experience, not knowing that they are describing a subjective experience.  they think that astral projection is an objective phenomena with concrete rules.  this just isn't so.  a distinction between a technique for narrowing one's focus and speculation about "astral physics" or how the astral works.  the astral is a purely subjective environment.  there is potential for interconnectedness between astral projectors, but i can't say for sure.  the truth is that the astral is what you make of it and your experience is ultimately irrelevant to anyone else in practical manner. 

once you can remove the subjective impressions of good authors, you can learn their pure techniques.  the technique is all that really matters, not how the author feels about it.  you just need to learn how to focus your mind and how to balance between awake and asleep. 

it is natural to be afraid at first.  relative to your normal perception, this is a very unusual experience that can be quite frightening.  it is important to remember that this fear isn't because of a threat, it's only there because of unfamiliarity.  it will pass and you can tell yourself that it will pass and that nothing will hurt you.

do you really think that the tv has sumthin to do with it? i always fall asleep wit the tv on. i havent had a succesful exit but i did feel my body roll to the side then float up and do a 180 in the air but i never opened my eyes i was too scared to cus first i thought i was falling off my bed even though i never hit the ground(i thought id went thru the floor which is why i got so scared i kept thinkin i was floatin under my floor)

. anyway ever since this last attempt ive had problems with AP, even though i only known this existed for 2 weeks and after learning bout this on a few beginning attempts id get the vibrations. lately ive been leaving the tv on but the cable off so theres just a black lit up screen (using it as a nightlite) ive been doing this lately since i been gettin scared more since ive been closer and closer to an actual exit. but ever since the last attempt i havent been able to even get the vibrations. is it because i started using the tv as a nitelight or is it my fear? what u think ima newb and im close to giving up since i came so close but lately i get nothin even my ability to focus has been deminishing, i thought i was doing great progress to of accomplished this only a week in after hearing about AP. just lookin for some advice u seem to kno what ur talking bout....thanks!

HEY IM A BEGINNER TOO I HAVENT YET SUCCESSFULLY AP'D BUT IVE FLOATED OUT OF MY BODY and felt MYSELF do 180 DEGREE TURN IN THE AIR, EVEN THO I WAS BLIND AND I CAN EASILY GET TO THE STAGE WITH THE VIBRATIONS. ONLY DONE IT 2WICE SINCE I JUST STARTED RESEARCHING ASTRAL PROJECTING TWO WEEKS AGO,  APART FROM STUDYING OTHER THINGS LIKE THE BIBLE QURAN TORAH, PARALLEL UNIVERSES ETC. AND OTHER THINGS I CRAVE KNOWLEDGE FOR. ANYWAY I NOTICED U LIVE IN MIAMI I WORK IN THE MALL TOO(I DUNNO IF IS THE SAME MALL) BUT IM TRYIN TO FIND SOM1 IN MIAMI THAT MAYBE I COULD TRY TO ASTRAL WITH AS IM SURE THE NEXT TIME I DO IT ILL BE ABLE TO STEP OUT OF MY BODY SINCE I KEEP GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER EACH TIME. thx guys hope i get some help and some answers to a few of my questions, if not ill just have to AP and try to ask someone there lol.

IM NEW to astral projecting. just learned this existed like 2 weeks ago. tried it a few times the first day n a few time after but nothin happened. i read on it, did more research on it and looked up techniques. finally i decided to try the one that you wake up in the morning round (5am 6am). i had better luck with this one last week the reason i think this works best (for me itleast) is because im not as exhausted becuase i got some rest already but yet your still sleepy and its easy to go back to sleep, so your  mind  is quiet and relaxed. i usually always wake up in the middle of the night once or in the early morning so this became easy if not you can put an alarm clock for 5 am and ur gon wake but ur gon want to go right back to sleep this is why its easy. i take advantage and when im awake i simply say to myself "MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE" to myself as i close my eyes and feel im close to falling asleep and relax, just let go, concentrate on the blackness i see with my eyes closed or just stare @ one spot (3rd eye) with my eyes closed. when im in this stage its much easier than to try n force yourself to relax or to sleep and astral., NOW BELOW ARE MY FIRST TWO ACTUAL ATTEMPTS THAT WERE ALMOST SUCCESSFUL IN DETAIL MAYBE SOMEONE CAN HELP OR COMPARE AND MAYBE ITLL HELP FELLOW BEGINNERS.+ AND I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS FOR THOSE ADVANCED PROJECTORS at THE END.


*FIRST ATTEMPT:
LAST WEEK SEPT 24TH I WOKE UP AT 6:30AM, I HAD TRIED TO DO IT BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE BUT NOTHING. I DECIDED TO SAY MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE AND GIVE THE MORNING TECHNIQUE A TRY...I FELL ASLEEP...FEW MOMENTS LATER I FELT LIKE I HAD REAWAKENED TO MY BODY VIBRATING. AS SOON AS I FELT THIS AS IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I GOT SCARED AND EXCITED and thought to myself :"HOLY excrement IS WORKING". I FELT A CHILL GO THROUGH MY BODY AND THEN THE VIBRATION STOPPED, I WOKE AND WAS BACK TO NORMAL. I think cus  I GOT cus i got SCARED AND THATS WHY IT STOPPED. MADE SURE TO KEEP RECORD OF THIS AND WENT BACK TO SLEEP  (also i noticed that this whole feeling was familiar and i had remembered getting it when i was a kid once or twice.)

**SECOND ATTEMPT:
THIS WAS OCT 2ND SAT MORNING @ 5:00AM I woke up to my alarm.  I I LAID STRAIGHT WITH MY HANDS TO MY SIDES AND CLOSED MY EYES. I SAID TO MYSELF "I AM GOING TO ASTRAL PROJECT, MY BODY WILL FALL ASLEEP BUT MY MIND WILL STAY AWAKE. . my eyes are still closed and i start to feel my body vibratin. then as it continues i can feel my bed vibrating as well(the trick at this point is to try to induce vibrations(make it more) and not get too excited but try to stay concentrated (no expert im a beginner but im learning alot through trial and error). , . and have no fear def! SO ANYWAY THIS TIME I DONT GET SCARED RIGHT AWAY LIKE THE FIRST TIME SO I TRY TO FOLLOW WHAT I READ AND MAKE IT MORE, AS I WAS DOING THIS IT ALMOST FELT LIKE I FLOATED A BIT OFF THE BED JUST A BIT I COULDNT REALLY TELL MUCH BUT I GOT THAT ELEVATOR FEELING. AS I FELT THIS I STARTED TO HEAR  A WEIRD SOUND I COULDNT TELL WHAT IT IS LIKE A HISSING CRACKING STATICKY SOUND AND SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS COMING FROM EITHER OUTSIDE OR THE BACK OF MY HEAD (WINDOWS BEHING MY BED/HEAD)+THIS SOUND KINDA SCARED ME AND MADE ME LOSE CONCENTRATIONS

***THIRD ATTEMPT.
THIS THIRD ATTEMPT WAS RIGHT AFTER I REAWAKEN FROM THE ^^^ SECOND ATTEMPT. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. I CLOSED MY EYES AGAIN AND A FEW MINUTES LATER I FELT MYSELF VIBRATING AGAIN. THIS TIME I WANTED TO TRY AND CONTROL THE FLOATING FEELING AND NOT GET SCARED RIGHT AWAY. THE REST WAS REALLY WEIRD AND I HAVENT TRIED AGAIN (I WILL TONIGHT) TO GET ANY FURTHER. I FELT THAT FLOATING FEELING COMING SO I TRIED WITH MY MIND TO MAKE ME GET UP, IT FELT LIKE I ROLLED OVER TO THE RIGHT, NOW I SLEEP CLOSE TO THE EDGE OF THE BED SO I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I WAS SPOSE TO FALL OR HIT THE BED SINCE I ROLLED TO THE RIGHT I WOULD OF HIT THE FLOOR BUT I DIDNT. I FELT LIKE I WAS FALLING BUT I JUST KEPT FALLING AND NEVER HIT THE FLOOR. NOW SINCE I KEPT FEELING LIKE I WAS JUST FALLING MY MIND MADE SENSE OF THIS AND I FIGURED IM NOT FALLING I MUST BE FLOATING. I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING JUST GREY ALL AROUND AND I WAS SCARED TO OPEN MY EYES. I!!!  FELT LIKE I WAS FLOATING BUT AT FIRST MY IMAGINATION GOT THE HOLD OF ME AND SINCE I READ YOU CAN GO THRU THINGS I SAID TO MYSELF "if i havent hit the floor yet then maybe i fell through the floor" AT THIS MOMENT I GOT SCARED THINKING I WAS FLOATING SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN THE FLOOR. OF COURSE THIS WAS JUST FEAR GET and imagination GEtTING THE BEST OF ME. I CALLED MYSELF BACK TO MY BODY AND I REAWAKENED AND TOOK RECORD OF IT SO I WOULDNT FORGET.
I HAD NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED AT FIRST I JUST MADE SENSE OF IT LATER WHEN I WENT OVER WHAT I HAD WRITTEN DOWN. SINCE I NEVER OPENED MY EYES AND HAVE YET TO SUCCESFULLY OPEN MY EYES. i wasnt sure where i had floated.  ALL I KNOW IS THE FLOATING FEELING WAS CONSTANT NOT LIKE THE SECOND attempt WHERE IT FELT LIKE I HAD DONE A 180 DEGREE TURN IN THE AIR AND WAS FACING DOWN the whole time!



QUESTIONS
1-Im always scared to open my eyes in fear of my physical body reawakening. when do you know when to open them?

2-after ive successfuly AP for the first time, not close i mean actually stepped out my body and have my eyes open and see my real body in bed, how long should i stay out? i heard the first time its not good to stay out for long

3-is it true we all ahve a "spirit guide" and do you call him or does he appear...actually will there be anybody in my room?

4-i sleep next to my dog, will she be able to see me or realize whats going on? i cant get up from the bed even if shes sleeping she'll follow me anywhere i go im tryin to see if she'll see my astral body and try to follow me or get up etc.

5-are we all able to AP?

6-whats some of the strangest things i can expect to see?

7-how can i find out information which is the main reason i want to AP?
