One issue I have with the reading of information is the potential degree to which information read might color experience. Does reading the description of a plane, if that description be in error, cause one to perceive the plane in the same way, thus also in error? Reading Matrix V and other comprehensive works, like Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics, what if the detail is misleading? What if they are wrong, and the detail causes faltered perception. I deduce that it is necessary to really seek to perceive reality plain and simple, to read to become aware of what is possible or probable, but to not necessarily go looking for what is read, but to explore and see if what is read can be found, in a blank, open, honest perception of reality, having no preconceptions. The self must in effect be emptied, so that reality plain and simple can be perceived.

This of course entails honestly accepting one's perceptions. I never forget that when I went to see the Source Selves, or the Higher Selves, I had a nagging thought of distrust in my perceptions. I perceived them as a ring. The Author, author of Matrix V, perceives them as an orb, and says the ring is the energy spread on the bottom of the SS/HS. Now did I not perceive the fullness of it due to my inhibitions, or is he adding what is not there. I must assume he went there many times, yet if I go out trying to see what he say, rather than trying to see what IS, I run the risk of coloring my perceptions to see what is preconceived. What do you think?

I'm not so good at the out-of-body experience. I have portrayed an image of being very good, for I have done so much studying, and made so much research. But when it gets down to experience I am not all that good. I don't think I am a very good person, for even underneath the exterior of wanting to help so much, deep inside I wanted to hold people back, to hold you back, so that I may be the enthroned, adored, the 'high one', the one that gets out-of-body and does all these things, and in the process everyone must come to me for advice and etc. The fact is, as I am learning, you are your best guide, for you will guide yourself to exactly what you need for what you need. Also, there are many people out there that seem more experienced then I. In many of the things they portray, my experience and knowledge seems to contradict, but that could be just my lack of experience, or my trying to find something 'different' so that I can monopolize in one way or another, or perhaps instances of legitimate shortcomings here or there. But who's perfect? And you can decide for yourself by studying these works and these people and their works. A few of these personalities are Robert Bruce, Bruce Moen, The Author, Robert Monroe, Yvonne and Gavin Frost, Sten Oomen, Sylvan Muldoon, etc.

I fully support Stuart Wilde. He is such a great help to me. His work is so potent, and I feel he is a great being who is sincerely helping the world, and who has overcome his shadow.

I apologize for wanting to hold you back. I think that is the reason for my repeated failure at OBE. I would get to the point of mastery and then switch techniques, or stop practicing, or something. I think it was because if I let on the simplicity and easiness of projection, I would let on the fact that no one needs me, which was very scary and an affront to my ego self that wanted to be the 'grand puumba', in control, ahead, leading, in charge, all-knowing, worshipped, sought after, etc.

Perhaps I am not all that evolved. I don't think I have been such a good person.

I plan on working more on myself and overcoming my shortcomings, and stepping down from my illusory pedestal and claiming my humanity.

Hey all...

I always feel very apologetic when I 'come back' to anywhere from an extended leave. But hey, I had to go do some things. But hey, I apologize if anyone was inconvenienced by my absence...

I see a few threads with questions to me that were posted in my absence, that I am doing my best to find the answers to, of note, or in questions, the 'delta is OBE' thread with the question about the states as answered to my by 'Skip' Atwater. I'm doing a search for the email now...

I've done SO much growth in the past several months. I've experienced cosmic consciousness, and come to terms with new levels of myself. I remember I posted a thread about how everyone should "Tell EVERYONE" about OBE, which did not get such a good response. Well now I am not only telling EVERYONE about it, but I'm passing out flyers about it to. Now I can talk about it anywhere. At work, on the bus, in stores I go to. It's common knowledge now that I am into OBE and practice it, and people ask me questions about it and share their own experiences. Everywhere I go SOMEONE has experienced paralysis, or vibrations, of that falling sensation, or SOMETHING. It's very interesting.

You can go here and read some of the experiences I'm having telling EVERYONE, including co-workers, friends, acquaintances, cashiers at the checkout and workers behind the counter, total strangers, EVERYONE. I talk about it like people talk about basketball, or getting their hair done, or the movie they've recently seen. It's what I'm into. If they can't handle it, it's not my problem, nor is it theirs. Because I'm sharing they have an opportunity to grow...

Ack. I 'type' here before you having not made any quantum leaps in OBE. I have practiced sporadically over the period of time between which I was here last. A good friend of mine who was a newbie last year gets out every day now. SHEESH. Last I've been out was several weeks ago, about three to be exact.

I'm picking up my practices again, working to fill out my online journal and master taking my nonphysical body with me, and separating at any time, before Travel Far comes out. I have about two months left. I'm reaching alpha regularly, theta sparingly, and delta (OBE) every few weeks now. I'll get there. Wish me luck...

I'm doing much, but I intend to come here every now and then and post some of my latest experiences and offer some help, etc. We'll see how it goes. Join in as you like. And as I always say, sometimes... []  Mwahaahaaa!!!

It's Cezyl. You may know me as DEBerryJr or sweet_celestial_sounds.

I write to say that the Pleiadian-Zeta stuff, that's here and at zetatalk at least, is pure nonsense.

I've already spoken with TruthSeeker in chat, and his 'Pleiadian contact' could not answer, or answered wrongly, basic information about the solar system, planets, ET craft propulsion, and other stuff. When I later called him on this it became faulty channeling or some shiznit. It don't take an ET channeler to know that gas has mass, for instance. His contact should have had him pulling up internet sites while answering, and I should email some stuff to his intergalactic traveling contact so he can learn some basic physics, so maybe then they can pass the scrutiny of a high schooler.

Then here is Mayatnik promoting Zeta, zetatalk, and Nancy Lieder, and saying that he can "check througout" with TruthSeeker's guide Naren and is there to "ensure" that TruthSeeker is "accurately receiving." Right.

First of all the Zeta lady has already been proven wrong. I heard her myself on Coast to Coast AM, being put to shame by an astronomer that brought up the astronomical implications of her delusion, were it true. An object that big coming into the solar system and so close to this planet would have very observable phenomenon. Perhaps three weeks before the supposed event she was still on the radio saying it's coming, when- as the astronomer said- such a large object would be UNMISTAKABLY visible even in the daytime if it was only three weeks away, with several gravitational and other phenomenon occuring that would be unmistakable. Not to mention that the date has already passed. To quote from her zetatalk site:

"We know that the 12th Planet will make its passage in late spring or early summer of the year 2003 because we are observing the planet approaching your solar system. We were present when it came through last. This is as known to us as the setting of the sun and the rising of the sun is to you. We see this, laid out before us, and we watch each day as the comet approaches and calculate any variance from our last plot. Therefore this is not something uncertain that we have to morph up out of calculations and call "the best estimate" or "our speculation." This is not speculation, this is observation, and we are telling you what we are observing."

On the radio she gave a 'no later then' date, and we are far beyond it. The radio host George Noory MADE SURE that she was sure, and she was. Nadda. So the very fact that Mayatnik supports her is in itself proof that he's deluding himself, just as I hope TruthSeeker is strong enough to see now.

Here's Mayatnik promoting something already proven false, and notice the date on this post. EVEN AFTER the date has passed he's still using her as a source. It's right on the very site he's promoting that the site is wrong, and the lady is wrong. This in itself shows you the level of delusion and bias going on here.

I myself have personally proven that TruthSeekers 'contact' is delusion at BEST, the Pleiadians having a laugh with him at worst, or a neg taking him for a ride at median. He told me, besides having 24/7 telepathic contact, that he meets them astrally too. I asked, have you been to their ship astrally??? The answer is, No. WTF? NO? How easy is that, astrally? Never seen their ship??? No. Neither physically NOR astrally. I suggested he goes there, or have them take him there when Naren 'gets him out' that is. I'm sure that won't happen though. Perhaps he'll learn to accept what's really going on and move on to dealing with reality.

I don't write to bash. Just that person after person has been questioning me about this, and I see that at least ONE face of reason, reality, should be out there for more people to see. You don't have to believe me. Just ask some REAL questions of these so called Pleiadian-Zeta contacts and contactees, and you'll see what you're really dealing with. Don't settle for the fluff and evasive 'in time,' or the vague, half-assed answers either.

Another lesson to learn here is to look deeper. All the time and effort put into this, both by those involved and those following this crap, and it's all nonsense. It would be much better to focus on going to your higher self, and getting in strong contact with it. It would be better to learn and practice OBE/AP, so that you can get your own answers, and see/meet these beings directly for yourself if they are really here and helping, than to rely on so-called contactees. The Higher Self/Source Self contact of course is best, and the TRUE source of your guidance- not me or anyone else. Especially not some ET, who's on a very different evolutionary path than us anyway. They don't even have emotions, or don't have them like us. A spanish speaker can't teach you to speak english! All of this Zeta-Pleiadian shiznit is DISTRACTION, and the beings who are decieving.. um.. so-called channeling through them, if any beings are there at all, are doing nothing but causing people to turn their eye in the wrong direction. And it seems like much ego gratification, for why not teach people to have contact THEMSELVES rather than need an audience to watch all this shiznit. Why is Mayatnik needed for TruthSeeker to have an 'accurate' connection to his own guide. Anyone looking for reality can easily see through this.

Hey all. Thank you for all the support, and skepticism even (inspiration).

My biggest experience since starting the experiment has shown me that I have a LOT of work to do, and I don't see myself as getting to PZ's objectively within the time frame of the 14 more official days I have left of this experiment. I can say that this experiment inspired me to get out more than I have in a long time. Here is a roster since starting the experiment:

Monday, August 23, 2004, early morning, relax plank with arm-up and mentally playing 'Rocket Man' by Elton John, to stomach relax with heart focus, experiment with difference in vibration as separation and nonphysical body, beginnings of split, nonphysical projection, 1) slight peeling away from physical body
Wednesday, August 25, 2004, morning, 2) nonphysical body remotely projected as per Greene, 3) consciousness shift / mental projection half block away to apartment rental office
Saturday, August 28, 2004, morning, repercussion after moving through theta during sitting meditation, second practice, 4) through theta into dream, floated up into air with dream activity by whirlwind motion again
Sunday, August 29, 2004, early morning, 1) paralysis, first practice, 2) deep theta, beings milling around alpha-theta
Thursday, September 02, 2004, beginnings of thetan level... 1) get up OBE after state acquisition through technique barrage, walked sightless and then in lucid dream...
Here-now projection is a LOT harder than I thought, and I must put a lot more effort into it. It would be better to not have the hanging precipice there in the meantime.

Outlook
I see I need to practice meditation more, concentration more, perhaps awareness more, and get deeper into the states. I need to have stronger, more centered projections, and I need to strongly enliven my ability to remain in here-now. I'll study, practice, and experiment, and be back for more experiments.

Timeframe
How long will it take for me to master this thing, to be able to consciously experiment again, with more success? I don't know. I do have a better idea of what is needed, and a better idea of the ambiance around what is needed for success at this art. I suggest for everyone to experiment, explore, test your might and grow.

Hey. I can definitely relate to this one. It's taking me an strong uphill climb to get over my hump, but I'm doing it. I suggest doing a lot of reading on OBE, practicing various techniques to find what you like and works for you. I can use the inspiration of another practice partner if you're interested.

Core of the matter is my projection ability is greatly tied to strong motivation. Since through my present experience I've answered all the major questions I've had, such as what is the afterlife like, if the religions 'heavens' and 'hells' are true or not, the general structure of the universe, etc., I no longer have a great motivation. Thus in my vie to motivate myself to get out again I am creating things to motivate me.

PZ is the signon name of a guy on the alt.out-of-body forums who is a supposed skeptic of OBE, and I am taking up their challenge of seeing what's in his underwear drawer, of course assuming it's something other than underwear.

Update:

Two days ago I peeled out a bit, a few inches. The other day I separated my nonphysical body by remote control kind of and had it going up and down, and then I projected myself as consciousness (without physical and without nonphysical body) to the apartment office about a half a block away. I am getting better. I shall make it!

I'm open to checking it out. As I understand it, everything here will remain the same, and IN ADDITION TO what is here there will be a highly focused pay addition. I'm up for checking it out. It may make for a truly more focused and progressive avenue to interact in.

*Is the OBE world what i think it is??

*Ask to meet your guides and have a question in mind, beforehand, to ask them, then ask them. What results do you get?

*Can you create an object on the astral plane, then pull it to the physical when you return to your body.

*How far into space can I go?

*Is there an end to inner space, to outer space, to the universe, and/or to existence?

*Make it to the St. Basil Cathedral in Moscow, Russia

*Make it to the Alcazar Castle in Segovia, Spain

*Meet a friend, and/or make it to their place (and verify perceived occurrences)

Anything else at all from anyone and everyone?

And interesting BOATS. I remember reading in the wicca.org course that you can look in still water, like in a nearby pond, and see the manifestion of your development in your nonphysical body. Another on the list:

I'm with you Manuel. I'll do my best. You can set the time and the place, or whoever else pitches in.

Great input cube. Thank you. It is a stretch to my belief systems the breathing while in paralysis causing OBE. I always relaxed out when getting out from paralysis, usually after or through dreaming.

I'll try this and see what happens. Thank you, for all your help. I'm sure it will help make the Pt 3 tutorial better.

The 'presence' can also be your projectable double. If you look in Astral Dynamics in the part about the mind-split RB gives an example of projection/paralysis from the double and the paralysed selves perspective, from both sides of the same coin. The presence can then be you projected, as percieved from still in your body.

As I see it for instance, based upon my reading of his material, I can safely say that Robert Bruce is more proficient than me at the skill of out-of-body travel. He can get 'out' in less time, and more consistently and at will. Thus I can work to catch up with him, to motivate me, i.e., work to see the things he describes for myself, or to be able to get 'out' as easily or consistently or at will as he does. I don't try to slow him down, nor do I envy him or maintain jealousy. I encourage him to continue, for it only helps me to see what is possible, and I can be joyful for the success of my fellow being in existence. When one grows, we all grow.

As I see it, in the OBE, just like any other skill, someone can be more or less skillful. Just some ideas that work for me, and may help others too. Thank you for your input cube.
