First I have a straight question that needs to be answerd before I make any misunderstandings....
Are these dimensions the same dimensions defined by the "astral theory"? It tells us that we ascend of descend to a higher or lower dimension everything we "die"

Within our known environment we make no big deal about crossing dimensional lines.  During a walk, we change directions without ever thinking about crossing over from the "forward dimension" to the "sidewise dimension".  

So out of this I make up you say it is totally different...cause when I change from forward to sideward very easily even without killing myself!

But...you also tell us the following:

Now you are not talking about the same dimensions as I understand....(please tell me what I understand incorrectly)
If you talk about the dimensions like forward-sideward-upward...you talk about the 3 dimensional space...and we human beings have 3d eyes so we can not see the others...the super string theory tells us there are 7 more (including time) So you can (if you know how) go into the tenth dimension just as easy as you go to the second.

I've read a lot about all kind of theories about the whole...but I always want to argue...i dont care if it I sound stupid:-)

well I dont know what it is like in the higer dimension...but that doesn't matter. If we find ourselve on some sort of planet or we find ourself as something that's beyond our imagination doesnt matte, the point is that we will be with manny other minds...
Does this dimension also have rules? Some sort of society? Or isn't a society required like on this dimension.

I believe humanbeings can reach a sort of level where we all find peace, total happiness and pureness, just like we all are born.

After u focused on the object...do you have to close your eyes and than visualize it...and then move the visualisation? But your eyes are closed...so how can you see if the object is moving?

I have lucid dreams for a long time now....but the last one is allready a while ago. Actually since I know that others have them to and that these dreams are called lucid dreams, I'm getting them only more rarely :-S Usually I have them when I wake up, and go to sleep again.
In the beginning when I first had them, the main thing I did whas having great sex with anyone But later I reaLized I could fly too. But when I fly I always wake up faster.

Can anyone give me suggestions go get my lucid dreams back so I can learn more from it?

I dont think you can get around time. Time is nothing and everything at the same time. You said it yourself (see bold quote) allright time for us...goes faster then it goes for something like god.
I don't say time exist everywhere because I didn't travel far enough to know But I just say...how do wanna destroy the concept of time?

WAUW....I just find it very  hard to believe you can actually move phycical objects with your mind...I really want to be convinced of it but I can't force myself. This is something I have to see first...or someone have to come up with a really good theory about it. Anyway...beavis do you have any articles about it? So when u die...you descend or ascend to a higher main dimension.

Hi Birm...I'm not sure if I know what you mean...but when I listen en focus I always hear some sort of low noise...but isn't that just my blood floating trough my head? Or my heart beat? And I dont get dessoriented...but I will try the method you described!:-)

I have a question about Astral Dynamics, I want to purchase the book but I don't know if I'll buy the translated version (if there is one) or the original english version. My english is ok, but offcource my dutch is better. But the book is original in english, so it is ment to be in english, I mean there are things Robert Bruce describes in english that you just cant translate.

But I dont know....can anyone give me an advise? Or maybe the book isn't even translated so I don't have to make a desicion:-)
