I think its better doing AP and healing the old way because
1) it's safer and way better(takes time tho)

The best thing to do is when you first ask anything try to make it as simple like yes/no answer,its better if its not a personal question. Like Is it going to be sunny tomorrow? After a few days of practise you can ask him personal questions.

I think it was my spirit guide that helped me, because before i went to sleep i was really depressed and angry because of something that happend earlier, I asked my guide to do anything to contact me and that it would make me feel better if he/she would do that.

i know i am a little bit sad but i was a little bit scared, my heart beat was racing.
what do you guys think it was?

You get a spirit guide the day you were born. there are permanent guides , and temporary guides.
Some temporary guides come to you in some point of your life, but there is always one thats by you form birth until the end.

I think it was some other entity. I read a book about spirit guides, and she says that the first time you meet them they wont talk and talk.When they say something, it's different like when you talk to someone else, because tthey are so high up and are in another dimension its harder for them to talk to you.

I agree, I meditate everyday too but i cant get into a trance, maybe i can but is a light trance.

Well not everyone gets those side effecects. Its like taking medicine, some type of medicine has side effects like headaches, dierrhia and i hardly ever had any side effects.
