This could sound off-topic but looks like a good exercise.  Anyway, I was "astral traveling" through the Internet   and found this:

I'm seeing much clearer now, but I'm having lucid dreams  (due to trance deepening) and feeling afraid to oobe sensations.

I'm as you are, in oobe. The only thing I'm doing now is keep on practicing , at least it is good to loose that fear and get used to the environment. That what I'm doing for now.  See you around.

Many years ago I started to have some similar lucid dreams, being half awake and half asleep, I remember this dreams because my physical body, (when waking up) experienced "dream paralysis". I had to learn to deal with it for a few short month.    
About your dream , it looks like an INITIATORY dream, think about "double three" (33) , masonery has 33 degrees of initiation, when you reach the 33th degree, you reach the last vertebrae of the spine of your own "Illumination".  
Many social environments are made on this structure (masonery) , of course (by the way) this structures can be good or evil, up to your choice.

Dying is extending present life. I think it means that this person enters into a greater reality having more and enhanced chances to continue his (or her) living.
Being a parent is that (this cop) will be able to keep giving a guidance from a higher place, keeping a link to this lower plane (and relatives).
Life is complex but at the same time it has a very structured order.

 As you see we all are in the search for our place in actual life.

While dreaming things seem to get distorted and some times confusing; looks like I'm getting used to it.  

By the way, in my dreams (or some type of oobe) I always see a apparently beautiful town , but when I get closer , I see some kind of evil beings instead of regular people. I see this beings trying to posses other creatures to make them of their kind.    I'm not sure the way I should handle this dream, it could be just an hallucination during dream state.

Abramelin's book, as well as the Keys of Solomon are invocation books, probably you'll get a consciousness shift ,   if you invoke evil squares , you'll get some evil conscious states.  It's a good experiment to try the other squares.      A completely different thing is to try this magic in the astral, there you will see real entities.

I know that Merkaba is a requisite to study Qabala.

       So you have to study for about 10 years of Torah, then you read books like Zohar, and finally get into Merkaba as part of Qabala studies.

   Probably to understand correctly Merkaba you got to know about Torah and have some knowledge about interpretative studies (Zohar).

It is said that everything in music already exist. Nothing is new, we just combine what's there and create different variations.  It is just an instrument that manifest what we have inside.

        What we manifest trough music  has to do with our own inner world.

I think the reason of calming the mind is to avoid activity of the conscious . You know that conscious mind has a rational and logical structure, so mental energy is always trapped into labyrinth-like patterns.  When you calm the mind  you enter into a different conscious state, you establish connection to the subconscious mind. You'll discover that in alpha state the chances to empower yourself are greater.

I always feel harmony, order, energy, perfection, etc.  I think this qualities are present not just in nature, but all over the whole Universe.  Is the spirit of creation.

     I think this is the spirit of God, and our consciousness is the receiver of this Spirit.

I think it is possible to heal someone even if this person does not know , but I have found that is a requisite that this person must be open in some way to the specific influence from the healer.

You should take another look at NEW (new energy ways), there is an explanation about how the energy conduits are linked to the primary energy system (chakras).  

      mmm I have my own view about chakras in the astral, I think each chakra  has a very specific relation to certain conscious states, as for the navel is related to desire, and heart is linked to emotional energy.

    Yes, it is true that energy + intention affects reality.  The problem is that intention must be sustained for the required time in order to modify reality. This is not possible for the conscious mind , so unconscious mind must take part in it.  

     I'm not sure about that of inserting another's energy signature into my own, would you tell me a little more about it ??.

     Yes, there are higher spirits, I think of them as "portions" of my higher self. I can establish a sort of communication with them, but they affect my consciousness only and my energies up to a certain level; then I must decide what do I do with my reality.

    mm  Have you ever tried to create a living entity by in-breathing energy into it??   Do you think this entity may affect a physical object???

This could be a coincidence but this is what happened to me last winter.

  I went to a park to do some energy intaking exercises; there were some big black clouds, hot wind and the atmosphere was charged with electricity.      

     At a certain point (of my intaking exercises) I visualized a huge structure like a fishing net coming from my crown chakra and reaching up for the clouds.  I imagined an energy twister coming from the clouds above me and entering trough my crown chakra, and into my body.

          I did this for about 20 or 30 minutes.
     
         When I finished and walked out  the park , I looked up and I saw the clouds over the park twisted  and at a very low altitude . It was a scarring view  ; I was standing a the zero point of this twister-like structure.  After I left the park , the clouds came back to normal.

It is said that good and evil are relative things to this world.  That natural law of the Universe is the law of harmony to us (because we live according to its natural rules) , and men has free will.  
    According to that, is the same to follow the right hand path or the left hand path.
    I know that the right hand path leads to all the perfection, harmony, love, etc which is what we perceive in this natural law of the Universe, but where does it goes the left hand path?

Wow  the same happens to me.  When I sense energy, as well as auras, it looks like my brain somehow provides a mental or visual image,  it is not I see energy with my physical eyes, it is just that I get a Visual-sensing of energy.

   This is something like when I do some visualization exercises  , where I try to feel and sense the environment I want, and I get a visual image of it.

         I believe this must be a type of third eye vision.
