Sorry EnderZ, I read my own post and didn't understand it either. :hammer: I'll go into this topic in more depth next time.
Welcome to the Astral Pulse 2.0!
If you're looking for your Journal, I've created a central sub forum for them here: https://www.astralpulse.com/forums/dream-and-projection-journals/
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.

The latter works pretty well, since the images are far more vivid and stable than the usual hypnagogic imagery occurring before this, and which are more associated with non-lucid dreaming.
QuoteYou know those OBEs where you're stumbling around in total blackness, and not being able to see? That's not normal blackness. It's the 3D blackness.
Of course, you have a second body in this 3D blackness, but it is the same 3D blackness operating under the assumption that you are in your room. You could say, that once you start to see...you phase from the 3D blackness int the RTZ while maintaining a sense of second body.
QuoteI really admire how you so uniquely, and independently make sense of your experiences.
The scary part is that I fully understand what you're saying, and agree with all of it albeit I often use a different terminology.
If interested, this last experience of mine convinced me fully on the 3D blackness being F12 located quite closely to a deep 10, and ties in with several of your comments.
QuoteYou were right btw about 3D blackness being at F12. All these other sensations like isolated noices, popping sounds, and other hypnagogic stuff are really just transitory phenomena in getting to F12 rather than characteristic of focus 12 itself.
QuoteI've always wondered why is it that when you apply the 'right' frequency stimulus to the temporal lobe, you can have an 'alien abduction episode'. I just wondered why do humans have that kind of 'video' in our heads.
