I have a lot of trouble keepin my mind quiet too but heres a little thing to start on just to get an Idea what a quiet mind is like...for example go outside and stand absolutely still or lay down in bed if you like then take a breath and hold it while you listen intently without breathing ...it seems when I begin to breathe again My mind begins to chatter again I think the trick is to hold the silence longer and longer while softly breathing.
