The zappy thing it I try to feel the positive charges in my hand and after a while they create static electricity or something...And yes I can use it on people  
If it has anything to do with it electronics have always gotten messed up from me being emotional

My friend recently found out I was into magic and is annoying me to do a summoning with him.

If you read it's stuff with an open mind you will probably change your opinions on it. the Threat letter responses are actually quite hilarious .

On your other posts you made it sound like your on acid a lot because you keep bringing that up. you might want to mention it least most people here are probably against using hallucinogens for this stuff. sorry for being condescending I just had to get that out.

..Anyways yeah you can get that good with a LOT of practice but if you want to you should know it does get quite over whelming at times.

I have a waterbed and find a normal mattress is harder to relax on but easier to reach higher levels of conciseness on for some reason.

I'm fourteen and have astral projected quite a few times and am learning to get better at exits, I also have mild experience in psionics and some weaker forms of magick.

I heard that you can do telekinesis by altering the charges in your hand and the object. I can get my hands to have a positive charge (and do a cool zappy thing) but can't figure out how to do it to the object, any one know what I could do?

. It is my fear preventing this and what I've noticed is that lately, whenever I close my eyes, all that I see are negative entities. Enough to fill 8 books of tattoo flash that my tattoo artist buddy would love. If he could just be inside my head. So I'm thinking that these negs that I see (now I'm not OBE mind you) when this happens. I just shut my eyes and I see EVIL. Hundreds of faces and whatnot. Spinning, coming at me and whatever. I am not afraid of them, but I am thinking subconsciously my organic brain is causing this to try and prevent me from having an OBE. Does this sound right? What can I do to overcome this fear of mine. I've been going SRM lately (Stark Raving Mad) between the entities and the ringing in the ear.
I get out of bed and I'm scared to take a leak. I can't go downstairs to get a drink without all the lights on This is ridiculous. Any suggestions?

they like to cause fear and depression, makes the aura much more variable.

Their numerous and  hard to harm, a ton of new age guys have these on them. if you energy has a certain thing to it they will like to feed off you a gold shield/a clean strong aura can keep most of em' out. also a lot of spirit guides would be glad to chase away/destroy them if you ask them to.

These things are basically fake guardian angles, they might protect people so they have a nice food source and are usually thought to be good because of that. If it is one of these it will be holding you back so your aura doesn't get too strong so It's good consult your guide on this to see if that's what it is. I know quite a bit about these because my guide loathes them and warns me when one is near.

He lives less then a mile away so that could explain it it's just the was it felt that compels me to thing something happened. It was like I was a dense astral body and instead of me going back to my body, my body came to me.

certain negative alien/angles-like things (ones that feed off your energy) vibrate low enough for us to hear a ringing sound. if you have a lot of power more then one might commence psi-attacks on you.

I've noticed that if you feed off emotional energy in the air can at times make you nauseous or twitchy and other effects that are stronger then raising energy from nature.

These things happen to me whenever I try hard to project while my muscles are tense, I also notice picking up on astral being more afterward.
a good amount bio-energy or whatever it's called is required for so if you did it twice that day you might have been low on it, your blindness both times could also imply you did not have a lot to begin with. The dark hand was probably a little neg trying to get some fear off you.

I see dark human like things interacting, and some objects here and there. All auras so I mainly see the shapes. I used to think it was my imagination but I realized I have no control over what I see.

I often see a red spiral, I can't recall which direction it goes in...sometimes it's red with green too. What does it mean?

I meet my friend and pretended I just walked over there. Yes, it is very likely that I have gone insane but because it was related to projection I decided to check here to see if it was some kind of technique I accidentally used. If it's not I'll try to get a cat scan or something.

A while ago I was laying down about to project and something really weird happened. It feel like I was floating, like actually me not my astral body like normal. everything was amazingly like real life, like I was in my physical body but could go through stuff and float. I remembered something I read about real time projection and assumed that's what this was so I went to my friend's house to see if I could actually what he was doing. Then suddenly I was there, psychically. I would really like to explore this farther, does anyone know how this works and how I can do it again?
