A friend of mine who pracktises Reiki is quite sceptical about distance attunement, Im of an open mind, but my argument is that if we can heal from a distance..why not get attunement from a distance?

Its not a bad idea, I often send out thoughts of love and world peace to world leaders. I keep sending them untill I imagine them absorbing them. We can only try.

Yeah mate, ive fancied trying some remote viewing before but never got round to it, or atleast never checked to see if I was right, so this is fun. One of us should do one soon so you can have a go. Cool handle by the way "some bloke" lol.

P.S has anyone tried reading playing cards before turning them over, ive been trying this latley and im getting better at it, I now keep a pack by my bed and do it before I go to sleep. I just practise ways of seeing the card in my minds eye. Its realy cool! Ive found the best way for me is just hold the card in front of me and look at the back of the card or on the wall behined, and ask my self what colour is the card? what number, suite etc and after a bit of practice I can now see the whole card alot of the time, my record at the mo is 74 correct...Does get pretty boring after a while though!!

Yeah thats it, but mine does have an almost inaudable tone aswell, and as for the sensation its like a rush of energy from that makes me feel like im breathing through my throat chakra to my ear, that I get in the left, and just the ringing in the right, but its not like tinitus it has a hiss to it. How many pictuers you got there? as soon as Im thinking AP1 im seeing a big sunset lots of orange colour, water and sea gulls, but two other imges are realy strong! A miltary tank with a star and the numbers 49 on the side and a black panther with a yellow eye!! wierrrd.

Thanks s, dosent sound pedantic lol, its definatly spirit, also if I ask they show me who they are what they look like, different events past and futer etc, and I have seen people i know.
you mentiond the circle stuff in other posts, but ive only read and chatted about this, I havent actully done any energy work as such.

We could get in to spliting hairs as to weather the pharse "universal law" means its universal as in it pertaines to everything, or weather the way I desribe and believe "like atrracts like" is a law of the universe? and only applys in the context of which I had raised in the first place.

I have an open mind. The first meditation I ever tried was one that was given free by a group that practice Merkabah, and promised rappid spiritual growth. But I had to stop it as I was waking up seeing spirit and colours floating around in the dark etc, I had to sleep with light on for a while lol [:I]. So If merkabah techniquies are meant to expand our conciusness I believe them!

But i actually do this much more times than that. The Circulation of the Body of Light is the most important part of this ritual. All the rest is the set-up procedure where you invoke/pull down light from above. Its kinda like giving your aura a good work-out and repair/maintenance etc. It definitely works for me. In fact i dont tend to even use the god-names anymore. You can do a session of NEW then do the Circulation of the Body of Light with similar effect if not better.

Hey Madrox, Robert Bruce has some good imfo on Auric sight traing I do believe, you can find the link on the home page. there are a few books available.
An easy way to start would be to hold your hand out in front of you against a white wall in normal indoor light, say a 60 watt bulb, relax your view and  gaze just past your hand, after a while you should see a white'ish glow that will eventualy become a colour. The Aura has many bands of colour, im not an expert but i believe the yellow and pink are the easiest to see first, thats how I started seeing other peoples.
