If im understanding the meditation correctly, fully acctivating our merkaba light body trancends even our D.N.A to vibrational compatablity of the fourth dimmension..I think, is that possible?

Any way dont peoples auras naturely change through out life? mine is mostly emerald green with a deep, deep blue outer band, and some times violet with sparks of white, ive also been told it looks pale blue and white! what ever that means? so wouldnt it be difficult to know what colour we were born with?

Aparrently deep blue aruas (which is indigo is it not?) are normaly found on professional people or very analitical people such as technitions, doctors, architects, mathmaticains etc.

I think the whole thing would be a miss use of any pshcycic ability,[xx(]  beware, the more spiritual you become the less interested you become in material objects and money...then agin it depends on what you were giong to do with money?

Interesting, but i would say a miss use of mind energy, why dont all of us conentrate on healing someone or stopping a war, now thats worth doing..any suggestions ?

But the real stuff that I see, can be rather unerving and nothing can prepare you for it, ive seen people taken to hospital, terrorist attacks, horse races [] lol, loadsa stuff!
Some of its hard because Im racking my brains trying to decide what to do about it some times! im thinking I must have had this message for a reason etc etc.
I saw two events in one go, one was a peacful protest but still set alot of alarms ringing the other was BAD!! I phoned the aprropriate people (felt a bit strange calling and saying ive just a vision lol!! [)]). the protest thingy made front page british news and the evening news, the other didnt happen...so may be I helped?

May I suggest buying Betty Shines book , "mind Magic" for Rhian,(|Betty was accliamed the worlds number one healer before she passed over recently )there are some exercises in there that Rhia may find helpfull, including a self healing exercise to get rid of tumours. Its very easy to read, its like reading a book by your favourite aunt.

Im sorry to say this again ( ive mentioned it in other posts [:I])but All this has led me to believe the best way foward is by learning to nuture and encourage spiritual growth through learning to become our higher self, this can bring positive mind, balance, the ability to A.P, heal, clairvoyance, love, revalations, strength ( lol sounds like an add !) and the quality of mind that dosent need to deal with or be worried about negs. What you say is partly correct in that this will probably be a good defense from most lower level type parasites. Even Buddha was attacked by the demon Mara and his host of dark entities but Buddha defeated them. But how many people out there are at the level Buddha was? I also suggest the story about Buddha disproves your assertion that like always attract.

Agian I said like attracts like, so bieng of a positive and balanced state of mind you are less likely to attract the unwanted. I didnt say at any time that bieng positive exludes you from attack or interest from negs, just thats a strong line of defence and not as iteresting to them.

And as you said Buddha did win! maybe a testiment to his positive mind? touche! []

Hey samsara, I get exactly the same, with out any kind of energy work or development. And mostly when im going to sleep. It some times comes with a loud poping sound in my head! on ocassions Its followed by a short vision, ive always thought it was spirit showing me stuff but thinking about it it most probably is chakra related stuff.

Yeah narfellus, when I bought the book I noticed a couple of others by sanya Roman.

I have to say Ive not bieng doing any special pshycic development, and maybe its coincidence but im becoming more and more pshycic!  and im only a short way through the book (as im double busy just now) im feeling the difference in my conciousness expanding, and bieng more intouch with my higher self. Its soooooo good!

I dont actualy practice this, but I have tried it and its a great grounder, and way of energisieng your arua if after the 5 steps you have mentiond you imagne energy passing from your head to your feet down your front as you inhale to the count of four and as you exhale to the count of four the energy rushes from your feet up your backn to you head again. Reapet the proccess four times, then do the same with the energy rushing down one side of your body and up the other. Finaly release the muly rainbow coloured energy by allowing it to spray like a fountain from the top of your head, filling your whole arua, you can then sit and bask in the glory of your newly energiesd aura []

Hi Guys, im sorry to sound negative but I believe the true reality is that automatic writing in the form you are practicing it is too dark, as in, if your not developed enough to know whos writing the mesagges put the pen down! its no different from doing a ouji bouard! not good. [}:)] You may truly have your guide around but this kind of activity may atrract all kinds. Can you tell the difference?

I admit I tried it out of curiosity, as we all are. I see spirit when they project them selves on to my mind and they would always ask me to go and get the pens out, before you know it I had a que of them, so who knows whos trying to mess with you mind.

Betty Shine, a very famouse and powerful medium and healer said this. "True automatic writing is chanelled by mediums who recieve the messages as they recieve them from spirit and write them sriaght down. Again I dont believe only a psychic healer can remove these problems, their are plenty of people who are going through problems, totaly unaware of any neg attachment, but through self help and changes for the better improve their situation and get rid of neg activity with out ever knowing anything about it!

I believe positive thinking is the basic root and the first step in the dirrection of change for the better in any situation
