I will not be spending my money on that book .  1) its probably boring , 2) There are other things I could buy 3) I am not sure how accurate it is 4)  There is a good chance it will be posted on a torrent site any way .  desert rat 

There are a bunch of methods .  I know this site has a free pdf book for down load .  This site has some methods http://obe4u.com/   There is the rope method where you visualize pulling your self out with a rope . There are some form DickSutphen where you visualize your self slipping out your feet or out the top of your head .  There is one from a book by Llewin where you form your astral body then join it .One I remember from Robert Monroe , you visualize your self swaying form side to side .   I have been trying for over 20 years , and I am still working on some other problems .  You try different methods untill one works .  desert rat  

You might also check the forums that are more in to ghost hunting / parnormal stuff .Other groups may have been to that grave yard .   I can post some links if asked .  desert rat

I was making reference to a post made on another forum where a mirror broke during a verbal fight .  It is also possable that the people were screaming and that broke the mirror .  I checked that forum and did not see that post . desert rat 

I see pendents around $10-$20 most un cut crystals are a few $ .   White quartz is all over my part of the state . You can pick them  up on public land .   The town of Quartzite got its name for the quartz there . If you find crystals "pricey " you may be looking in the wrong place , unless you want a rare crystal .  desert rat

On cosmic consciousness , there is something called the collective conscious or unconscious . Its like all of our minds are part of one mind .  There all connected on a higher level .  To my knowledge no one has prov-en this , but it does provide some answers .   desert rat

On " crystal radios "  there basically a long antenna hooked to a tuned circuit , the crystal is a rec.( like a 1n34 ect.)  then a pair of head phones . No amp , only the power of the signal makes it work . There vary  easy  to build , with a few parts . I think some earth trapped ghosts chose to stay , but I think there are ghosts that dont know there dead .  Lets say a young person is killed instantly in a car wreck .  You do not need to die to live in a self made hell .   Any one doing e.v.p. work should ask if the ghosts know  they know there dead and if they need help going on to higher astral planes .  desert rat 

It would be my guess that there was a defect in the glass .   There was a post on another forum where some people had a mirror explode , it was during a fight .  It was my guess there that mirror was broken by the energy during there fight .  If I find that post I will post a link . desert rat

Soul , consciousness , spirit , diferent belief systems have different names .  A basic belief is we are all have 4 bodies ,   phy. , astral , energy , and a mental or higher self .  desert rat

What I dissagred with was that all souls go on to higher astral planes or are reincarnated . I think many do , but some stay earth bound or trapped , for different reasons .A lady on another forum said she had degrees in this and that ( paranormal ) , and all ghosts where just left over energy . She is entitled to her beliefs .    I believe all living beings have a soul .  The looping or reaping events are just left over energy . A person left this behind , but there is no consciousness there .  desert rat 

In the King James Bible is something about the 7 th heaven , that sounds like astral levels .  desert rat

I found this link on crystals http://www.neatstuff.net/avalon/texts/know-how.html#chakra stones   there are many more that are easy to find .  Many years ago I was at a kind of new age fair ( early 80s ) This lady did this test .  She had me hold a packet of sugar in one hand and told me to resist her with my other arm , I had very little strength . Then she let me hold a piece of amethyst with the sugar and I could resist her .  She told me I needed a $ 65 pendent , I told her I would think about it .  I got some crystals in a store for like 75 cents to $1 a piece and carried them around for awhile .  desert rat  

I would think it would depends on personal beliefs .  Get info on crystals and try some .  All or most new book stores , and rock and gem places have them .  There was a place in Peoria AZ ( its gone now ) that had a crystal room , all kind of crystals , some were for sale . I would think the E.V.P. s  that are real were form earth trapped souls .  People that are trapped hear on the earth plane for different reasons ,  a fear of hell , to watch kids grow up,they dont know there dead ,  ect.  If they made it to the astral plane and stayed there I dont think they could be picked up on E.V.P. recorders , but I could be wrong .  desert rat 

There are at least 2 different kind of ghosts .  One is the soul, a ghost that can be interacted with , the other is just left over energy .   I would think that battle ship and many other places would have both .  What people call "looping " or "repeat " events are just left over energy .  One lady on another forum stated that its all left over energy , all souls leave the earth plane after death , but I dissagre with that .  Some chose to stay hear for different  reasons . desert rat
