when its happend with my eyes open im just relaxing, slow my breathing then the room starts turning violet, at that piont I can get out, but then im like whoa! im outa my body and half my minds thinking cool and the other side is saying quite messing around!

The main thing that puts me off as that 9 times outa ten when I relax I get spirit trying to show me stuff and that puts me off knowing theres people around, im not realy scared, just unsure.

Ill just go with it one day...and let ya know what happens!

People and animals recive healing passivly all the time and have healing results. People who dont even belive in healing are healed.

Ive often thought similair questions. I believe many people get too wrapped up in things thay do not understand or are not develped to deal with. My answer to my own question seems to be "anything that frightens you unessacerly or causes you to change in any way other than for the higher good of ones self probably isnt development in a spiritual sense. Then one could argue that negative exipriences may teach you, and may help you to grow stronger in some way.

I currently believe that learning to atune to ones higher self is the most rewarding and safe way foward.

Wow could imagine a coffe and a chat between us would go deeeeeeeeeep lol! [8D], Natrual exchange can be a sticky subject, im dealing with similar things at the moment, I currently belive that with any pschycic ability (since that seems to be what we are talking about, comes greater responsabilaty towards other people. I.E only subtly pass on messages that may be helpfull to the highest good of ones self or another person. May be sit quitly and ask higher self to let you know what and when is most apropriate to tell people. I wouldent worry or think about about it to much, if in doubt that may be your higher self saying no.
Remember that the quite voice from higher mind will always come through as a gentle calming positive thought and never with fear or negative thoughts that we get from our own intelect...listen to the gentle calming voice xx M.Ka

Its possible to brcome transparent to negetive energy by working with higher self.

In the long run truth is the only way, but often the truth is initialy difficult for people to handle or even tell, but it will always be the best solution in the end. Truth can also help some damage control (emtotionly) in relationships weather they are working out or not!

Hey gopher, I think as we do energy work or meditate to expand our concioussnes we start perciving energys and coulers from other dimmensions, I always see violet, purple and magenta type electric blues every where, day and night some times! its cooool[]

Thanx guys n girls, prehaps we could keep swoping expiriences and ideas on this subject. The book ive got is Called "Spiritual Growth" then a sub title "Bieng your higher self" I think because its one of three by the same auther Sanaya Roman, all books chanelled from Orin (spirit teacher). I realise there is a section for book recomendations but since wev are on the subject, I would be very intrested if any one else can recommend any good higher self atuning books.

All I know is ive only been conciuosly following the subject only a short while and already feel a great difference in my self and my life. Who knows maybe my higher self can spell better lol [8D]

Thats bang on Alpha! I often go jogging and find that when im tired I try and load up un universal energy as im going, the concetration needed to do so seems to put me in touch with higher mind, and answers to questions just stream through to me like an internal voice, its amazing and beutiful! and the sentances are so beutifly put together and worded,...now ive got to learn to do it when im not Jogging lol.[]

I believe every body has gardian Angels.
I have asked to meet my gardian angel in meditation and meet him I did. Identifying a gardian Angel I would say totaly depends on how the communication is made i.e if you visit a medium and your dead grandfather for example may come through and wanted you to know he is acting as your gardian Angel. Some gardian Angels may well be a bieng who has never been an incarnte human bieng, it would depend on you as an individual. Other Angels are also attracted to people who are doing creative things or healing or helping people etc.

I feel very lucky to be able to say I have seen a few Angels, a couple of them have looked no diffrent from a normal person (sorry best way to describe them) but have had wings as you might expect , I presume so I understood that they might be acting as a gurdian Angel as appossed to a guide. I also know that our guides and Angels look out for us, and help us in the most subtle ways with out having to ever directly communicate with them. Dont Know if that helps any? M.Ka
