I have no TV either; and barely listen to radio...
My question was more on the creative aspect of the astral TV/radio program that would show up...  Many times I heard some really nice/cool musics in the astral.  I also watched a few times some really weird TV shows.

zjrules, being 13 years old cannot excuse your attitude...  There are plenty of information on this site already available.  So, go read it first, try it and then ask specific questions if u have specific problems...

And, if you want to know, I think that the less you know, the better... and don't ask people "TELL ME THE RIGHT THING AND WHAT TO THINK".  Think for yourself; that's what makes you free.

From your description, you seem close...  But don't expect specific steps to match too much; whatever has to happen will happen.  If there is no vibration; don't try to make one.  So, my advice, try again and just enjoy the show... [|)]

The first time I had an OBE, I never heard of the loss of body feeling, the vibration, etc...  I verified it after.  You don't want to influence your experience with your expectations...

I also have that problem, to travel to a specific place...  My focusing is very bad.  Maybe you could try to use a picture to get to API.  First, create the picture wherever you are (draw it, make it appear in a book or on a poster) and then just "dive" into it...  Maybe it will help.

From the beginning, I said sex is to create life.  Period.  "spiritual" and "casual" sex are both "deviations" (sorry, can't find a better word).  Now, if you want to know, I would agree that "spiritual" sex is better than "entertainment" sex...  But both are still hijaking the life process.

A friend pushed me once to have a look at Sukyo Mahikari... since they offer free healing to visitors.  While, theroreticaly it's all "free" and nice, I did not like a few things like: worship "god of money" to which you give your donations (I had 5 members come other and heavily suggest me to donate)...  I especialy did not like the fact that, with your donation, you have to put your name down...  Why would they want to track names and amounts of $$$?!?!?   Sounded fishy to me... so never came back.  Many members felt empty of emotions; and the one smiling had a scary smile... I had a similar experience: I "woke up" as something jumped on my feet and crawled on my body towards my head.  When it got to my head, I began to "Grrrgrrgrr" as the thing was doing something on my forehead.  After a few seconds, I just decided to go somewhere else so I poped out of my body and "traveled" for a few seconds and then really woke up.

The thing also applied some kind of pressure on my forehead.  I had several encounters of the same type, except for the forehead "attack", but I never see anything; I only feel them.

Maybe...  And I said that pleasure was a very effective way to be sure that people/animals will have sex and so perpetuate life...  So, I still think pleasure is a (very nice) side effect, but not the goal.  It's like using your car's engine to fry eggs... it works, but it's not the purpose of the engine...  Hum, a more "dirty" example: when you go to the toilet... you can feel some pleasure too...

I still have a problem how to express my thoughts but... when you say "you just use them", it's a bit like hijaking the powers that create life for your own personal gain...  Another of my crazy comparisons would be to take your best books from your bookshelves and making a campfire...  Sure, books will burn very well; but it's nothing compared to the knowledge they contained...

Your sex benefits list is nice and I am sure accurate but, it does not change anything to the fact that these are side-effects...  You can tell me that sex increase intelligence by 1000x, will make me look like a top model, will bring me luck, will make me immortal, etc...  it does not change the fact that you are abusing the creation of life process...
