That "new heaven " coming down to earth looks a lot like the borg cube from star trek the next gen. This looks like Jahova witness ideas .  In a small book I read ,tittled astral worlds , it stated that there were places on the astral plane where passed on people would create for them selvs the kind of things and life they had when alive .  This reminds me of that .  desert rat

Each belief system has its own classifaction .   Some would see an angel , Jesus , ect.  others might see a u.f.o. You can come up with a system , people will interpet what they see with in there belief system . desert rat 

To me the Billy Meier photos looked like he hung or through stuff , like hub caps , ect. in the air . This u-tube video did look like a real craft of some kind . That white stuff on the ground is that snow ?  I remember seeing what may of been snow many years ago when I was a kid . desert rat

It is a belief that we all go out of body during certain parts of sleep , but most only remember as a dream .   Like I stated it is possable that you did see a crime .  Unless you had the full  names of the people invloved , I dont know if there is much you could do .  You might check the web sites for the t.v. stations in the area that you think this happned , to see if any crime like the one you saw in your dream did happen .desert rat 

Welcome to the forum .  Most dreams are just the mind at play .  It is possable that you did go out  of body  , see a crime , and remembered it as a dream .  If you had more info , full names of the people , a lic. plate # , ect .  If you do go the police with info , be carefull that they dont think you are involved . I think where you go in the astral depends on personal beliefs .  If some one believes in hell , and thinks or knows they belong there there is were they will go .   If some one is a native American and believes in the happy hunting ground that is where they will go .  Heaven , hell , the happy hunting ground , ect were created by thoes that believe in them .  There are posts hear on this .  If one is practicing a.p. as opposed to having a major health problem (nde) they can chose where to go .  desert rat 

It is possable that Nixon did meet the aliens at area 51 in Nevada , not the white house lawn ,  where the national enquirer could not get there cameras . There is an idea that idea when the colective human conscious hears of a distar it does some thing to prevent it .  The bad things may of happned in the mid 90s if Scallion had not said any thing .  Another story the enquirer ran was of this doctor in South America .
