Psychic self defense works for me.

Before I AP, part of my trance work is working with white light.  I typically don't have any issues, but it seems like the light attracts 'attention'.

If I happen to encounter anyone that I don't feel comfy with...I blast em with white light....works every time.

Kye...do you use this in your AP practice?

I think that once you separate and you are in the same room with yourself, there is a kind of feedback loop that happens.  It's like a split awareness where you are aware and can feel your physical while feeling the astral at the same time.

I have found that the feedback loop decreases the farther away from the physical you get.

You're right about projecting those fears though...that can get messy   :nervous:

Hi dingo,

I've felt that presence before...I think it's myself I am feeling..hehe.  I've never been worried about that.

As for the cat thing...interesting.  So you've run into your kitty while you were out huh?  Well...my cat is kind of a biter so it wouldn't surprise me if it was him.  :-)

Hi Everyone,

I would like to describe what happened last night and see if there have been similar experiences.  So...

I was physically laying face down, felt the vibes, then separated slightly.  My astral body was maybe 2 inches above my physical when I felt 'something' crawling over my right arm (couldn't tell if it was my astral or my physical)...it felt like my cat, but my cat doesn't sleep with me and my bedroom door was shut.  I shifted so I wouldn't be walked on anymore, then something bit my left thumb (which was under my pillow).  It hurt!...such that I popped back in my physical and got up.

I checked and my cat was definitely in the other room and awake.

I've never been attacked before so I thought I would share and see if anyone had any feedback for me.

Sorry...I meant waking hours to mean walking around or engaged in another activity besides meditation/sleep.

I would definitely agree with your point.

A shifting of the Assemblage Point allows those 'other worlds' to come into view, much like Phasing.  However, one difference that I have noticed is that the Assemblage Point can shift not only during meditation and sleep, but during waking hours....unlike my experiences with Phasing.
