in my oppinion you should stop blameing the TV ad's and do it yourself. thats it. so what if its tough, thats the way it should be. not enough things are tough enough today so we make ourselves think they are tough cause we are guilty of our insanly easy lives. if you want to stop eating junk, don't buy it! don't blame the problem on subliminal messages

tireing out is not one of the side-effects of reiki. In reiki, the energy does not come from you, it just goes through you. Because you are not useing you own energy it does not tire you out. It doesn't sound like you did reiki to me.

the internet ones work. and even if u don't think so, is there any harm in trying? it is free after all....

but if you don't beleive then they wont work, so the choice of weither or not it works is completely up to you.

u can do it to yourself. the technique to heal yourself is the same as distance healing, but instead of doing it your friend "bob" you send it to yourself.

to beable to realy heal you have to do alot of healing on ur self. DNA, Birth Trama, Etc.

i got my level 3. i didn't meditate so I didn't feel anything, but last night I tried some healing on my self and I could feel some stuff then.

don't stress about it, just stop worrying about it. that could help it flow.

I just signed up for all of the other attunements in every type of reiki he does. im gonna be spitin energy! wooo hooo!

my brow chakra wont stop pulsateing, its kinda annoying.

im broke, ill stick with online :p

I got my second attunement yesterday. I could feel energy moveing through my upper level chakras. and ever sense I have constantly been feeling my brow chakra. its realy strong when I relax or do any kinda meditation/energy work, my brow and crown chakras start feeling realy realy strong and pulsate with energy.

and by the way, where is the free reiki attunement thread? i can't find it. yes, i know I suck when it comes to finding stuff on line.

i don't think its physicly possible to have a wound heal and close in a few seconds, it takes time.

I don't think its possible to heal a cut with reiki, but you can deffinitly speed up the healing of it. b4 I was attuned to reiki, i tried healing a cut by just stimulating it with NEW and it healed about a day faster than it would normaly have.

you don't always feel the energy when getting attuned, I didn't.

if I have any I will post them. last time cause I didn't feel anything I only meditated for about 1 min,then watched the Drew Carry Show XD
