Congrats to you, Gordy!  

I have to say I'm jealous. I've been trying for a while now and still haven't progressed very far. I've tried a lot of suggestions, but I'm still not getting anywhere. In fact, I feel like I'm going backwards.  It's a catch 22 because my frustration is probably making everything worse.  I'm almost desperate for some help. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

The one time I experienced what I can only describe as "the vibrations" I ended up manifesting it physically. The result was my body going into something like a seizure and waking up with a slight headache. This bothers me for obvious reasons.

I'm trying.  And I must say I'm jealous and excited for those who can achieve this state at all. I hope one day to join you on API.  In the meantime I will probably be popping in to post questions and relate my journey to the astral realm.
