I had a fascinating experience yesterday. I was meditating, and talking to one of my "guides". I asked to go to a certain place, and I did. What was very unusual about it was that I had the sensations, including the vibrations of exit, that accompany a projection! Almost like a projection from a projection!!

You might want to try a used bookstore or library and fine either "Gods of Aquarius" or "Star People" by Brad Steiger. Within you might find answers and resonance starting with the popping and going on from there,

I too am a friend of Bill W.
I understand what you are thinking. There are other possibilities as well- rather than a choice to experience this. You may just be such a one, for whatever reason, that has a real difficulty with things as they are, and needed some "relief". As for the adrenaline junky thing- I am not completely clear of that, but am much better. I just think of the story about the J-walker in the big book, and realize it applies especially to me!
