If what you were seeing was real, than it might not have been daylight, you just seeing it as light...
sometimes one will see the dark as light, mistake the moon for the sun etc...

When you project you move your consciousness out of your physical body and put it into your astral body...
However... As most people... allthough they understand no harm will come to them they still leave some behind to help keep there body safe...
When you leave your body take all your consciousness with you...
You have to truely understand, and know no harm will come... and that your subconscious mind will keep your physical body alive and safe... if you understand that then you should be able to go compleatly out...

The most common cause of not being able to see properly is because you havent enough consciousness in your astral body...

Second most common is your to far away from the physical world...

So it has nothing to do with it...

However, For about 1 1/2 hours a day everyday while im visiting my friends I have to put more awareness in my AstralBody... And my physical body allthough still awake goes into a deep state... but im sure not deep enough to make up for any sleep...

In my freetime I make computer programs, I work on improving my abilitys, I look at the past and the future, I walk around the astral universe, I play my playstation, I write books, songs, poems... I read... watch tv, dvd's... Listen to music, Play chess, Teach my cat, play with my daughter, play guitar, talk to my friends, etc...etc...
No, I never get tired... Well, that is... I never FEEL tierd...
Up untill I turned 5 I sleept the same amount of time any normal child would sleep...
