i believe curing diseases is a thought all of us make when starting to deal with AP and OOBE .

Maybe this question is a more and more deeper one , the real question lies in the PHYSICAL BODY / SOUL connection and relation , that is , PSYCHOPATHOLOGY , [ a Greek word , relating Body Problems to our State of Mind and emotions and thoughts[??] ]

If this question is answered and in fact , someone proves , or with some example test cases that using your mind can cure you physically then we're talking about the future of the future in medicine [and maybe civilization,religion,!]

As a personal experience , i have found myself self-curing some pretty bad headaches , colds and stuff with using  positive thinking , music , e.t.c.

Maybe i'll try to use AP for this..[not maybe,for sure!]

The cancer story I've heard was about someone who was dreaming every night that little creatures came and destroyed his tumor piece by piece..and it got away...

anyway , cancer is a bad bad condition and all of us pray for the best .

Maybe the "astral expose" to our sub-conscious and suppressed fears can tell if someone must talk to a psychologist or face his fears or resolve these thoughts...So maybe dealing with this issue , is for good..
Anyway ! My mom was very love-giving to me when i was 4 so i think I'm OK !  [just kidding]

In particular what i was reading was the "need" topic , about this guy who lost his mind and was speaking about his guardian being a daemon and so on...

hello you too , i reading all kinds of topics in here , many helpful ones,but many scary ones too , doubts are rising to my head bout this

after reading this topic , i think i am a +50% more afraid of exercising AP..

maybe ignorance is a bliss ?..      


and jo , isn't this strange that your son , and christine , and the other kid , all of them had same ""thoughts"" , and maybe this has to do with your parents being healers and dealing with the Astral plane and so on?...
i mean maybe there's a connection to all this.

hello everyone.


i just found this forum .

It's been 2 years that i found out about about OOBE and AP-ing , i have had 2 or 3 minor experiences , but never one full one . Maybe it is cause i never focused on doing this the right way . I believe that now , after reading intensely your technics , i will manage to do it . I want to heal my astral body and understand my purpose of being on this planet , i want to know what is my life-goal , and become a better human being .
