you dont project into physical plane you project to the astral plane it is quite diffrent from the physical plane

well i had that problem last night my face and thighs were itching but the cure is to just ignore it even if it sometimes feels like it wont go away it will eventually

some say it is alot easier to project on samhain and you can only walk the veil on samhain as well through 3 hours of meditation
