No dude i dont think you understand me : Sadly i lost my mum at christmas last year and i would really like to go and see her and talk to her in the astral but i read somewhere that when you meet someone in the astral they say what you expect them to and that it is not acctually them speaking to you from the other side..

Is this true?

Ok well after researching astral projection for some time now i am still yet to project..A few of you here on the forum will remember me whereas others wont.I started reading things about astral projection that suggested it was just an illusion in the mind and that speaking to a loved one etc.. would just end in the person you are talking to speaking of things only because you think of what they would say these things put me off the whole idea but i just cant seem to get away from astral projection its something thats always at the back of my mind that i need to accomplish.Anyway i have being having dreams only the odd one where i am in the dream aware but in an unaware state if you get me.. In the dreams i say to my self "This is a dream" yet nothing happens.In the dream itself i have astral projections but it is as thought i am taking a back seat lol..

I have heard that just telling yourself that it is "Just a dream" will enable you to gain controll but not for me.What am i doing wrong?

Yes i see what you are getting at. The reason i brought these up was that somewhere i read that diseases are caused by say a slight problem with the soul I'm not quite sure of the exact words used to describe it as it was along time ago that i read it and way it was said that to cure diseases that Chrystal's could be used to maybe heal the soul (realign it)

I cant astral project and such yet but I'm sending hope that your mother will be OK.I have recently gone thought the same thing with my mother dying at Christmas and i am only 16 but it was the chemo that killed her .I cant believe how naive doctors and hospitals can be to give a cancer patient something that  in time will cause more damage then That cancer it self would have ever done

funny you should mention that because my dad also is under the impression that he is being stopped i don't know about it but i do think that it is definitely possible for you to be blocked.
What if someone was able to stand over you as you astrally projected and just pushed you back into your body every time you tried.
Do you think that is possible?

Iv never read about this spinning but thanks to you when i finally manage to astral project and find my self spinning i will know not to panic but just to relax and tell it to stop.
Btw what reason do you think that this happens during an astral projection in the first place.

Cant you just not take the pills and pretend that you have.Do you enjoy every obe that you have and what types of things have you done.

Just for quick reference i have posted the extract from the book below, even though i would recommend reading the whole book as it is a good read. If you are an experienced projector then it may not interest you that much but the author does write of many of his own experiences that some people may recognize as similar to their own.

The Extract

"I woke up, was about to sleep again. For some reason I started thinking about walking in a tunnel. I walked a bit and a gang came along and started to throw bricks at me, I ran away to the opposite side. Another gang came along, they had bricks too, but they threw the bricks at the other gang. So now there was a gang bang in the tunnel. I found a door on the side of the tunnel and opened it, I came out to the city. (At this point everything is still a thought, and still a conscious one I might add.) I then see some huge rocks that I jump up to, as I jump I get this feeling of it maybe being real, the thought got more vivid. Then, all of a sudden I actually see the place behind my closed eyelids, but only for like two seconds, then it all ended. Perhaps if I wouldn't have gotten so excited it would have lasted longer..."

Thanks for all the answers just one question to you is when you said that it was approx 30 minutes how long did it feel like.Because iv heard people say that 10 minutes in physical feels like 1 hour in the astral is this true

Cool you aren't the first person who iv heard has has an astral projection about a gang that begins to throw stones at you.I read in flakes book,Which i available for free download on this site,As he tell about a projection he had which seems to be very similar to yours maybe you should check it out
