Sorry I posted in the wrong place. Thank you for the link, very informative.

I guess I could tell you guys a little about me?
This is not the type of message board I'm used to
but I guess this is how it's done lol

I'm a 25 year old female from the South of England.
I'm a care worker, currently of the Elderly. I love music,
Photography and my Xbox!

I found this site ages ago when I woke up from a dream
That I had full control over. I flew! It was so amazing! So
I discovered it was called lucid dreaming. This leading me to
Astral PRojection. Then I recalled my experiences and became
Very interested.

I'm finding it quite hard because I suffer from insomnia which stems
From anxiety. So relaxing is not something I'm used to without medication.
Quetiapine - for anyone who knows their meds. This drug would make it
Harder to project right? I should probably try the lucid dreaming technique.

Sorry if this post is disjointed and poorly written, I'm on my iPod.

Nice to meet you all, forgive my lack of knowledge. I am here to learn :)

Welcome to Members Introductions! / Did I?

Hello finally! I have been trying to join here, and it turns out this site is not a fan of Hotmail!

Anyway, I would tell you a bit about myself but i'm sure there is an introductory thread somewhere? Just trying to get this out
before my partner comes home from work. They think i'm weird enough already :p

The first experience I would like to share happened when I was very young, but i've always remembered it. I must have been around six
or seven. I sat up in bed and hopped on the floor. Looked to my right. There were people there, they were dark and I couldnt see them too
well but I knew they were there. Three men and one woman talking heatedly among each other. I was frightened and went to my light switch, I felt the plastic. Before i could turn it on the woman turned around and urgently told me to go back. So i ran back to bed and woke up straight away.

I have always thought this was a nightmare, but now i'm not so sure?

The second experience happened the other night. I sat up in bed to hear loud machinery, like my neighbours were drilling outside. I looked to my curtains and there was an orange yellow light from outside. I couldnt remain sat up in bed, i felt drowzy and couldnt fight it so i lay back down. Then to experience sleep paralysis. In which i saw (or imagined?) my partner moving quickly about the room, felt her stroke my face. All the time i couldnt move. Of course then there was panic, I havent experienced sleep paralysis since I was a small child. I wish i diddnt and could have tried projection willingly!

Help?
