Here's one, I'll upload another in a few minutes, this ones really just relaxation hypnosis, but it helps you to practice calming yourself, even if the mans voice is a bit creepy.

It's ten minutes long. ( I love this one!) The others are hemi-sync for lucid dreaming/astral travel with suggestions in them ( Hidden ones =p ), and I have some Sylvia brown explaining her techniques, which seem awesome. I also have some willy sutphen, whom helps you practice techniques to leave your body. I'm just not sure which to upload? I also have a couple guided tracks with a voice that leads you into the trance state . Some of the files are pretty large, so could you guys give me an idea about what you'd like? I'm happy to share, everyone seems so nice here =)

Oh God, this has to be the most hilarious thing I've read all day. What an imagination you have, my friend. I especially love the fact that you kicked it's butt. I kept getting mental pictures of this little hairy man riding a floaty around your house and laughing manically. AHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm 20 years old, female, new to this board and to all things astral. I downloaded some audio that was supposed to slip you into the hypnotic trance state. But then it got, weird..
I'm trying to find words to explain it. But behind my eyes I could see all of these images of myself, skrinking, getting bigger, shrinking. And it created vertigo, bad.
It also would happen to certain body parts, in my head they would shrink, expand, twirl, in like, this abyss. It was like....I would see this tiny me, pulsing and growing, then shrinking again. I really can't find a satisfactory way to explain it. It was a disturbing feeling to say the least. Does anyone else do this?
