As this is Robert Bruce's site I recommend his technique.
But as he has given us a voice here is my technique

Grounding should be done before and after energy raising
A simple method for doing this is imagining that both of your feet have roots coming from them and growing deep into the earth
Draw energy into your body from the earth with one root
Release energy from your body into the earth with the other root
Imagine the way the energy is flowing it is like  a cycle
you and the earth are sharing energy

To raise energy try this simple method
Imagine a white orb floating in front of you
It gives off white light and radiates
Breathe in energy from the orb
see the energy vapors flowing from the orb into your nostrils or mouth whichever you are breathing in with

Or try this
Imagine a white orb floating before you
it is the same as the other exercise

This time though
Think this thought energy from the white orb into my hands
cup then as you are to be holding this orb or energy that is forming in your hands.
This keeps the energy there and can be managed better.
Keep adding energy to the orb

when you are done you can release this energy into something like a bed or couch
or you can imagine that it floats up from your hands near the ceiling and then explodes sending little residual energies all over the room.

Various colors can be used and various energies such as sun, etc.

When unexperienced in this field take special caution not to tap into the energy bodies of those in the house with you
just to be ceartain you can inclose your self in  a circle

To create a circle quickly imagine that your stomach aura is radiating with purplish(i think purple) or blue greyish energy
This energy is growing iside of you
without moving your hand imagine this energy encompasses you forming a perfect sphere around you it encloses you

Now you are safe to work without side effects for the persons in your home

when done you don't have to explode the circle you have created simply
imagine your hand is like a knife and cut a slit in the circle long enough for you to step through.  You do not have to make this cut wide.

when outside the circle run your finger over the cut sealing it

the astral tube is  a vortex of energy sent from a person to an area for the purpose of sending a message to a person.  Invision it as a vortex around six inches around and notice the blue greyish energy it consists of also see how it reminds one of the whufftling of smoke when it tornadoes from a cigar or motor engine.

Send this up and out and see it as boring along through space or the sky and see it heading for a ceartain destination when it gets there you find the person and if done correctly the person will be seen in your minds eye as from the other end of an opera glass (he will look afar he will be small)
when you see this speak your command to him.

This is a condition were two people (or objects) are in harmony with one another.  They are on the same wavelength.  This is quite usefull in telepethy the mind reader and the sender of the message will have better results if first accomplishing an en rapport condition.  Also it could be said that when working with energy you accomplish an en rapport condition with that energy.

You may know this process by another name as I am sure R. Bruce must use different terminology than I.

Later I will post a detailed experiment, I will look it up as to not mislead anyone.

We all get negative energies that hang out in the places we don't want them.  Here is a practical way of ridding a room of negativity.
Imagine that all the negative things in the room are collecting together and as they come togeter they form a black orb or sphere of negativity (negative energy) If you pay close attention the orb is rotating counter clockwise.
Now imagine that the orb starts to rotate the other way in a clockwise motion simultaniously becomeing a white orb of positive energy.  Watch it as it increases in speed and intensity it becomes brighter then...
imagine that this orb explodes and in so doing sends little residual energies all over the room.

Does any one know a good place to store energy.  Such as an object or a symblol (sigil).  I was going to use some quartz.  But anything any one has to offer would be much appreciated.

Need you must empower yourself.  These are battles you must win and I pray you get the help you need to win those battles (that war)
From what I have read you are a person weaken'd by the suggestions of others that anything has power over you besides yourself.  These people who have influenced you in your statement are liars.  They tried to help but they could not you must either seek a master or learn to conqurer these enemies of sickness and manipulation yourself
Did you know that you actually empower these evil powers against you by believing that any harm can come to you by way of them
Trust me they are quite powerless unless you give them power by accepting these things they try to manipulate you with.
I can understand that ceartain demons may want you because in all truth your father may have given you to a demon and as you resisted seeking the truth he is tormenting you but you have power over these things do not forget that.  I know it is hard to believe that simply not believing these events have power over you is enough to defeat the enemy,  And I  know you have already given into that power.  You suffer still but it is up to you to make a difference and start seeking positive energies whether that lay in God or Robert Bruce.  I see an urgent need for your help

in experimentation you have found the key to this mystery
this is energy some call if prana some call it the essence
it is made of the same energy as your soul
it is not your soul it is simply made of the same etheric stuff
by making the ball in your hand you made a place for this energy to collect
by looking at your hand and concentrating on it you started an energy increase in your hand also other energies from within your self drew to this area.
Since you are bringing this energy from within yourself keep it in your own atmosphere do not release it as you would loose some of your vital essence
this is how people heal other people they release part of their own healthy vital essence into the sick person hoping their weaken'd aura will follow suit then the astral body then the physical body

There are many things you can do with this energy you can raise it from sources outside your own body

I have never dealt with energy blocks but I have some info that may help.
When raising energy (or starting a flow) you must know how to ground yourself.  YOU must also have a visualization in this exercise ( I can do it without visualizing and Robert Bruce has a way in a book he wrote)

To ground you basically send energy from yourself into the earth and in turn absorb energy into your body from the earth ( you and the earth are simply flowing together.
You can imagine that you have roots coming from your two feet much as a plant root, one root draws in energy the other releases energy
Think the thoughts
Energy from the earth to me
Energy from me to the earth

To get the flow going imagine an orb of white light in front of you and breathe in energy from it
See it pulsate and how bright and white it is.
Again your thoughts will be
Energy from the orb to me
Or ( energy from the white orb to me)

Personally I think
Energy from the white orb into my hands and then I imagine that the energy that is flowing into my hands forms a ball of energy and I add more and more energy to it

For purpose you can send this orb up from your hands to the top of the room near the ceiling and imagine it their as a white orb just hovering their
It spins clockwise and has a ceartain pitch ( you do not have to hear or see it spin)
It begins to spin faster and then all of a sudden it explodes sending little residual energies all over the room

get all these details in your mind before attempting energy work
If the energy gives you an uncomfortable feeling send a little energy from yourself into the ground or floor.  Do not release much energy as this is your vital essence.  It can be done in  a second just remember not to drain more than you need to
Or if it makes you feel uncomfortable use the grounding technique.
But the white energy should not harm you in any way on the contrary it should be very beneficial to your soul.

I think that they are seen by exercising peripheral vision.  As someone said the trained eye can seen in the astral or the physical at will like a typist can push a shift key.

telepethy is the sending and recieving of thoughts from one person to another
let us consider the physiology of the human brain at the bottom back where there is a soft spot is the pineal gland it is a sand like substance and it is the reciever for telepathic vibrations.  Sending these vibrations is simple concentrate on the spot on the recievers neck and send a thought to their receptive pineal gland.  Distance is of no concern.  Try doing exercises with a sympathetic friend as they will not lie to you take turns being sender and reciever but learn one first then the other.  Telepethy is not a dabblers science as maddness can rule the thoughts of the one who cannot control his own thoughts.  If this happens imagine a brick wall and think thoughts like I am positive to you: you are negative to me.  As for empathy I have no clue.

perhaps they are your own thought forms as you indeed may be inducing this.  None of these things are uncommon but you may want to find out why these are attracting to you is it desire from you to meet them, some people talk to them by sitting and facing the palms up. and talking.
